The experience was 1st class with a guide the entire time. Safety is also a priority; zip line guides had 27 years experience and built the park! Wildlife is abundant and facilities are clean and comfortable! Don’t hesitate on this experience!

Good trip. The zip lining was very fun and the snake and frog enclosure was also very good. We saw a toucan flying over which was cool. On the cart which goes over the rain forest canopy, it was difficult to see any animals however the views are good.

We were in Costa Rica a short time with an 8 year old child so we wanted to experience as much as possible from San Jose. This package succeeded at that! Being the closest ziplane/jungle trip, it was great! The tour guide picked us up on time, spoke English well and answered lots of questions. Very informative along the trip there and during the tours. All the attractions of the package were great. The zip line team was very friendly and we always felt safe. While we took our own video and photos, there’s options for GoPros rentals, drone footage purchases, and professional photos purchases. We did the later. Everyone spoke English well and we had so much fun. Lockers are available for a tiny fee. Clean bathrooms, gift shop, and some great LONG zip lines with amazing views. Depending on your time of year dictates rainfall, what's in bloom, and animals you'll see. We saw a sloth, bullet ants, tapirs, but no hummingbirds. To top it off, I left my personal GoPro attached to my harness and realized it an hour after returning to our hotel. I coordinated with them and they returned before we left! Much appreciated. Thanks Rainforest Adventures! The only downsides, if any, was lunch was tasty but just ok. I know it’s not America, but the roads and driving was rough. We always felt safe but it was a windy and bumpy trip to and from. We fully recommend this!

I loved this tour. It was well worth the month. I was picked up at my San Jose Hotel and driven about an hour to the rainforest. First, we did zip lining. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable and I felt safe the entire time. It is a very beautiful area to be zip-lining through. I paid an extra fee to rent the helmet with a GoPro and was able to buy the videos afterwards. They also had a photographer taking photos which I was also able to purchase. After zip lining, there was a air tram that took us through the rainforest. This was a pleasant way to see the beauty of the rainforest. Then, we had a lunch of chicken, salad, rice, pasta and vegetables. Finally, the guide took me on a nature walk. My favorite part was the butterfly garden. Overall, this was a fantastic tour and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the Barulio Carrillo area in an efficient and exciting way.

Ok as someone with serious height and depth phobias it was a struggle to book and the only thing that kept me was the fact that I pasted the refund deadline. Leading up to the zip-lining part I was terrified but I had came to Costa Rica solo on a mission to be spontaneous and adventurous. After the initial nervousness of the taking the first step off the platform, I had an amazing time. Once I started zip-lining a calmness took over my body and I was able to look around and enjoy the moment. This is credited to the staff that were oh so comforting and understanding. Also the photography, I'm really bad with names, she was the sweetest. Also not once did I ever scare about the safety ness, it was double-lined and harnessed securely. So if anyone is like me scared of rollercoasters and etc. but want to face your fears. I think this is the experience for you. Now I will not sell a fairytale. The lines get longer and higher being that there are 11 but as you conquer one line you feel better and better. I never thought in a million years I would do something like this, I'm still surprised. One last thing, anyone who does this please rent a helmet with the gopro. I was fortunate to do so and it was amazing to have the footage of this once in a lifetime experience. Peace and love to the good folks at Rainforest Adventures.

We spent a week in Costa Rica and this was our favorite tour. I thought we had to choose a few of the adventures but the guides were organized and lead us through all of them. The aerial tram was about 80 minutes long but it did not drag. Our guide was knowledgeable and made the entire tram ride enjoyable. It is amazing the differences in flora and fauna in each of the levels of the rainforests. This tram tour took us through 3 of the 4 different levels. With an expert tour guide, you notice the little things around you. The absolute highlight was the zip lining, hands down. We took our children with us, 5 years and 9 years old. We were afraid they would be too scared as once you start on the series of zip lines, there is no turning back. They did wonderfully and LOVED it. The views were incredible and while some were crazy long in distance, truly spectacular. While you may be scared and focusing on the line, take the time and look around. Zip lining through a rain forest is an incredible adventure. Such beauty and from such a different perspective. I liked the van that took us to the meeting point was only 8. At times, they may try and cram 12 people in a van which makes the trip unbearable but this was great. A must do while in Costa Rica!!

Long drive, but fun day! I enjoyed every part of the experience, though there weren't any hummingbirds in the garden, and didn't see much wildlife. One sloth. Zipline was great, 11 different lines with the last one being more than a half mile! Others have complained that the aerial tram was boring, but I actually enjoyed it. Our guide was great and taught us a lot!

Highly recommend this tour. The best part is the zipline. The tram is the slowest part. The tour guides are very knowledgeable. The energy is positive. You can feel the pure air. Bring an extra t-shirt and a jacket for the rain.

Zipline experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend! The tram was pretty boring but it was included so it was fine. There is also multiple exhibits like butterflies and snakes that were cool, and the lunch buffet was great.

We booked 6 in 1 Tours: Rainforest Adventures Costa Rica with Viator.com tour date on Aug18. The confirmation from Viator.com was fast and accurate. The driver guide, Erick arrived at our hotel on time and his driving skills were excellent. We are happy with his service. The Rainforest Adventure combo is perfect for family to explore even through our girls ages 9 and 13. The local guides in the Rainforest Adventure assisting us during the zip lining were very professional and experienced. We had a good time, fun and very safe environment when doing the activities. Thank you. We also liked the aerial tram tour and the walking tour with the local guide to see the animals and plants. Overall, our money is worth to do all activities and see the rainforest.

I have been living in Costa Rica for a month, and this was BY FAR the BEST tour I have gone on for the price! Not only were all the activities extremely fun and well-worth the money, but all the guides were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They all spoke English well, and were very helpful when needed. The food was delicious, authentic to the region, and plentiful! I have nothing negative to say about this experience. A trip of a lifetime!

A great experience from our pick-up at hotel, ride to Braulio Carrillo National Park. Once there, our tour guide, Bryan, was AMAZING! Showed us many different species of orchids, took us through the butterfly garden and reptile exhibits, showed us a sleeping Tapir in the wild and pointed out a sloth. The aerial tram ride was really amazing and, again, Bryan did a wonderful job of educating us about the flora and fauna of the rainforest. He was highly entertaining, personable, and knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the ecosystem on the hour-long ride. But by far the high-point of the day was the ziplining! Incredible! The views from the platforms and while ziplining were breathtaking. Bryan and Fabian put everyone at ease and were very safety-conscious while still being fun and engaging. Our small group had an amazing day and I would recommend this trip to anyone. Fun, fun, fun!

My family and I spent two weeks in Costa Rica and thought this tour was exceptional! Angie and Juan were fantastic zip line guides and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the views of the rainforest! The aerial tram tour was cool to experience especially with all of the information Juan knew about the different foliage and area. The lunch was delicious and we recommend trying the sour sap juice! The tour of the different frogs and snakes found in the area as well as the butterfly garden were incredible to see. 10/10 would do again!

I had a blast on this tour. All tthe guides were great, fun and definitely had thee pura vida attitude that is warm and infectious. I had an awesome bilingual group of ladies and the hosts were great to accomodate both languages. Lunch was okay, but so needed before we went zip lining. Highly recommended and worth the money! :

This tour was the highlight of our trip! The guides were amazing, very knowledgeable and super fun. My 3 favorites on the ziplining were Mike, Fabien, and Bryan, but really they were all amazing. The gondola tour through the rainforest was exceptional.

My family and I had a great time during this tour. The guides were incredibly knowledgable and the environment was breathtaking. This is definitely a great way to explore Costa Rica's wildlife and ecosystems. The zip lining course was the highlight of the tour, with beautiful views and a little bit of adrenaline. It doesn't hurt that the tour guides were so friendly and cute, lol.

The zip lining was incredible. If your afraid of heights it might bother you but part of traveling is overcoming your fears. Zip line alone was worth the price. The lunch was really good. Much better then expected. The tram was a nice, peaceful tour at the top of the canopy and we even saw some monkeys. The rest of the tour was nice, information, but following the zip line it was anticlimactic. Good for those that want to learn about the animals and plants. I recommend this tour. Got picked up at 9am and back to condo at 5pm. About one hour drive to the park. Take a rain coat, it is a rain forest although our weather was perfect. You cannot take a large camera on the zip line, only ones that fit in your pocket, for good reason. They do have lockers for 3.00 USD to rent to put your stuff in and can pick it up immediately after the zip line so you can use it rest of the tour.

The sights and sounds of the rain forest were fantastic and the vegetation and animals were well worth the trip. The Zip lining was a real treat for everyone brave enough to try it. Definitely recommended.
