Loved the tour and everything about the tour. All experiences where great. It is an amazing country. I especially appreciate the quick response On the Go had to reschedule and re-accommodate us at the last minute in Ha Long Bay when the weather forced us to dock and not spend the night on the boat but had to return to Hanoi for the night,. It was expertly handled.
All the hotels was of a good 4 star Standard, well located always available for us to check-in immediately to take a much needed shower.
The only thing that I would probably change but this is not a negative is the overnight train from Hanoi to Hue. Most people don't sleep on the train and is tired the next day in Hue. You travel by night and don't see or experience much.
Otherwise it was a brilliant experience.
On the Go Tours was amazing. We had a terrific time! Our tour guides were awesome, our group had 13 lovely people in it, and the accommodation was great.
I will for sure be going on another On the Go Tour. ”
Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable of the areas we visited. He became one of the group rather than completely separating himself during the day proceedings. He allowed us to stray from the path a little and go to some places not on the tor plan. The recommendations for food were very good although sometimes we needed to do our own searching for good quality places not so expensive. Overall very well worth it and great guide”
