We have just completed a fantastic and tremendous tour of India (area covered by Passage to India) It was with out a doubt first class and we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful organization.
When we left the main group in Alsisar and proceed with just five of us, bus and driver, we were to say the least a little apprehensive. We need not to have worried. We were met at every town by the local rep who arranged for the time our guide would be at the hotel to take us to the interesting tourist attractions. On all occasions the local guide was both helpful and with an excellent knowledge of what he was showing us.
When there was no guide as in Ranakpur our driver handled the whole situation in an excellent manner.
Our guide Mr Samridh Singh was extremely helpful and well organized - he is to be commended for his efforts.
The pick up from our hotel on the last day and taken to the airport was efficient and on time.
Would you please place us on your email list for future tours .
Our travelling companions Mr and Mrs Williamson endorse the above.
As a positive recommendation- Your company encourages us to buy local crafts etc however this is limited because of the excess baggage to be paid on local flights. On The Go Tours should obtain from the local airlines a commensurate luggage allowance as given to international travellers. This would avoid the bad taste of having to pay excess on our luggage.( $50 Aust)
Thanks again for a wonderful tour.”

An excellent experience all around!! ”
The tour lived up to our expectations. The tour guide (Yusuf) was the best we have ever had! ”
We had a Fantastic guide named Yusuf. He really made everything special, was always helpful and patient and friendly! I wish he could be the guide on every tour I take. ”
We thoroughly enjoyed all of the tour. Special mention to tour leader Sammi for a terrific job + help given. ”
I was warned nothing can prepare for India but I have come to accept so much and get so much pleasure from the warmth of the people and their hospitality, the sights and sounds. Its scary and exiting, its inspiring and life altering. So glad I came, I will be back I'm sure. ”
India was amazing!!! and fascinating in many ways. The holiday was perfect- all managed very efficiently by a very welcoming and friendly OTG Indian team. I was met perfectly at Delhi airport, and throughout the holiday, everyone we met- hotel staff, bus /coach drivers , local Indians on the street, were so helpful. Yusuf our guide worked so hard, and was fantastic in every respect. We all felt lost when we left him at Udaipur airport!!!. For me, the hotels were all excellent, I loved finishing at Udaipur with those great rooms and views. Could have stayed longer.!! Great to stay in a small family hotel at Jodhpur too. Yusuf gave us all very detailed info about all the temples/ forts / palaces that we visited- how does he remember??? I loved the Indian dance at Bikaner, the camel and elephant rides were great add on experiences. Great to stay briefly in rural India at Ranakpur.
Great to get a brief glimpse of school life too . Great Indian food of course. Rajeev was so good in meeting us at Delhi airport too. Got to do a bit of independent stuff too, which I loved. Obviously , it was a very gentle , sheltered introduction to India- for me , anyway, and removed from the realities of daily life. But , we saw so much, and now I miss it already!!!
We gave the feedback sheets to Yusuf, so you may have seen them by now. Very many thanks also to yourself and all the OTG team in London, for all your input and help- all much appreciated. Next time I'll be be more relaxed about stuff!! Will be in touch.”
Yusuf was very organised and informative guide. He really impressed us with his knowledge and humor and made our time in India absolutely wonderful. ”
Enhance your trip with these amazing added extras and add-ons
The tour was hectic but Yusuf was excellent and made sure all was well along the way. He is knowledgeable, interesting, informative and helpful and has a good sense of humour too.”
