Had a great guild from London to the gates of the studio. A Warner Bros guide took over and had all the insights and details about character, set and plot development. The only way to visit for true fans!

It was a dream come true for me. I am a Potter fanatic!! Yes, even at my age. When I come to London again I am going to take the tour again. Oh, and if you can get a message to Hannah, my guide, she was phenomenal. This was something I am so glad that i did. Next time I might like to come at Christmas!!!

This was an amazing tour in every sense of the word! I'm a Harry Potter fan, but not a superfan, so I thought I'd probably be a little bored with lots of time to spare on this tour. I was SO WRONG! Not only did they have to drag me through the air hanger full of sets, costumes, creature effects, concept art, and models, I felt like my eyes didn't have the time to soak up all the treasures on the tour. And the guides--AWESOME! They made the travel to the studios very simple, gave us tons of details and insider info on the films, and even took out some of the props for us to examine! I couldn't have had more fun if I tried. Even if you aren't a Harry Potter fan, this is not to be missed!

This tour was excellent. We were met at the designated place on time and the day was explained clearly. We were escorted on the train and bus to Harry Potter World and then handed over to a guide who was excellent and really knew everything there was to know about Harry Potter. It was a 3 hour tour with a half an hour break for us to have something to eat(food was expensive as you would expect). After the tour we were given the opportunity to reenter which we did and spent another 3 hours going through again on our own. Note that if you do not go on this tour then you can only go through once.

Easy to find the meeting place, and we really liked that a guide took us right to the studio. Studio guide was obviously a fan and had tremendous knowledge and enthusiasm.

Loved this tour! We were escorted to Warner Brothers Studio with a guide. Then we were given an VIP tour of the studio and free to visit as many times we wanted for the day. This is one of the best ways to experience Harry Potter sets!

I was deciding weither to just go or take a guided tour. I went with the tour, and it was worth every penny. The knowledge that the guide had on all aspects of H.P. was short of astounding. Go and enjoy. Mike

This tour is amazing and is a must do if you are in the London area. The only advice I would give is to plan to be there the whole day. Do not plan anything for after. We saw the tickets said one hour there, three hour tour and one hour back so we planned for 5 hours there, and at 5 hours we were only half way through the tour and we did not want to leave because it was AMAZING but we had already paid for Wimbledon tour that evening at 4 and had to rush to get there. Spend the whole day here at Harry Potter, you will not regret it!!

Wizards and muggles alike will love this tour. Guided tour brings the exhibits alive. Great fun. Well worth the price. You will take advantage of re-entry option so plan an entire day

A fantastic and must see for any Harry Potter fan. Can't wait to go back. Tour organizers were really good and very friendly and helpful.

This experience was incredible! Harry Potter guided tour with transport included. We spend the whole day here. Alex our tour guide was fantastic and full of amazing interesting facts. Would 100% recommend, totally worth the money

Freddie was fantastic. Clearly one of the two best tour guides from our 11 day vacation, including a whole lot of tours. He knows his subject, has two years of experience, and is funny, engaging, and entertaining.

It was an amazing experience! From the beginning of the tour till the end. Full of surprises! The tour guides are very helpful too

The transportation was easy, tour was amazing, and re-entry after the tour much appreciated. I spent about 8 hours at the studio!

Definitely worth the time! It took us some time to get to the train station, but once we arrived and met up with our guide... it was all good. The guide at WB was very knowledgeable. My 11 year old loved all the info from the guide. Again, highly recommended.

Reserve as early as you can, spots fill up quickly. Having the fully guided tour helped us get the most out of this experience. Lizel, with City Tours, was our host to get us on the train and to the entrance of the studio. It was a very helpful introduction to navigating the train system in London, Everyone was on their own getting back to London, but that was not a problem because we had already learned how to navigate the system. This was an added bonus to me. Once at Warner Bros. Studios, Jemma was our guide. She was great and very responsive to the group. She was bubbly (without being too much), funny and full of stories and knowledge. At the start of the tour we were given headphones. At first I didn't like this idea, however once we got started I soon realized how great it was to have them. There are a lot of people here. This particular day there were a lot of school groups present. Without the headsets it would have been difficult to hear a word Jemma was saying, However, with the headsets it was like we were the only ones there. We didn't miss a word, which is good because Jemma gave us some really fun facts and behind the scenes knowledge. After our three hour tour (which went by way too fast) we were allowed to go back in on our own. At this point we took the time to get more pictures and study the sets a little more carefully. Because of the lighting I have some very stunning pictures. It really looks like I knew what I was doing when all I did was point and shoot. I believe even those who aren't Harry Potter fans would really enjoy the set tours for the technical info and the film industry aspect. Bottom line: worth every penny. I'm very glad that I did the guided tour because I really feel I got so much more out of my time there.

This tour was great. Once we realized where to stand at that station to wait for the tour guide (more on us just making sure we were in the right place) - it was great. Our guide to get us there was fantastic, funny, and helpful. Also, the actual tour was amazing and one of our favorite things we did in London.

This tour was amazing and definitely worthwhile! My daughter is obsessed with Harry Potter, so she LOVED this tour. I am not as big of a fan (a fan, but not obsessed...I haven’t read all of the books or seen all of the movies) and even I thought the tour was fantastic! The pace of the tour is good and we loved that you have the opportunity to re-enter when the tour is finished to see anything you want to spend more time on or take more pictures. Our guide was awesome and told us more insider information than if you did not take the fully guided tour and she was able to bring certain items over to our group to have a better look (the potions book, Harry’s scar, etc). I highly recommend this tour!!!

We bought the VIP tour because it was the only tickets left. In the end it was the best thing I ever did. Loved or tour guide Jake! It was awesome to get the insider information and being able to go back in was wonderful!! If you like Harry Potter you will love this experience.

Our tour was fantastic. It was great bypassing the queue and having individual stories from our tour guide throughout. We had plenty of time after to go back through the exhibits and plenty of time to eat lunch before the second half began. Wonderful all the way around.

I booked a tour starting from 12:45 o'clock from Euston Railway station. The price included transfer by train and bus via Watford Junction to the studios guided by City Wonders UK and admission to a studio tour led by a WB guide. The City Wonders guide welcomed every guest and checked their presence in an app on her phone. She provided us with return tickets for the train and explained how everything is supposed to work out including what train service to take back into town in the afternoon. At the site of the studios a WB guide took over. She handed out bus tickets for the return trip to Watford and wrist bands to identify as guests eligible to re-enter the tour. Some bus tours from London to the WB Studios have a time limit of three or maybe three and a half hours at WB's. The nice thing about the City Wonders tour is that there is no such time limit, because after three hours (we entered the first room at 14:00 and left the last room at 17:00), we had not seen everything. The guide took us from set to set, explained everything thoroughly and was able to show many props like costumes or books in detail. Still, she did not explain every set on display. There are some sets also, that require queuing and for instance allow to take videos in front of a green screen. A ride on a broom, for example, or on the Hogwarts Express. We also missed the various fan shops spread throughout the tour. We did a half hour break to consume a mandatory Butterbeer after around 1 h 45 min, however. The City Wonders UK tour, however, allows for entering the studio tour again. This allowed to see details I missed earlier and to see the sets the guide had left out. I did not get the audio guide (additional 5 pounds) and maybe still missed some explanation. The restaurant closes at 20:00, while the studio is open until 22:00.

Our guide was so knowledgeable. I didn't realize that the studio was open until 10 PM and could go back in until then. Would've loved to stay the whole time. Be sure to check out the studio hours so you know how long you can stay. An absolutely fantastic time

We paid more than we were wanting for this tour. However it books out well in advance so we had no other option but the book the "Fully Guided Tour" and it really paid off. Our tour guide had so much inside information we wouldn't had found out without her. So informative. And I love the Warner Brothers doesn't try to squeeze to many people in. Plenty of room to wander around. Kids had an absolute ball. Definitely worth it. Highlight of our holiday
