I did the King Tutankhamen 9 day tour of Egypt in November 2016 with On the Go Tours and words can't explain what an amazing, interesting place Egypt is. The entire trip we felt safe and welcomed and not to mention, were lucky enough to have had the best tour guide Alam, I know I can speak for the whole group when I say this, he was very knowledgeable, patient with a great sense of humour, nothing was ever a bother for him and he always made sure everyone was ok and enjoying themselves. I would definitely recommend On the Go Tours, all itinerary was well planned from the time we arrived at the airport and were taken to our hotel until the time we left. The places and temples we visited were amazing. Sailing down the Nile on the felucca, was a wonderful experience thanks to all the crew who were always happy and friendly.

Overall I loved every minute of the Egypt. We had a great tour group and the best tour guide. We all enjoyed it so much, some of us are planning a return visit in 2018.

My experience with On the go tours was absolutely exceptional. My mum and I travelled from South Africa to Egypt on their King Tutankhamun tour from 29 October 2016- 6 November 2016. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed I can guarantee that our trip was perfect. Our guide Mohammed Radwan (Dino) exceeded our expectations throughout the entire trip, first of all he is extremely friendly and let us know the moment he met us that we can ask him absolutely anything and he will do everything he can to help and guide us throughout our tour. At every single site or monument that we visited prior to visiting he gave us the entire history based on that particular site or monument, he even went above and beyond and informed us of any other alleged theories or stories relating to that monument or site. At every single place we visited I as well as others from our group noticed that while Dino was informing us about the place and history several patrons from other tour groups would stop and also listen to him. We had quite a large group and by Day 2 of our tour he knew all our names, I mean that's insane. When we were at any potential markets or encountered stalls he would tell us what we can expect, what to avoid, and what we should actually pay for items based on their actual worth. Honestly we expected their to be some danger to our trip because of everything we've heard on the news etc but I've honestly felt more safe walking around in egypt than I do in my own country and my mum feels just the same. I honestly feel that Dino is the best and no 1 guide in Egypt based on my and my mums experience and from how I've seen other guides interact with their groups. He feels more like a friend and it's only through him that our group became so close to each other and have built up friendships with each other even though we've all returned home. His hospitality is incredible and theres no doubting his passion and love for Egypt, it truly knows no bounds. I confidently believe that he deserves the recognition of tour guide of the year and so much more.

If you have ever had reservations about going to Egypt, put them aside... This is simply just too good an experience to get worried about what the media inaccurately perceived and reported about Egypt. The whole tour was an adventure brought amazingly to life by our energetic and intrepid guide Momo, who's knowledge and love of these ancient wonders was boundless. He created a special bond within our party (or 'family' as he affectionately referred to us) which made our adventures even more pleasurable. A truly remarkable and memorable holiday, which I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

This was the best tour I have ever had. The tour leader - Haytham Youssry - with his knowledge and sense of humor was what made the tour great. I have been telling my friends that are thinking of going to Egypt that they should ask for him to be their guide.

This was an amazing holiday. Our guides were momo and Will for the cruise, both were passionate about egyptology and were so knowledgeable. Every detail has been thought through and the whole week was done with super efficiency. We didn't only cover the itinerary but a whole load of bits and pieces which the guides throw in. We meet the captain of our cruise boat and saw his den, we were taken to a lovely restaurant and taught how to dance ! Momo made a great effort at the beginning to get our group Together. There was 11 of us and quite an eclectic mix we were known as 'the family'. We loved every minute. We have come home exhausted and happy. The balloon trip was amazing. Thank you I shall certainly recommend this company to my friends.

Dino was an amazing guide: knowledgeable and patient and he took such care of the details that we only had to simply enjoy egypts rich history. He has a true passion for his countries history and was so helpful navigating us through each site and all the haggling we negotiated :)

Couldn't have asked for a better guide and experience. I would highly recommend this tour as we felt well looked after from the moment we got off the plane to when we Needed to depart.

Even our airport arrival was expedited such that we were only there for 20 minutes obtaining a visa and getting through immigration. It was a worry free trip from beginning to end and I'm tellin everyone I know that now is the time to see Egypt and to make sure to use 'On the Go' tour company. I am already looking into another trip.
