Experience the best of Angkor Wat in 1 day on this private tour from Siem Reap. Explore UNESCO-listed Angkor Wat, with sites like Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King as well as temples like Bayon, Banteay Kde, and Ta Prohm.

Be picked up from your hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Sit back and relax as you journey to the ancient Angkor Wat complex to discover the world's largest religious monument; including its forested area, it spreads over 155 square miles (400 sq km).

Start your tour with a visit to this national symbol of Cambodia. Marvel at its architectural grandeur as well as its ancient shrines featuring traditional Khmer designs, unique sculptures, and intricate carvings.

Next, visit the last-known capital of the Khmer Empire, Angkor Thom. Wander around this ancient walled city, and as you enter through the massive south gates, be greeted by lines of statues of demons and gods, each carrying a giant naga (a snake-like deity).

Continue to Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King, used as a viewing platform and a royal cremation site by the Angkor King Jayavarman VII. Afterward, explore the Bayon, featuring distinctive stone structures influenced by Baroque-inspired Khmer architecture.

Break for a delicious lunch before visiting the historic Banteay Kdei temple and picturesque Ta Prohm. After a day of exploration, your transfer brings you back to your hotel.

I was able to change the date w/o problem. Our guide, car and driver were professional. They arrived promptly at the hotel, provided excellent service, and took fantastic photos. Our guide was very knowledgeable about Angkor Wat and was able to step away from the crowds to point out special events.

Our tour guide La, was not only the best guide but also a great photographer! He and our driver were both beautiful people. The car was really comfortable, we had cold water the whole trip. Highly recommend this experience to everyone.

We were lucky enough to have PJ as our guide for our private Angkor Wat tour. PJ was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed us all around the different temples. PJ and his driver were both very professional and kind. We had such an amazing experience. I highly recommend this tour and maybe you will also be lucky enough to have PJ as your tour guide!

This is one of the most amazing sites I have seen, and I have been all over the word. The complex at Angkor Wat is simply amazing. Definitely hire a private guide and it would be worth it to spend more than one day seeing everything. This definitely merits "wonder of the world" status.

Ra was amazing! He paced the visit perfectly and was so knowledgeable about the the temples and sites we visited. Great sense of humor and a very talented photographer! We have amazing pictures based on his suggestions. The driver was a true professional and was always ready for us with a smile and cold water!

Excellent tour and tour guide. Flexible with itinerary with extremely friendly and polite but always professional guide. It was great to have a break from the heat in between temples in the car with the air con! The idea sounds good but the poor souls doing tuk tuk tours did not get that-plus distance between some temples was considerable-not good in a tuk tuk! They also had ice cold drinks and cold towels at the ready after each temple which was desperately needed after the walking, crowds and the heat!

It was our first tour during the trip to Cambodia and Thailand. In retrospect, I have to say that Mr Siep Hour (alas, I am sure I am wrong with the spelling of his name) was the best tour guide during our entire trip. His command of English was the best and also his knowledge of Cambodian culture, history and customs was really impressive. We had informative and thoroughly pleasant conversations with him about Angkor Wat but also many other topics. He also has a great sense of humor and was taking our pictures from best possible angles. Needless to say, the organization was seamless, the guide and driver were on time, everything went according to a plan. We have seen and learned so much. Highly recommend!

The sights were obviously amazing...but the best part was having an expert tell us everything about the temples and sights we were visiting. Our guide was very outgoing and friendly. He answered questions and was a great photographer for us as well. It was also nice having a personal driver from place to place. There wouldn't have been any way we would have seen as much as we did in the amount of time our private tour took on our own. Hands down this was worth the money.

Amazing, excellent guide, very knowledgeable. Important to know, this is not only an Angkor Wat tour, it also visits Angkor Tom and Pa Throm.

Our tour was private and I would suggest if you can afford it to do it this way. Our guide was wonderful, pointing out interesting facts and keeping the children amused. The temples we saw were awesome, with the children's favourite being the "Tomb Raider" Temple with its fantastic tree roots.

This was a fantastic tour, the guide Haw was excellent, very knowledgeable. There weren't too many tourists due to the time of year rainy season, so a perfect time to visit. I would thoroughly recommend it.
