Dubrovnik – Ston/Slano. After a delicious breakfast we take an optional guided tour of Dubrovnik Old Town. Dubrovnik is a town which never fails to captivate and has become increasingly popular around the world due to the filming of Star Wars and Game of Thrones to name just two productions which have used the city for its filming. This afternoon we sail up the coast to the town of Slano – which was very popular for local nobility who built their vast estates here. In neighbouring Ston there is the option to taste lots of local delicacies including rich wines, ancient salt and mouth-watering mussels and oysters on the Taste of Dalmatia tour.

Day 3

Mljet & Korcula

Ston/Slano – Mljet – Korcula. After breakfast with a view it is time to set sail to the beautiful green island of Mljet. The island is a national park which is home to two salt lakes that are connected by a narrow canal. Those who like to get close to nature will love it here and there are ample opportunities to hike and cycle here. Kayaking is also recommended and a good way to get to the charming 12th century monastery on an island within the lake.

Our journey continues to Korcula this afternoon with a stop for swimming along the way. Claimed to be the birthplace of Marco Polo, Korcula has some of the finest stonework you’ll see in Croatia. There is an optional walking tour of Korcula available

Korcula – Hvar - Vis. Today we sail to the sunny island of Hvar. A favourite with the rich and famous, Hvar is home to more UNESCO cultural sites than anywhere else in the world – an impressive achievement for such a small island. An optional walking tour of Hvar is available. This afternoon we sail over to Vis – a former top secret Yugoslav military base which is now open to the public and full of pristine nature.

Day 5

Vis & Sibenik

Vis – Sibenik. This morning you will have the opportunity to explore Vis – a truly fascinating and historic island. There is a Greek cemetary, Roman baths and an English fort as well as tributes to the Yugoslav militia. A guided tour is highly recommended in order to get a real insight into the exciting history of Vis. Later on we sail to the mainland and to the town of Sibenik for an optional walking tour. The rest of the day and evening are yours to explore this beautiful town. Dinner isn’t included tonight so why not find some of the lovely eateries in Sibenik.

Krka & Split

Sibenik – Krka – Skradin – Split. Today we take a coach trip to the small town of Skradin, the keeper of the mouth of the River Krka and the gateway to the stunning national park. Wild waterfalls and serene lakes are aplenty here and it is definitely worth a visit. We continue to Trogir, a small island that is home to some stunning architecture of Greek and Roman heritage before ending the day in Split. Split is a pretty little city and home to the Diocletian’s Palace – a former Roman Emperor’s retirement estate.

Day 7

Split – Brac – Omis. Departing Split we sail to Brac – the home of stunning Croatian marble and world famous limestone.
