“
fantastic cruise on one of the last original steam paddle boats left in the world, plenty to see both on and from the boat with a trip to the engine room if you are so inclined. Worth it though just to see how it all works. Would recommend to any one. Great trip.”

“
We had a wonderful time and a wonderful lunch. Even though it rained we were comfortable. The people on the ship were so helpful. I was not ready to eat and they let us go on the second serving. The hostess made us feel like family. We were very happy and delighted with our tour, rain and all.”

It was our first time visiting New Orleans and had to check out the Steamboat Natchez. The steamboat was beautiful, a very relaxing cruise that lasted a couple hours. The customer service was outstanding! Enjoyed our captain and his tour along the Mississippi River. Must try the Jazz Punch! So delicious, refreshing and good prices. Definitely a must when you're out visiting!”

“
We had a very enjoyable cruise on the Steamboat Natchez. We chose the lunch option and were not disappointed with the buffet. Delicious food and drinks all with an informative narration and some wonderful jazz music as a background. The staff was all wonderful, particularly Gina who gave us some awesome local recommendations for bars and restaurants and when to hit them.”

“
My friends and I chose to go on the Brunch Steamboat ride. There were 13 of us in town celebrating a birthday. By far this was our best group activity of the weekend. Everyone really enjoyed hearing the history of New Orleans while relaxing on the upper deck with cocktails. When it was time for brunch, we all entered the dining area to a great meal, with an awesome jazz band. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city to add this to their itinerary.”

“
We had a great time on the steamboat. We got to see a few things from the Mississippi River. Very relaxing and the drinks were great. We didn’t get the lunch due to the negative reviews on food tastes. The only problem was when we went to the bathroom in the dining hall that someone directed us to, we came out to find an employee who followed us all the way to the door as if we were criminals(highly uncomfortable).I’m guessing it was because we were the few of black folks on there lol. Either way, we still enjoyed ourselves.”

“
Used trip adviser. Great price. The boat ride was fun and a different way to look at New Orleans. The elevation of the river to land. Amazing”

I’m writing this for two reasons Bartenders Geranell R and Geavuna J. OMG OMG AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY from both of them. I flew in from California and let me just say those two employees made my trip complete. The drinks were amazing but their personality more amazing. Such an Amazing Experience OnBoard”

Perfect trip down the mighty Mississippi River. Plenty of seating available both sun and shade perfect for those hot New Orleans days. We didn’t have the lunch but the trip was great anyway. Very educational as you’re meandering along the river.”
