We could see all the mains piramids, ride a camel for 20 min. It was a wonderful experience. Then we went to visit de Museum. It was interesting only. After we went to old market. It is poor and don’t have nothing diferent of others market’s streets.

Manar was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us the must-see sites in Cairo and Giza. We went to the pyramids at Giza, rode a camel, saw the Sphinx, essence/perfume shop, Egyptian cotton shop, lunch at a local restaurant, papyrus shop, Egyptian Museum, and local bazaar from 8am to 5pm. Cairo/Giza is known for crazy driving and heavy traffic, so please be prepared. Overall, we had an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide, Z, was knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel at ease during the trip. In addition, the driver was very good. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. We dined at a roof top restaurant and the food was good. All in all would do the tour again. Lastly, getting off a camel is easier than getting on.

The tour was well organised and the tour guide was really good. She was knowledgeable and we enjoyed the tour thoroughly. Thanks Viator for organising the tour for us.

Fatima was absolutely wonderful in every way. She took the time to review and explain the flow of all the stops and a high level overview before we started. Helped with pictures and ensured I got the beat of my experience as I had limited time. The explanations and carefully planned route to cater to my needs was wonderful. I would recommend Fatima to anyone and hope she will be my guide on my Alexandria tour coming up soon. The door to door services and assistance to get what I was looking for was exceptional.

Mina is a great and knowledgeabke guide! The tour was much more than what I expected! We first walked through the old city bazaars, then went to the museum, then had a lunch with a panoramic Views to the pyramids. Then we went to see all the pyramids and the sfinks! Riding the camel was so much fun!!! We actually rode on the desert and took some really funny photos! It was good that I did not have to walk too much as the car was available all the time! I recommend this tour!! We saw everything we wanted and even visited an Essential oil factory in the end!! It was only me and my husband so it really was all based on what we wanted. The lunch was very good as well!

This was an incredible tour. I HIGHLY recommend doing this tour. Our tour guide was so knowledgable, it was incredible. She spoke english perfectly with hardly an accent. She was so nice and friendly. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you Manar Atwa for making our trip to Egypt amazing!!!

Ashraf our tour guide was great and he explained things well. If anything 8 hours are not enough you can use this tour as a starter to explore more. Cairo is Islamic, Coptic and pharaonic so more time will be needed.

Ashraf and his driver met us at the airport with a printed sign with our names on it and they made a point to make us feel important from the start! He was fluent in English and very knowledgeable about Cairo and entertaining! We enjoyed every minute, this was the perfect way to see Cairo and the most important sites. We loved that he made our trip short and sweet making sure to point out the most important features especially in the museum when we would have been there all day if we were alone. I would HIGHLY recommend Ashraf, thanks again!! Feedback: Wish we would have been given a heads up about the locals and how much they hustle you in Cairo, don't accept help from anyone without being ready to flip them some money, even at the airport.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our Cairo day trip more! We set off to the pyramids first thing and took in a camel ride before the area became busy. Next we stopped at local jewelry and papyrus artisans, followed by lunch and highlights of the Egyptian Museum. Lastly, a trip to the bazaar to take in the local scene. Our guide Zenab was very knowledge and friendly! She was always accommodating and answered all of our questions. We had the most wonderful time and would not hesitate to visit again! Highly recommended!

I had so much fun and our guide Manar and driver were execellent. Manar is so passionate about the history and people of Egypt it makes you want to learn more and you know you only have a short time. I will gladly recommend her and this company to others and hopefully be able to come back to visit Luxor.

My wife, son, and I traveled to Cairo for a couple of days and we were all really excited about this trip. I can't say enough about how great this tour was. Zenab was a very knowledgeable and gracious tour guide, our driver was extremely professional, and the food for lunch was amazing! I would highly recommend this if you are looking to see all the highlights of Cairo in one day.

This was my first time to Egypt and I highly recommend if you only have a few days in Cairo as this trip is a must! The day started promptly at 8am with a warm friendly smile from my tour guide, Ibrahim. A clean air conditioned car was waiting for us curbside at the hotel. Off we went as my fun filled adventure began. Ibrahim pointed out MANY sites along the way to the pyramids and was full of information, speaking excellent English and very easy to understand. Once we arrived, he gave me the history and facts about the pyramids, and an option to enter inside for extra money. There’s not much to see inside and it’s a very narrow steep climb, but I’m so glad I did this! Following this was a camel ride and some photo ops with the pyramids and sphynx as backdrops. Ibrahim took some amazing photos of me and never seemed to tire if I wanted more. The next stops included a Papyrus shop to see how the paper is made, an oil shop, and my favorite – a jewelry shop where you can have a customized necklace (cartouche) made with your name. Of course all the shops would like you to buy something, and need to say “no” if not interested and waste any precious time. We stopped for a delicious authentic lunch and then headed to the Egyptian museum and bazaar (Khan el Khalili). Having an Egyptologist guide was definitely a bonus as Ibrahim pointed out special pieces of interest in the museum that I might have missed on my own. At the bazaar, it was also an added benefit having him navigate us through this maze of this massive place, and went directly to a few shops for some souvenirs I had in mind. The driver was awesome getting us safely through the crazy traffic in Cairo and enjoyed the curb side drop off and pick up though the entire tour. This is a 5+ tour and must request Ibrahim if you want the best experience you can ever imagine. Shukraan - I will be back to see more of Egypt. #1photographer #yallayalla

Wael did a great job on the tour. Gave us a ton of information and was able to answer all our questions in great detail. Would go out of our way to use him again from “pyramids Land Private Tours”

This was an excellent day tour of the pyramids and the Egyptian museum. Our tour guide Fatma was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. The trip also includes visits to a papyrus shop and oils shop that seem like tourist traps. However our guide Fatma was pretty upfront beforehand about these shops so I did not mind. Overall I highly recommend this trip.

Outstanding day trip, well worth the value. Fatima was outstanding in her knowledge of Egypt and photographer abilities. The trip is a must if staying in Cairo or Giza for a short period of time. Would highly recommend private over the group tours here.

This tour was wonderful! We decided to do this one on our first day in Egypt, which was a good plan as it really took us all over the tourist spots in Cairo. Our guide Fatma was sweet, informative and charming. She is a certified Egyptologist and we were so glad we had her in the Egyptian Museum to show us all the little pieces of information that we would have missed on our own. Pros: - good value (it really is a full 8 hours, and was actually private) - excellent tour guide (seriously, don't do the Egyptian museum without a tour guide!) - lots of variety in activities Cons: - camel ride wasn't really 30 mins, it was like 10. This wasn't a huge issue, I'm not sure I would want 30 minutes, but this did make it seem a little silly -trips to shops that were clearly set up to sell you stuff (papyrus and oils). We actually really enjoyed the oil shop and did make purchases but if you're not into this sort of thing it could be annoying All in all this day of touring Cairo was amazing! We had a great time and can't wait for our next trip to Egypt.

This tour allowed me to see most of the highlights of Cairo in one day. I did this tour as my first stop in Egypt. It was a great introduction to see and learn about the Pyramids of Giza and the treasures in the Egyptian Museum and to walk through the famous Khan el-Khalili bazaar. My tour guide, Yassar, was very good. He was knowledgeable and easy to understand. He also took great pictures. He knew all the best angles. The driver was also great. And the car was comfortable in that Cairo traffic. The guide and driver were on time for pick up and drop off. I had to catch a flight following the tour and they helped arrange an Uber for me from the final stop. I took several tours during my trip in Egypt and this was my favorite one. This is a must do for anyone traveling to Cairo for the first time. Finally getting to see the Pyramids in person was amazing. I opted not to pay extra to go into the Pyramids because I was planning to go to other temples and I knew the room inside the Pyramids would be empty. This is a decision that I do not regret. All the artifacts have been looted or placed in the Egyptian Museum, which is why going to that museum is a must. I did opt to add on and pay extra to see the royal mummies at the museum. However, unless you are really into mummies, I don't think this is necessary. You do get to see two mummies as part of the regular tour of the museum and a room of animal mummies. For me, the add on ended up being interesting but not necessary. I could have done without it. This tour also included a stop at a Papyrus shop and perfume shop. While it was interesting to see both of these products and learn about how they are made, I would say do not buy anything at these places if you are planning to go to Aswan. The prices are cheaper there and the perfumes are exactly the same scents. The paintings are not exactly the same at every Papyrus shop but similar. The cheapest place to buy papyrus art and perfumes are the bazaar so you could also wait and buy when you get there as part of this tour. The bazaar itself is large and can be overwhelming but fun to see. Overall, this tour allows you to take in the highlights in one day with a knowledgeable guide who will make the tour fun and interesting. I definitely recommend spending the money to do this.

My husband and I are visiting from the US. This is a tour of all the must see’s in Cairo! Zenab, our guide, was full of knowledge and made us feel very comfortable. From seeing the great Pyramid, the Sphinx, the Cairo museum, and the bazaar, she shared tremendous knowledge and ensured we understood each site - all the while giving us the time we needed to make the experience our own! She always gave us enough time, but kept to the schedule. Even while helping us find a special piece of jewelry we were looking for.... In the middle of the day, we enjoyed delicious local food and more stories of history of the area with an amazing view of the Sphinx. An A+ experience overall a and highly recommend spending the day with Zenab to explore it!

My daughter and I went to Egypt for my 60th bday. Yasser and Emad were so genours and kind to us. Yasser is very informative and gave us so much history of his country. Everything went so smoothly and hassle free. We really enjoyed our time with Yesser, when we return to Cairo we will definitely choose him again as our tour guide. For anyone seeking this tour, don't hesitate and request Yesser. 5 stars given to him and Emad! Thank you again for a wonderful and magical experience.

Our tour guide on this tour name was Michael Yehia Sobhy. We knew we were in good hands when the hotel told us that Michael was the best. He wasn't kidding. We had visited the Pyramids and Sphinx the day before with Gate 1 travel and we learned so much more with Michael. It was worth the repeat visit. The Egyptian Museum tour was the best of all. He had three versions (short, medium or long tour). We loved it so much, we opted for the long tour. It was fantastic and we now have a real appreciation for Egyptian History. The lunch place Michael took us to was full and he was still able to get us in quickly, cause he knows everyone. The lunch food was the best and I actually got to try Camel. I was looking to buy my wife an 18 carat cartouche while visiting Egypt and Michael took us to a very authentic Bazaar that specialized in this area. We were able to watch them make it on the spot. This tour made the trip to Egypt very worthwhile. Thank You Michael. We highly recommend any tour you can get with him while in Egypt!

We booked this tour at very short notice after our original tour was a victim of the Thomas Cook collapse. The tour guide, Amal, met us at the hotel early and introduced herself and explained the tour arrangements to us. We had Amal and the taxi driver to ourselves which was marvelous. Amal took us to the Pyrmamids, arranged a camel ride (an adventure in itself)) and then on to the Sphinx and gave us a very detailed and informative talk on both sites - she also takes excellent photographs. We then had a visit to a perfumery and a papyrus factory before a very good lunch. Amal was quite happy to answer our questions about life in Egypt and was interested in our lives too. The tour of the museum was excellent, Amal showed us around all the more relevant displays so we didn't waste time, again her knowledge was excellent. Quite amused that the toilet attendants asked for money while standing under signs saying no tipping allowed! After the museum we were starting to feel a bit foot sore so made a very quick visit to the bazaar and got a few souvenirs - not so much pressure from the stall holders as in Luxor and Aswan. Then it was back to the hotel - Amal was an excellent guide and we were constantly surprised at how quickly the taxi came to take us onto the next destination. All in all a very good value and enjoyeble trip - thank you Amal.
