Surrounded by immense city walls, the world-famous Gothic and baroque facades line up as you walk the same streets featured in the Game of Thrones, Star Wars and Robin Hood. Dubrovnik nobility and captains fancied the small town of Slano for their summer estates and as you explore this quaint seaside settlement later today, you’ll understand why.

Day 3

Mljet and Korcula

Slano – Mljet – Korcula. Today we set sail to the stunning island of Mljet. The national park is home to two salty lakes connected to the sea via a narrow canal; perfect for kayaking to the small islet in the center of the lake, charming with its 12th-century Monastery of St. Mary. Alternatively, you can bike or hike in the surroundings. After a dip en-route, we’ll cruise onwards to Korcula, the alleged home of Marco Polo. Its intricate streets and remarkable facades are bound to charm whether you explore on your own or in an optional walking tour.

Brac

Korcula – Brac. Onwards today as we sail to the neighboring island of Brač, known as the homeland of ‘the Croatian marble’ where on our tour to the operating stonemasonry school in Pučišća there is a chance to learn more about shaping this stone for eternity. On this picturesque Island you can explore the famous sandy shores of Zlatni Rat Beach and enjoy a stroll along the promenade or take a dip in the sea before joining an optional excursion to Bol, with a wine tasting session, before returning to the ship this evening to enjoy a captain's dinner and entertainment.

Day 5

Hvar and Vis

Brac – Hvar – Vis. This morning we set sail to Hvar, officially the sunniest of 1200 Croatian islands! With myriad UNESCO-listed heritage sites. In the afternoon, we hop over to the island of Vis, the most distant from the coast of all inhabited islands in Croatia. Closed off to the public for the larger part of the 20th century for its role as an important Yugoslav military base, Vis and its nature remain incredibly preserved even today.
Overnight: Vis - Onboard  |  Breakfast, Dinner

Day 6

Sibenik

Vis – Sibenik. Arriving into Šibenik, the walking tour will introduce you to Šibenik’s great claim to Renaissance – both the one centuries ago, when the town’s Cathedral of St. James was constructed, and the present day, with the town known as one of Croatia’s upcoming gems. Experience its stone alleys and great cuisine in an evening to yourself.
Overnight: Sibenik - Onboard  |  Breakfast, Dinner

Sibenik – Krka – Skradin – Split. Today we explore several sites on the Croatian mainland such as the Krka River and its stunning estuary. A coach trip brings you to the small town of Skradin, the guardian of the mouth of River Krka, and the gateway to its National park, where wild waterfalls inspire serene lakes. The park is definitely worth a visit before heading back to visit the seaside gem of Trogir, a petite island bridged to the mainland and a showcase of stunning architecture founded upon Greek and Roman heritage. Our final stop is Split, renowned for its variety of archaeological gems. Explore on your own or join our optional walking tour to learn about the Diocletian’s Palace, once the Roman Emperor’s retirement estate and today a lively city center.

Upper deck or below deck cabin?

On all of our Croatia cruise holidays, you have the choice of an on deck (upper) or below deck cabin. Below deck cabins are located below the main deck or in the hull of the ships. They do have windows or port holes that allow in natural light but these generally do not open. On deck cabins are either on the main deck or top floor of the boat. These all have opening windows that allow in the breeze. There is a supplement for upgrading to on deck cabins, please see the ‘extra prices’ section located at the bottom of the ‘prices and departures’ tab for details. Choose your option at time of booking to secure your place.

For further information about best time to visit, visa's, top travel tips and more, please see our Croatia travel guide.
