Tom was our guide and did a wonderful job. His knowledge of the area was very enjoyable. We would recommend this tour to anyone.

My wife and I really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable of the entire area. We got to see the major things that their are to see including riding the Hornblower, which is the Canadian side version of the Maid of the Mist, the Floral Clock and Niagara on the Lake. This tour DOES NOT include Behind the Falls attraction which I thought it did. Their were only a total of 6 of us on the tour and that made it very easy to ask questions and hear what was going on.

This was such a great tour--Our guide explained everything to us --I highly recommend this tour and the beautiful scenery.

The tour was really nice! First of all, there were only 7 of us (an Australian family of 6 + me). I really like small groups since it's easier to catch up and stay together. Secondly, our guide, Fabio, was AMAZING. Super friendly, punctual, informative and had a great sense of humor. 6 stars :)

We had a great time on this tour! Our guide Fabio was the best. I would highly recommend this tour!

This was a tour that picked us up from our hotel at 10:30 and returned us to the hotel around 5:00. It was a wonderful tour of the Falls, the boatride and the country around Lake Niagra. We went to a winery, saw the floral clock and the sights around Lake Niagra. The tour guide was difficult to understand at first--but I got used to his accent after a few hours. I thought the tour included the Backside of the Falls and it did not, although we could have done this at one of the stops if I had understood the guide and paid the price for the ticket. There was an optional lunch that we purchased on the tour and it was at the top of the Sheraton Hotel and the view was beautiful of the Falls. The buffet was expensive, but the food was very good and it was much better than fast food, which was the other option near the boats. The countryside tour was really nice and the boatride near the Falls was awesome. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide was wonderful we got to see the falls from so many different perspectives then there was the boat tour into the mist loved it so much fun then lunch and niagara on the lake for shopping and then wine tasting it was a fantastic day we had so much fun

Great tour combines the usual stops with the less crowded spots on the way to Niagara on the Lake Clock, winery, etc.. Recommend getting something to eat after the Hornblower before getting back on the bus. Tom was great tour guide.

John, our guide, was great! First time in Niagara and he made sure we got our monies worth. Enjoyed all the experiences. Niagara itself was too honky tonk for us. Glad we stayed in Niagara on the Lake.

Our tour guide Tom was great. He had tons of information and interesting stories about the Falls, and the history of the area. After stopping at the Falls and taking the boat ride, we saw the Whirlpool where we heard quite a few interesting stories. The floral clock, Niagra on the Lake and a wine tasting were on our itinerary for the day, as well as the tower? All stops included enough time to take pictures and explore a bit. This tour was took us to some places we may otherwise had missed, and Tom did a great Job pointing out many historical details. I can see how a bad guide would taint this experience. You should go and ask for Tom!

Great tour guide.

Enjoyed the boat ride and the ease to which we were ushered onto the Hornblower. The stop at the winery was interesting although I don't drink wine. Forty Five minute stop in town for lunch was way too short to get served and enjoy our meal this stop should have been at least an hour. Glad the driver skipped the Souvenir stop. Was hoping the Skylon observation deck was included. Driver's accent made it difficult to understand his pointing out the tour sights.

This tour was great! We had a minor hiccup and seemed mixed in with some people who had a slightly different tour. We went to a winery which was not supposed to be on our tour since we had our children with us. We had to let our guide know since we didn't stop at Journey Behind the Falls which we were supposed to do. Our guide went above and beyond and took care of it for us at the end of the day. It was slightly long by the end, but the day was definitely a hit. The falls are beautiful and being on the Hornblower cruise in them and being behind them on the Journey were definitely highlights.

The guide with Zoom Tours was a good guide and got us through a lot of backed up traffic due to road closings. But, we did not get everything on the itinerary...
• Submitted 15 May 2017
It was a good tour and featured the highlights of places to see in Niagara Falls in a short time
• Submitted 18 Sep 2016
overall the trip was very good however on reflection and after being dropped off we realised we had not been taken for a walk tour below the falls which should have been included !. Apparently that costs money !!. Also the organisation getting onto the Hornblower boat was a bit chaotic since our guide seemed to leave us at the main entrance at street level so our party got split up.
• Submitted 14 Sep 2016
Our driver was amazing, but you can save your money by renting a car and go sightseeing yourself. You can also just get the tickets for the boat tour. I would not recommend this tour, but once again, our driver was great.
• Submitted 11 Dec 2017
I would rate this experience poor. It’s not worth the price. Buy a ticket to cruise and drive around instead.
• Submitted 04 Sep 2018
It was very unorganized. The guide gave us our passes for the boat tour and told us to text when we were ready to be picked up...we had to try and stay together ourselves and because of that I got a horrible view. Then we drove around a few places and didn't hear much of anything to do with the falls. We didn't go behind the falls, tour guide said it really wasn't all that great and that we were doing the Sklon Tower instead.....We had already been there so we gave our tickets away and MISSED Out on the behind the water fall. The Most Disappointing part of our vacation...
• Submitted 28 Aug 2016
The attractions are great. Going behind the falls and the ride on the Hornblower into the mist of the falls was great. Our tour guide was terrible. She was supposed to tell us what we were seeing along the way and she acted like we were bothering her. She did not even want to take us to all of the attractions listed and we had to read her the tour itinerary. Then we spent most of the 5 hours waiting for the bus to come back...I guess you get what you pay for.
