I would do this trip again. Over and over to be honest. The driver and the lady on the tour bus were awesome and moved us through the borders quickly. We were given ample time both at Kravice and in Mostar. I wish that Kravice was after Mostar to be honest because it was SO hot that the dip after would have been really useful. Also, the local tour guide in Mostar was awesome I believe his name was Alica. He was funny and informative and got through the information quickly so we could all go venture independently. I would do this trip again!

We were picked up next to our doorsteps before 8 o’clock and the vehicle was quite comfy and convenient. We we’re so lucky with all the border controls in the morning and in the afternoon since we didn’t spend so much time during inspections. We visited Kravice Falls and Old city of Mostar and I must say, it was all breathtaking and worth every penny you spend in the trip. Our tour guide (Doris) was excellent and very entertaining during our trip. This is a must do in case you have a day to spare while visiting Dubrovnik. We did the day tour to Montenegro too.. it was brilliant!

Fantastic day out, picked up on time in the morning, guide was pleasant and knowledgeable, the waterfalls are beautiful but for me Mostar was the favourite, it can be a bit precarious walking on the cobblestones so you need to take care and the bridge is slippery but I felt this all added to the charm, it's just lovely walking past all the colourful little shops and stalls, we climbed the 100 or so steps to the top of a mosque for an amazing view of the bridges, It's a great day out, Again vehicle a little cramped for the distance, but would still do this trip again.

Went with my missus to Mostar and Kravice tour. Our guide, driver and local guide at Mostar were friendly and helpful. We were lucky with the border crossings as it did not take too long. But this can take many hours. Shouldve had more time at both places, but we knew this wouldn't be possible based on reviews and program. Booking was easy and they kept in touch. We will be using this again for another trip at another time.

The whole tour from start to finish was excellent. We received communication prior to our tour date as to where we were staying to arrange pickup and drop off back at our apartment. Our tour guide Petra was fantastic, she had a great bubbly personality and her extensive knowledge on history of Croatia was excellent. With a good hour and a half spent at the Kravice Waterfall, which was a sight to behold, as it was just simply beautiful. It was enough time to get all those important photos. From there we went to Mostar who we then met our tour guide for the day, he too was fantastic with is knowledge, stories and great sense of humour. I would highly recommend anyone to book this tour as it was a fantastic experience from start to end, thank you Petra! Also a shout out to the driver, who go us there and back safely. He took us a short cut back to avoid the queues at the border.

Couldn't fault this trip, extremely knowledgeable, informative and friendly tour guide (Doris?) At the borders it did take some time as expected but totally out of anyone's control although our guide was great and got us through as fast as she was able! This is a long day though so if sitting on a coach for a long time isn't your idea of fun then best to avoid! I'm glad I booked the small minibus for this tour. It really is very interesting, the waterfalls are not to be missed and an hour spent there was enough time, the driver and guide went to pay for our tickets to enable us all to go straight down. Mostar was extremely interesting where we also had a tour guide show us around the town, and the remenants from the war are very evident which this relatively poor country has been unable to fully rebuild. All in all an extremely interesting trip, with a great tour guide, highly recommended, although just be aware of the borders 😊

We had a great day on this trip. Our guide was very informative and funny, and made the long ride really enjoyable. They expertly navigated all the numerous border crossings in very little time, and got us back on the van just before a rainstorm descended. Mostar and Kravice were both stunning, and the food and shopping in Mostar nice and cheap.

our guide is very punctual and informative throughout the journey. |Not to mention our awesome driver as he did excellent service to ensure a seamless journey. i got to mention our site guide in mostar from fortuna agency, his name is Tarik. Our tour couldn't be better because of his funny character and interesting stories. He speak fluent english and we did enjoy his companionship throughout the tour. bravo!

Great tour! The falls were beautiful and I didn't know you could swim there, but you can. There are several restaurants at the bottom, but we just dipped our feet for a spell. The tour of Mostar was great too. Our guide in Mostar, Armina, was easily helpful and walked slowly, watched out for us, shared historical knowledge, answered questions, and recommended restaurants. Really great. Our ride there and back was made better by 'Sir John', the driver who really worried hard to make our day flow smoothly, and Tiana, who was full of fascinating information. She shared food names, leaders, cultural history and more. It was a great tour and we enjoyed it so much we booked again with this same company.

Very well run tour. Great hosts, tour guide full of interesting information. Mostar itself is a very interesting place and definitely worth a visit!

Stunning! This was my favourite part of our holiday in Croatia. We also did a Montenegro day trip which was great, but this was on another level! Cannot recommend it enough. When booking, we saw only hotel pick up points in Dubrovnik itself, so selected one of these, however, the tour operator messaged us to confirm that we could actually be picked up directly outside our accommodation in Mlini which was fantastic. The minibus was comfortable and aircon worked well - there were about 16 of us and did not feel too cramped at all! Our tour guide Maria was really knowledgable about all the history of the Balkans and made the journey enjoyable with her humour and non-textbook knowledge. The first stop of the day was Neum - a town with the country's only access to the Adriatic sea - there were stunning views and chance to take photos while having a drink. After, we spent about 1hr20 at the waterfalls which were beautiful - we arrived at a good time before all the coach loads of tourists which meant we could easily swim or sit at the cafe. Finally, we headed Mostar where we had a guided tour which lasted about 40 minutes and then were taken by the guide to the Turkish House. This was interesting if you've not seen the traditional oriental style before. We then had about 1hr 30 to explore the little old town by ourselves. The guides recommended traditional food to try in any of the many cafes and restaurants. Very tasty and the locals were so friendly. We paid only 13 euros for 2 people to have a large lunch. In fact, everything is very cheap here so save space for shopping here instead of Dubrovnik! They accepted Bosnian Convertible Marks, Croatian Kuna or Euros. Wish we had more time here, but means we will have to return! Thank you for the experience.

Really enjoyed this tour but would defined recommend that you be in decent shape to walk the falls and Mostar if going in summer! Guide was great and atmosphere nice!

Everything was great.. The trip was well organized,on time and the time we had was enough in Kravice waterfalls as well as in Mostar. Our guide on the bus as well as in Mostar were super friendly and helpful. I totally recomend it.

I didn't know what to expect but it was simply marvellous! I went in March, off-peak season but it turned out perfect because the weather was nice (not too warm or cold) and the places were not crowded at all. Crevice waterfalls are just a gem. I didn't want to leave! And Mostar, what a beautiful little town. The 2 hours drive to and 2 hours back were little boring of course but our guide told us the history of the region in that time. Also, the passport controls are a drag but it was much easier due to off-peak season. This was the highlight of my trip to Dubrovnik. High recommended!!!

It was a pleasure to have this trip. At first, we were very pleased by Viator customer service which helped us find a trip just the evening before. On such a short notice the travel agent Select Dubrovnik managed a special, individual trip, despite the fact that we paid for a small group. We had our great guide and driver - Davor - exclusively. Thanks to him the trip was filled with lots of interesting information about places we visited (via 3 borders we passed that day). Everything was organised very well, on time and according to schedule. We could enjoy our sightseeing comfortably and gain lots of Balkan unforgettable stories! We can definitely reccommend this attraction.

The trip was just as described in the description. I really would recommend this trip to anyone. It was well worth it and the amount of time we had at each stop was enough and well thought through. During the drives, our tour guide also gave us some historical insight about certain landmarks, Islands, towns, etc. On our return, there was complications beyond our control at the borders so we got back to our hotel at like 19:30 but that was totally fine as we had no other plans for the day. I fully enjoyed it .

It was a long trip to and from Mostar for the day, but an interesting one. The good restaurants book up quickly for lunch, so try to eat early. The mosques were interesting to visit. The Turkish house was a bit crowded, so we did not see the whole thing. Nonetheless, it looked interesting. The famous bridge is very crowded at times when the tour groups are there, but the second time around it was less so. The water falls are not very big but nice to see for a break on the way to Mostar. You can have something to drink there and see the falls at a little cafe.

Thoroughly recommend this tour. The waterfalls were just out-of-this-world beautiful. Bosnia was a great experience too - super busy but a really nice city. Our tour guide on the bus was great, she was very funny and kept us laughing the whole journey, as well as educating us on Croatia and Bosnia. Our guide around Bosnia was great as well, very engaging and she managed to keep up all interested in the almost 40 degree heat!!

If you are in Dubrovnik and don't have much time to visit Bosnia, this one day trip is great alternative. Especially Kravice waterfall was amazing. The tour was arranged very nicely. Our guide was very efficient and took care of everything in a very organized manner such as she collected the fee for waterfall entry in advance that saved time for all passanger and she stayed back to take care of paying the entry fee. She knew a lot of history of Dubrovnik and Bosnia that helped us understand the history better. One thing to note is that we went in August and it was really hot that day, so please take a lot of water with you so you can keep yourself hydrated. Overall, it was a very well organized trip.

We loved our day trip to Mostar! We recommend sitting on the left side of the bus on the way there-- beautiful views of the water. The stop at the waterfalls was unfortunately pretty short, but it was still enough time to enjoy a quick dip in the waterfalls just to say i'd done it!! and enjoy the incredible view. The tour and free time in Bosnia was amazing. The bridge totally exceeded our expectations and we learned so much from our tour guide about the region's history. We had the most INCREDIBLE meal at National Restaurant Cevabdzinica Tima - Irma. We had the traditional platter and it was SO MUCH FOOD for so little money, but it was the best meal of our entire trip to Europe. Definitely recommend wearing sensible shoes and bringing a lot of water for Mostar however, the streets are slippery stone and the region gets very hot. We LOVED our day overall.

Everything was nearly perfect, the weather, the scenery, the driver and the guide. Our driver piloted the vehicle at a rather high speed but safely. He also helped a lot when crossing the border. The guide spoke English with an accent but slowly and clearly, sometimes in a humorous way. Kravice Waterfalls and Mostar are worth visiting. However, the ride, including border crossing, takes more than 3 hours in a single trip, so please take this into consideration. Also the high way has lots of turns and those extremely vulnerable to motion sickness are advised to take preventative measures. We spent one hours in Waterfalls and 2-3 hours in Mostar, which were both quite enough for taking photos and also a light meal.

One of my favorite Viator trips to date. We were picked up on time in Dubrovnik and taken to the Kravice waterfalls. We were able to explore for about an hour before continuing the trip to Mostar. Mostar was a must see! We had a guided tour through the city. We then had a break to experience a bosnia lunch and to relax at the bridge. Highly Recommend.

The tour was very good. The guide met us at the agreed location on time and we stopped about halfway to Mostar for a bathroom break and coffee/drinks if you wanted it. Then we drove to Mostar and the local guide gave us the short tour of the city. Plenty of time later to see the city on our own and eat lunch. Turkish house is OK, nothing too special. Kravice waterfalls were fantastic but be aware it’s a hike to get down to them, unless you want to wait for the trolley which doesn’t depart often. The van was nice, and air conditioned. The guide did a great job. Well worth the price for this tour.

This was a great trip for the experience of going into Bosnia. I wanted to see the Mostar Bridge which was amazing. Nicely, the bridge museum built in the adjoining medieval castles was a great bonus. Be warned, however, this is still a country and city, very much affected by the war of the 1990's. It can be emotionally rough seeing the bombed out buildings and the poverty consistent to a third-world nation.
