Really enjoyed this trip, our guide was very informative. Paneriai park very sad place but these things cannot be forgotten about. Trakai Castle very beautiful place and well worth a visit.

A really enjoyable tour in the Lithuanian nature. We started with the haulocaust memorial of Paneriai (which was a bit frustrating but this is a part of the history and something that we all have to know) and then we were taken to Trakai castle. A really nice site by the lake, the "trade mark" of Lithuania. Don't miss the chance to have a half day off Vilnius, you ll see a part of the country that is really fascinating! We had Inga as our guide whose devotion to her job, her love for the place and her proffesionalism made this excursion, something to remember! Thank you!

This tour was amazing!.Supposed to be a small group, but turned out it was only me. Inga, my tour guide was really wonderful and explained lots of stuff that I did not know. She explained the Jewish heritage in Vilnius then at the Paneriai Memorial Park. She answered my questions and we had good conversation about Lithuania's history afterward. Trakai Castle is really beautiful place surrounding by frozen lake and Inga amazingly explained the history of the castle. I highly recommend this tour to anyone that visit Vilnius!!!

Excellent tour which took in the Jewish heritage of Vilnius firstly. The trip to Panerirai was moving and was well explained. The trip to Trakai was the highlight with a full tour of the castle and an explanation of each room. The final stop was tasting some of the most amazing Kibinai.

This trip to Paneriai and Trakai Castle was great. As advertised small- group, there were only four of us, which was great and allowed us to take our time. The tour was full of history and our guide was very knowledgeable. As we walked around Paneriai she gave us such details that allowed you to imagine the pain and horror that took place in such a beautiful park. Trakai Castle was beautiful as well. Our guide described things in the museum that I probably would have missed if by myself. We were also given time to try the local pastries which were very yummy and I recommend them. I would recommend this tour to my friends for sure...it is a good way to explore more than Vilnius on your Lithuanian get away.

Highly recommend this tour. Very interesting. We had Andreas as our guide. Andreas is the icing on the cake, he makes the whole tour come to life, he is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. We can not speak highly enough of Andreas he is a credit to the industry

Andreas promptly picked us up at 10:00 in the van. He gave us a brief overview of the Jewish history in Vilna and pointed out some landmarks so we would have context for the Jewish Memorial. Andreas explained everything at the memorial and answered my many questions along the way. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was about the topic and how he addressed all my points. Also, he has a great voice. Andreas should be narrating books. He's great to listen to. We loaded back onto the van and made out way to the castle. It was beautiful and I liked Andreas's narration of Lithuanian history. He kept the castle tour concise so we would have enough time about an hour to wander through the craft stalls and grab a quick bite to eat. Andreas dropped us back at 15:00. It was a wonderful day and very worthwhile trip.

Excellent tour. Inga was a great guide. Her English was good and she knew her subject. She was able to give us lots of information and to answer numerous questions. She was flexible with the timing and did not rush us through the Castle. A tour I would recommend.

Very knowledgable guide. The trip to both paces, Paneriai and Trakai is a must.

Great half day trip - Included some moderate walking, about 30 minutes of paved trails at Paneriai Park and several flights of stairs at Trakai Castle. We had the opportunity to eat some local food before the Castle tour. Both stops helped us understand a little more of the history of the area. We were very glad that we came.

An interesting and touching insight into some of Lithuania's history, especially to learn how the life's of thousands of Jewish people shockingly ended at the Panerial site. A thanks to Inga, our tour guide, for being passionate and knowledgeable about her country's history, and showing an interest in the her group. Even the rain couldn't spoil an enjoyable tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Andreas, was informative, good company, and a laugh. He made our trip so much more enjoyable. After an informative short tour of Vilnius old town, Paneriai was a quiet, solemn and moving experience where so much suffering and death was meted out in WW2. Trakai was lovely, an old fashioned village of wooden homes set among Lakeland. The lake was still frozen and the air was fresh and good. The castle was beautiful with a museum of relevant artifacts on display inside. Although it was off peak, there were still significant large groups inside too, making it difficult to see everything. However, all in all, good value for money, a great guide, and well worth seeing.

This tour was great. Learned a great deal of information on the history of Lithuania, NAZI and Soviet Union military leadership, and the Castle. Recommend if you have time.

Great tour with a very knowledgeable guide! A little pricey, but very good!

The trip was very good, and the driver/guide was quite friendly and knowledgeable. I wish we would've had a bit more free time, as I felt a bit rushed at Trakai Castle. Still, it was a positive experience, definitely worth the money I spent.

Great tour with Andreas. He was super knowledgeable and accommodating. Started tour at the Paneriai Memorial Park and learned quite about about the camp during the German occupation. Then Andreas drive us to Trakai...very picturesque. Very happy with the tour and the guide especially.
