My sister and 2 nieces had the pleasure of touring with Bob last week while we were visiting NYC. Check in was great...quick and easy, everyone was very nice. Bob was very informative and we had a lovely tour of Central Park on a beautiful day. Upon our return, we were quickly checked back out and were able to get on our way. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful way to experience the "Natural" side of Manhattan!. Our guide was very friendly and informative. He kept us on schedule. but showed us multiple sites in the park and the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this tour and our guide!

A super two hours for our group spent with Blake learning about and seeing so much more of Central Park than we would have under our own steam. We all really enjoyed the tour.

Had lots of fun in this tour. Dan has great knowledge of the park and area and makes the ride fun for everybody. Great way to see Central Park, then you can go back and explore the areas you want to spend more time at. Recommend for sure.

We had a great tour, just 3 of us, which meant we had personal service from our guide, who was really knowledgeable about the park and New York more widely. We visited areas of the park we had never found before and had some good photo opportunities. The bikes and helmets were good quality and we felt safe throughout the tour - even on the short ‘in traffic’ sections to and from the shop. Thanks Bike and Roll crew!

It was great. They even had a perfect bike for our 10 year old grandson! The pace was perfect for both my husband and grandson. The proprietors were friendly and helpful.

We had a great bike through Central Park with our two boys, 8 and 10. Our guide was fun, personable, and engaging. He made sure to tell all the good stories, and took time to answer questions. As we went from location to location, he was sure to give us plenty of time for exploration.

Great way to see Central park. Highly recommend this. We were glad we were on bikes and not in a carriage. I feel like we covered more ground this way.

This tour was well organized and a great way to experience central park. I had been before but had not seen all the sections a bike will let you cover in short order. The historic and cultural facts shared by the tour guide were interesting. Plus, we got a little exercise!

The tour was great - a really good way to see the Park. The booking and voucher system offered from Viator was a nightmare. We booked the night before and didn't know the location until we were sent the voucher which told us we had to contact the Tour Group 48 hours before not possible as only booked 16 hours in advance and that we had to phone! Not a good option with only a UK phone! Thanks Viator - we spent 10 on phone calls only to be told the voucher hadn't come through yet! Quite stressful. Viator need to sort this out.

My partner and I really enjoyed this trip, enhanced by the fabulous weather and the fact that no-one else turned up so we had a private tour with Sam, who was great. The bikes were good quality and had a small bag on the front to keep our supplies safe. We enjoyed Sam's company and he stopped just the right amount of times. Cycling around Central Park was fab and we enjoyed seeing everything mentioned on the itinerary. l would point out this is called small-group central park bike tour but we were told by the company who ran our tour that there are often 15 or more people on the tour. Also, the welcome we received at the Bike and Roll shop was less than enthusiastic, the person behind the desk could barely be bothered to greet us and told us we were much too early despite being there exactly15 mins early as advised on the confirmation paperwork. The tour and Sam fully deserve 5 stars, not sure how much our enjoyment would have been diminished if we'd been part of a huge group.

Great way to see Central Park. Could never have covered half as much by walking. Fun, informative and saw a waterfall in the park! Our guide Billy was wonderful.

Tour was great! The ride was a bit more intense than expected as I am an amateur rider, but definitely worth it. Sights were beautiful.

This was an exceptional tour! I experienced this beautiful park with a very knowledgeable tour guide. So much history in Central Park that inspired beautiful architecture and walkways.

I booked this tour for my daughter from West Australia for when she landed in NYC and she said the tour was excellent. She had such a wonderful, friendly and informative guide who really made the tour. Biking through Central Park is the best way to see it if you are not a local. Am so pleased that it all worked out so well.

Very nice experience! Ideal for families and kids. We were a group of 12 8 adults and 4 kids 13, 10, 9 and 7 years old. Even the little one could follow without any difficulty. We had a very nice and gentle guide, Bill, who told us so much interesting information about Central Park. We were also very lucky regarding the weather, it was a sunny and very warm day! I would suggest it to families who visit Central Park for the first time, because it's a wonderful idea for a family excursion, fun, interesting and safe at the same time. Our kids wished to bike for a little longer! We look forward to doing it again next time we visit NY City. The only negative comment is the difficulty I faced to contact the Customer Service - they didn't answer the phone, although I was advised to call them 48 hours before our bike tour to verify our participation. Finally I e-mailed them and they replied, so no worries. The meeting point was at the 96th and Broadway, at Dunny's Cycles.

Even though we live in the area, never really explored the park in its massive scale. It is so vast and amazing, we wanted to see it all and know the history and stories. The biking tour is perfect. The tour guy is very knowledgeable and even my 11 and 12 years olds thoroughly enjoyed it! highly re

Loved this. As our family was the only party on the bike tour, the guide tailored it to suit us as a family. Very impressed and learnt so much.
