On 21 April 2019 a series of bombs were detonated in Sri Lanka targeting churches and prominent hotels. These attacks have resulted in 250 deaths and many others injured. We can confirm that ALL of our travellers, local team, guides and drivers in Sri Lanka are safe and well. Tours currently in Sri Lanka are operating as normal and are adhering to local safety and security measures.

We are closely monitoring the situation and following the travel advice of the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Australian Government's Smart Traveller

FCO Travel Advice, applicable to UK nationals and UK or RSA bookings is at the of level of 'All but essential travel'. As such we are unable to operate holidays scheduled for departure prior to 10 July 2019 for UK nationals & UK or RSA bookings. Should you have booked to travel with us prior to 10 July 2019, please contact us to discuss the options available to you.

Australian Government Smart Traveller Advice is at Level 3 - 'Reconsider your need to travel' which allows travel to Sri Lanka. If you are booked to travel with us before 10 July 2019, your holiday will commence as planned.

For all nationalities booked for travel from 10 July 2019, your holiday is currently scheduled to operate as planned. The situation is fluid and government travel advice between now and your date of travel may change. If you are booked for travel from 10 July - 10 August 2019 a decision will be made on 10 June 2019 regarding the travel options available to you. For travel after this date, please continue to check this page for updates.

At any point in time, should the level of advice change to a state where travel is not possible all travellers with confirmed bookings will be contacted without delay. Again we are closely monitoring the situation.
