Unbelievable! Enjoyed the tour very much. Our tour guide was amazing, passionate, bubbling with information. ”
A very informative tour. Tuan, our tour guide, was very proud of his country and happy to share his knowledge with us. Tuan looked after everyone and made us feel as very special guests in his country.
Every day was filled with new experiences, very enjoyable. ”
This is the first guided tour we have taken with this company so did not have any expectations of what to expect, but to say it was enjoyable would be a gross understatement, we were met by our guide Tran Tuan at the airport and from the first instance his enthusiasm was evident he made you feel like you were very special people not just tourists visiting his country for an experience; Tuan went the distance and then went the extra mile on more than one occasion, To say that Tuan was just a guide is demeaning his wealth of knowledge about his country is just mind blowing he passes on his knowledge, in such a way that you cannot help but be engaged in learning more and ask questions. If I was asked to rate the guides on a scale of 1-10 then I would have to rate Tuan as a 10+ if I had Tuan working for me then I would be very proud because he is a great asset to your tour company. The one regret we have is that we did not take a longer tour but this will be remedied in the future and if it is possible I will request Tuan as our guide.”
