It was tops from top to bottom. We were picked up at the hotel. The guide was excellent, with us the whole time, including our excellent meal. We went to 6 or 7 things including a tour through the inner workings of the laundry at ground level as well as from above, the Gate to India, the spring where people believe the Ganges flows into Mumbai, a lovely botanical garden. the guide mentioned that his tour for the next day was cancelled. We asked for and got a tour of the "Slum Dog Millionaire" slum. But in addition, he picked us up at the hotel with all our luggage and delivered us to the ship after. What service. There were 8 of us.

We signed up for the city tour and added the optional street food tour. We were greeted by our driver at our hotel at 12:00 and began our drive to our first spot the Dhobi Ghat, the open air laundromat, to meet Alam our guide. From there we went to the spice market, stopped for samosas, drove by the most expensive home in the world, Antilia, went inside the Gandhi museum, stopped at Banganga Tank, Jain temple, hanging gardens except nothing is hung there lol, Oval Maiden to watch people play cricket, India Gate, Main train station, got a snack...the vada pav, Crawford Market, took the train to Giragon Chowpatty (the beach) to start our street food tour. There wehad cold pani puri (little cups filled spicy water), sev puri (like nachos), another puri dish I can't remember the name but it was so good reminded me of dal and served with a bun. Got back on the train to get dosas, went to Jimmy Boy for Veg berry pulao, a Parsi delicacy, and ended our tour at K. Rustom and Co for yummy ice cream sandwiches. It was a long but eventful day. Alam was knowledgeable, professional and answered all the questions we had. City tour...overall a good tour to hit the different sites. Keep in mind there's lots of traffic in Mumbai so be patient as you go from one location to another. Food tour...overall a good tour that allows you to try some of the popular Indian foods. Hubby and I were completely stuffed by the end of it.

This tour of Mumbai was perfect for me since I only stayed for a day in Mumbai and I didn't have much knowledge about this culturally rich town. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and the driver was the best one in that hectic Mumbai traffic situation. When I began my tour I knew little about the city and cultural and social contexts. But when my tour was done, I felt I kind of understood living a life in Mumbai.

We had an excellent guide and driver.I cannot imagine driving in Mumbai, but our driver negotiated the people and vehicles without hitting anything. The guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Though less famous than Elephanta Caves, we really enjoyed the history. The only downsides were the heat and pollution, though the pollution seemed to be less in the national forest.

Dinesh our guide and Sudir our driver were excellent. They were on time and took us to all the attractions. There was a bit of a drizzle but we still enjoyed the day.many thanks

Both our guide and driver were named Ganesh. Both were expert at their jobs and ensured we had a brilliant time. We particularly enjoyed the visit to the world's largest outdoor laundry where we were able to take phoots from the roof and the quiet time in the Hanging Gardens. The view over Mumbai from the lookout is stunning. At all times we felt safe and well looked after. I heartily recommend the 2 gods Ganesh and Ganesh

Our tour guide Arjun Maytri was brilliant and entertaining. We saw so many sights and learned so much about Mumbai and afterwards had a delicious lunch at Samrat

The guide and his driver were very flexible. We had already seen some of the sights, so we spent more time on the unusual places, and saw stuff we didn't expect to see. The guide also helped us with shopping for spices in Crawford Market. I thoroughly recommend this trip especially in the air-conditioned car!

This is a jammed pack day, but our guide Shailendar and driver Alam were experts! You are constantly on the move and you get as much or as little time at each stop. I loved being able to ride the train and see the different cultures that influenced India over the centuries.

i can highly recommend this guide and company. We had a wonderful tour of Mumbai and visited the key spots. Our guide was able to give us some background on each specific place we saw. His english was great as he also works for a US company doing phone work. I would strongly recommend doing something like this if you are trying to see Mumbai quickly.

My son and I had a great time during this tour. Danesh our tour guide was very accomodative. He is very informative and we are happy that our questions are all being answered. Danesh was kind enough to take us to some other places that were not in the itinerary like the Rajabai clock Tower at Mumbai University, Oval Maiden, Jainism Temple Babu Amichand etc. On our way back to the hotel in ITC Maratha, the driver was also very kind to stop at a few places for us to take pictures such as at Haji Ali Dargah and Marine Dr to get a good view at Queen Necklace drive ways. It was a good 6/7 hours tour and would definately recommend to others.

Great tour and the guide and driver went beyond the four hours as promised. We had a 5-hour tour and included many interesting sights. We were especially pleased with the tour of the Gandhi home and the large outdoor laundry facility. Visiting the market was also interesting.

Our guide, Ganesh, was a lucky find! The tour was phenomenal and worth every rupee. It really helped us get a feeling for the city of Mumbai, not just the major tourist attractions, though we saw them, but the slums to Malabar Hill and everything in between. He strived to make it feel like you were travelling with family, and he really pulled it off. It was an entertaining, informative tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and funny. He also recommended us great places to eat and enjoy mumbai night life.

Mumbai was our last stop in India, and this tour was the perfect way for us to experience the city in the short 3 days we spent there. Our tour guide Ganesh was great, very informative and adaptable to how long we wanted to spend in each area. His knowledge on the city's history and eagerness to share it with us really made him a fantastic tour guide. We hit everything mentioned in the 'tour description' with ease and enough time to really take it all in. Our driver was also great, the van was comfortable and the 6 hours went by really quickly. I highly recommend this Highlights tour, and I'd assume that any other tour through Amaze Mumbai Tours would be equally as good. Thanks!

An amazing tour that took in so much within the 6 hours. We only only had one full day in the city and this tour was the best choice. There was 4 of us, our fabulous tour guide Dinesh and our ever so lovely driver Ram. What can we say - professional, fun and informative all the way. Such good value for money and the only way to see the city is through those that have lived there and can bring the stories to life. Thank you so much to Dinesh and Ram for such a memorable experience!

Excellent introduction to this fascinating and exciting city. Must add the street food to the tour for a great all round trip experience. We arrived very early morning that same day and this proved to be an easy and valuable way to spend precious time in an all too short visit but without pushing it too far.

Our tour guide, Siddhi and driver, Arjun, promptly met my husband and I at our hotel at the promised time. This being our first time in Mumbai and only being on town for 2 days, we wanted to find out as much as we could in short period of time. Siddhi delivered on this as well. We saw the highlights of Mumbai: Gateway of India, the Taj Hotel, Malabar Hill, Haji Ali Dargah Mosque and everything else listed for this tour! As well, Siddhi showed how proud he is of his city, giving a historical perspective as well as present day view. Arju's city driving skills are superb. He kept us going, albeit slowly at times, with patience and caution! I recommend this tour for those travellers with limited time to spend in Mumbai but want to see the highlights.
