This add-on takes place on Saturdays, October - April (excluding 20 Dec - 05 Jan) and can be booked in conjunction with any group tour, city stay and tailor-made itinerary that visits India.
Cook up a curry in palm-fringed Goa. If you're short on time but would still like to know more about Indian food, join us for a short one day introduction. In a modern day Goan apartment overlooking the verdant fields of Caranzalem, learn to cook Indian cuisine. Following an introduction to Indian food, we commence our first cooking class. Afterwards we devour the fruits of our labour for lunch. Finishing early this afternoon, the rest of the day is free. Perhaps relax by the beach. This fun morning's cooking session will introduce you to the hidden flavours of India. Pick up tips and secrets from our chef Judy who has a passion for cooking and is an inspirational and gifted teacher. The cooking class is followed by a delicious lunch of what you've made with the afternoon free to sleep it off!
This morning’s cooking session will be on classic north Indian food - biryanis, maybe chicken tikka or luscious lentils, and a Goan fish curry- followed by a lunch of what you’ve created. The rest of the day is free.
