The tour was amazing! Our guide was very professional and very knowledgeable - he really made our tour of Machu Picchu extraordinary. The train ride was amazing. Viator really took care of us throughout the whole trip. I would strongly suggest a guided tour for your day. Machu Picchu is a must to experience.

I am so glad that I booked this tour! The Andes Mountains are breath taking and hearing all the details of Manchu Picchu from our guide was amazing! I wish I would have done this trip at an earlier age as after 2 hours my knees and hips were sore. Lots of steps up and down. I am still glad I went as it was an awesome Experiance.

Wow - words cannot describe this experience. From start to finish, it was organized, nicely paced, informative, and breathtaking. Our AM pickup was smooth and on time. Our bus and train rides were excellent! Our guide was outstanding - he was very kind, knowledgeable, took great photos of each group, and thorough. Machu Picchu was even more impressive in person than any photo I've ever seen of it. It felt magical. What an incredible experience! Highly recommend this trip with this company!

It’s nice trip, pick up at 4:30 in the morning, take 1:40 by car and another 1:40 by train, have enough time to walk around the Machu Picchu, good English speaking tour guide.

Well worth cost. Guide John-fantastic. Pictures and words can’t describe the beauty or talent of creation.

Logistics for the trip were complicated but with one exception went off without a hitch starting with our 5:40 am hotel pick up. Our actual mountain guide Wilberth paced the trip well given the effects of the altitude. He took special care to ensure that we seniors were safe. He had done 3,000 tours! We were in good hands. Luckily there were only 5 of us, max capacity 15.

All the travel arrangements made the day very stress free and easy to get around! Our tour guide went above and beyond on! And of course Machu Pichuu was stunning!

Everything was organized and efficient. We were very well cared for all along the way. Our MP guide, Marco, was knowledgeable and friendly. He made the experience for us. It’s a long day, but we expected that. What made it bearable was that we didn’t have to sweat the details. We just relaxed and enjoyed.

I was surprised about how much walking on uneven ground I would dneed to do at Machu Picchu. I brought a cane which helped me to climb over the rocks. Our guide Hector from Viator was very patient with me. He took my hand and helped me scamper over the rocks. Mauchu Picchu was on my bucket list and I am glad I went!

Our tour guide Ruben was really good at explaining the Machu Picchu history, and he was really funny. Viajes Pacífico left a note at the front desk of my hotel to remind me of the pick up time, which was good.

I was picked up early from the nearby point as my hotel was in a road not accessible by car! I was taken care of and the guide that tookMe around the MP was excellent! Very knowledgeable and as I was the only one doing a tour it felt private tour and so wonderful. He took many photos of me in the best places on the MP. The trip was an excellent value for money. Drivers that took me by car to the train station were brilliant! I highly recommend this company as it is the best!

We were emailed a confirmation with estimated pick up time about two months prior. They were able to contact our hotel and we received a note with the exact pick up time. They were even a few minutes early! I was very impressed by the timelyness. The excursion from beginning to end was 16 hours. It was an experience of a lifetime!

Great experience, The tour guide was the best He was very understanding and advised us about the high altitude and reminded us to listen to our body not to force it to continue if we were having issues with the altitude. I do recommend the trip.

The site was amazing as we expected. I initially started to plan the logistics for our trip. I’m so glad I went with the tour. There are a lot of moving parts and this allowed me to just relax and enjoy the day trip. Our guide was amazing. The passion he has for his history and culture was evident. Our nine-year-old daughter was with us in addition to a few elderly. The breaks were perfectly planned to allow time to regroup between climbing. Highly recommend!!!

So, I took this trip FOR MY BIRTHDAY and it was lovely. I got to the Viajes Pacifico office at 3:30 a.m. ouch and from there we just the driver and myself took a winding road up to Ollantaytambo. I literally thought I was going to meet my Maker that entire ride up there...but hey, Peru drivers! Once I arrived there, two representatives took me to the train station and then it was off to Machu Picchu! The train ride was fine. Noisy since there were a bunch of kids, but other than that the Expedition train was rather uneventful, but it had beautiful views! I arrived at the MP train station and then we waited for the rest of our group to arrive. Once everyone was together, we boarded a bus to MP. I was even able to get my passport stamped with the MP stamp! Our tour guide Hector was amazing! He was so informative and went above and beyond to be your personal photographer. The group even sang happy birthday to me. We saw llamas up close and personal and even got to touch them as they walked around. Being in MP was incredible. Hector was with us every step of the way and it felt like we were up there for HOURS. The line back to the bus took an hour, but once on the bus, I got to sit next to the driver and head back down to the MP train station. We had lunch which we had to pay for at a restaurant in Aguas Calientes and then Hector departed from us. The lunch was fine and filling. The train ride back to Cusco was fine despite some delays. This trip was great and I highly recommend it to anyone else.

The tour was wonderful! Great value for all the we got. Very organized, small group tour of Machu Picchu (8 people). The guide was wonderful, funny, and knew all the history. She gave us plenty of time to take pictures and offered many times to take great pictures for us. We choose the 360 train option, it was comfy and offered great views. Small meals/snacks were provided along with hot beverages. Would reccomens to my friends!
