Sorry I bought the deluxe ticket as we only used 1/2 day if it. Buses were great. Routes seemed good and wish we had more time. We were on a cruise with only an overnight.

Many interesting stops. Easy on and off at all stops.

This ticket made it so easy to get around Shanghai and see all of the sights!! The sightseeing tunnel was maybe the only part that I was disappointed with. The Huangpu River Cruise was great, and although I wouldn't have chosen to do the Jin Mao Tower observation if it wasn't included with my 2-day pass, I'm glad to have done it, even on a overcast day. It must be spectacular on a clear, sunny day!! Very convenient and easy to use!! :

Great way to see the city. Very enjoyable and reasonably priced. I am disabled and walk with a stick so this was fantastic. If we had had more time we would have purchased a 3rd day so we could hop off at more places. All the bus stops are near main attractions and run frequently- we never had more than 10mins to wait. There were Big B helpers who spoke English at most of the bus stops if you wanted assistance. On the first day we easily found the Red coloured Big B bus stop near our hotel on the Bund and were taken by the bus to exchange our voucher for tickets, so easy and stress free. N.B. There is another company who do the same sort of bus tour, the bus stops are usually next to each other. You are given ear phones with tickets to listen to the on-board commentary but take your own if you wish. You are also given a map with all stops and attractions on. Very enjoyable way to see the city and hop off to see what you want. Because my mobility/energy levels are bad we knew I would not be able to see/experience everything and had to 'cherry pick' so this was great because we felt that we got a good view of the city without all the walking. I purchased 48 hour tickets with: River cruise - fabulous great views, highly recommended. We went in the afternoon but cruise is available until early evening so you can still go after the buses have stopped running. 88 floor tower city view - again fantastic but you need to pick your day/time as the buildings are so tall they can be lost in the clouds. We were lucky and had a clear sunny afternoon. Amazing views. Bund sight seeing tunnel - goes under the river. I'm unsure how to rate this attraction :-. It is a fast way to get over the river from the Bund instead of using the hop on hop off bus and was very enjoyable because it was so funny. It is like a badly done fair ground ride! However, we had a great time with the other people in the carriage laughing at the effects. If you are having trouble fitting it all in perhaps this is the one to miss. Over all this was a great purchase, I would highly recommend this way to see the city. My daughter 23 and her boy friend also really enjoyed the buses and will use them when they return to Shanghai with friends.

Buses on all three lines ran frequently. Buses on each line red, green and blue were timed to make connections to buses waiting at the next line. Lots of very friendly and helpful staff.

Good way to get around Shanghai

We purchased the 48 hour bus with 3 attractions. The bus was good and regular, never over crowded and although it states the last bus is 5pm on our visit during Golden Week the buses ran until 9pm. The river cruise in the evening was excellent the buildings on both sides of the riverside where quite spectacular when they were all lit up. The Tourist Tunnel and the Observation Deck were also worth a visit. Overall this is an excellent way to see Shanghai in a short time.

A great way to see all the sights in Shanghai! The included boat trip was excellent as well. The traffic was fine to get to places and this allowed us to see a lot of the city in the 2 days we had available. Well worth the money as we didn't have much luck with cab drivers who didn't speak English.

A wonderful way to see Shanghai!

I had 2 great days on the bus, and took advantage of the extra inclusions on the premium ticket. I did get a surprise when I got off the tunnel ride and found myself on the other side of the river. I then walked to the Jon Mao tower and enjoyed the view internally and externally.

This tour was amazing!

We usually use hop-on-hop-off in major cities around the world where we travel. This Shanghai tour was no different, very good. There are many tour companies operating similar routes using the same locations for stops. Kind of annoying seeing the bus far away coming, but when arriving at the station, you realise that is not yours.

Excellent service on site, up-on / off site well organized and available, employees available and friendly

This is something I would advise anyone to do and being able to buy in advance from Viator was an added advantage.

Very great tour for the price! They give you a ticket that is good for two days, along with tickets to the tunnel, Jin Mao observation deck, and river cruise. Just make sure you hold on and don't lose your tickets. I didn't think all of this could be included for the price but it was! One day I took the red and blue lines and the next day the green. They give you headphones and you plug them into the wall next to your seat to hear the commentary. I would recommend to the the tour more so on the weekend because it seems like you wait a little longer for buses to arrive at the stops during the week. I took the river cruise right at dusk about 5pm and the buildings looked gorgeous lit at night. They even had snacks, beer, and wine for sale on the boat. I would recommend to everyone!

The Bus took us everywhere that was popular with tourists. The recorded descriptions weren't always in sync with where the bus was.

We rode the green route (Pudong) and the red route (downtown Shanghai). Both were good overviews of those areas. Pudong focused on all the new and very tall buildings, but that's what Pudong is. The red route showed off more of the downtown area, especially the bund. As a very long ago former visitor to Shanghai (1946-48) I was a little disappointed they didn't mention the former International Settlement or the Japanese attack on Shanghai (1937), but that's the modern tourism business. They do stop at 3 places along the Bund, which is always an interesting place,
