The streets of Daegu in South Korea have been awash with colour and vibrancy amid a festival dedicated to the art of body painting.
The International Body Painting Festival has seen hundreds of artists and models from around the globe descend on Daegu to create beautiful walking artworks.
Models were covered head-to-toe in vibrant shades of body paint, and sported elaborate feathered headdresses and jaw-dropping jewellery.
The festival featured three competitions, with prizes given for most photogenic model, best body-paint, and best fantasy make-up.
Visitors got the opportunity to stock up on their own paint and make-up, experiment with nail art, and also received a free professional face-painting session with the master artists which went some way beyond childhood fairground efforts.
The festival, which has been held in Colon Field Concert Hall, in Duryu Park since 2008, finished each day with performances from some of Asia's most prestigious musical acts and fireworks.
