Book ahead leaving you the option to cancel if needs be We stayed a little way from Waverley where you need to check in on day one, but after that our 48 hours Majestic tour was fantastic. I also recommend the Lothian buses after that to get around very easily

• Submitted 18 Nov 2019
Excellent combination of three worthwhile attractions! Watch the 1 o'clock shot at Edinburgh castle, visit the Royal Britannia and hop on visit Holyrood Palace. A great visit to Edinburgh!

• Submitted 21 Oct 2019
I could use 3 bus lines and visit the Castle, Holyrood and the Britannia in one day. The next day I could use the hop on hop off to go to the Parliament and to review some nice spots. Go to the Tron. The Church of st Giles. On the green line I got a wonderful knowledgeable live guide

Great value got to skip the line for Edinburgh Castle, Holyroodhouse and Abbey and the Royal Britannia. We had the 2 Day pass it’s so worth it. Excellent
• Submitted 10 Oct 2019

• Submitted 08 Oct 2019
Very friendly people at the office, at the stops, and bus drivers. Convenient bus stops. Good value for the money.

Visite the Castle one morning in September before crowds gathered. Amazing experience although we didn't have time to visit the whole area. Sadly we found it difficult to climb up the spiral staircase to see the Bed Chambers of Mary etc and it was confusing trying to find the exits. Better signage could be better. One big disadvantage is that we had to pay extra for an audio guide. We have visited many places in Edinburgh, e g the Royal Yacht and have never had to pay extra for an audio guide.

Interesting and historic castle brimming with history. It was a great value combined with the Hop on Hop Off Red Line bus tours. Have a cute dining area to have a High Tea experience

You save a good amount by buying these tickets in this way. Even more if you’re a senior! Everybody’s very helpful...especially the Hop on Hop off bus guides and drivers and they get you to where you want to go...would thoroughly recommend this combined ticket and would buy again if I return. PS Holyrood Palace is fantastic!
• Submitted 12 Aug 2019
It was a great idea to get this ticket. Not only that it was very helpful to see and learn about Edinburgh, but also as a great means of transportation. We will buy again when back in Edinburgh next year.
• Submitted 05 Aug 2019
We loved this package and used all three buses, with their great drivers and the green line with outstanding guides! Knowledgeable and convenient. We also made it to Holyroodhouse Palace, Edinburgh castle and Britannia, which are all worth going to. Don’t forget Calton Hill!

We loved our hop on hop off experience. Not only did we use it to see the sights but we also hopped off to visit the Edinburgh Castle and The Botanical Garden. The buses were clean and comfortable and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Colin and Ian were particularly informative and funny.

We enjoyed our package tour very much and that was the best way to see new place. We took ride on three buses, red, blue and green so that we could see the place from all direction. Good choice!
• Submitted 16 Jul 2019
This is a great way to see lots of things and then decide what you want to do and when!! We chose this one so we could get on ANY of the bus lines. I preferred the Green bus because it had a live person giving history
• Submitted 16 Jul 2019

Thoroughly worthwhile spend. The organisers at Waverley made sure everyone stayed in line with no pushing in.They are courteous and informative. Buses are very regular, every 12 mins or so.Never had long to wait to hop back on.The attraction tickets bypassed queuing and were cheaper in with the tour buses. Good value and tours giving all we needed to know.
• Submitted 03 Jul 2019
