Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Louvre Museum, 99 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris France

Your 3-hour journey through some of the world’s great artistic treasures begins at the Arc du Carrousel, next to the Louvre entrance. Choose a morning, afternoon or evening tour and meet your English-speaking guide. Enjoy fast access to the museum with your skip-the-line pass and begin your tour through the massive venue, home to over 35,000 works of art spanning more than 73,000 square meters of exhibition space. Your entrance pass also provides complimentary audio headsets.

Wander the diverse exhibitions, starting with the Ancient Greek Parthenon, followed by the iconic Venus de Milo. While in the ancient antiquities’ gallery, view the celebrated Winged Victory of Samothrace. Then head to the Apollo Gallery to see the opulent royal crowns of Napoleon and King Louis XV. Get a taste of the French Revolution with Delacroix’s painting Liberty Leading the People and take in the Italian Renaissance as you gaze at the work of Michelangelo and Da Vinci's Mona Lisa. (See full sample list below.)

With your small group (limited to 25 people), engage in lively chats with your guide and hear entertaining anecdotes, trivia and history. Afterward, spend as much time as you like exploring the museum independently.

Please Note: Evening tours are limited to Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30pm. For an extra unique experience, book an evening session and wind through the quiet corridors at night, when the crowds are gone, and the artwork is basked in soft light. Enjoy the tour without all the bustle, and finish with great views of the Louvre’s glittery outside pyramid lit up after dusk.

Our guide person was very knowledgeable and friendly, sorry I forgot his name, the tour lasted 3 hours and got to see the main stars of the museum and more, when you are short in time is worthy to have a guide, totally recommend it!

Alex was an absolutely fantastic tour guide. We had a wonderful time. It was extremely informative and very interesting. I would definitely recommend having a guide to take you around the Louvre as it’s so large

Felix, the tour guide was knowledgeable, personable, and led the group well. This tour was by far the best we had while in Paris. He provided us with a good understanding of the background of various key pieces in the museum. Further, when asked about other lesser-known pieces, Felix was quick with knowledgeable answers.

After reading lots of reviews about entry to the Louvre we decided to pay for the guided tour and it was definitely worth doing. No queuing and our tour guide Reuben was absolutely brilliant, his knowledge of french history was extensive. Would definitely recommend.

Adam was a great tour guide and definitely recommend you to take guided tour rather than try to navigate on your own.

We really enjoyed our tour with Adam. He was both informative and funny!. He shared so much about the pieces of art we viewed, as well as the history behind the art. The three hours went by in a heartbeat! Even the time we waited to see Mona Lisa, was painless because Adam spent the time sharing about other art works in our viewing area. It was a great time, and definitely a highlight of our trip. We definitely recommend this tour and Adam in particular!!

We truly skipped the line, going in a different entrance than the great majority of visitors and getting priority access into the building. Our tour guide was fantastic - knowledgeable about the museum itself, art in general, and French history. She was enthusiastic and interactive. The three hour tour felt much shorter to me, and after there was plenty of time to see more if desired.

This tour was amazing and well worth it. We feel like we were able to see all the main attractions and didn't have to worry about maneuvering the Louvre ourselves.Highly recommend!

This tour is for history buffs and art fans. It is a three hour tour. My tour was with Mustafa whom is absolutely amazing man. He loves the French culture and history. There are lockers to put your items and bathrooms after security and lots of items to purchase for sale. There are a lot of steps between the levels but there are elevators if needed. You do skip the line outside but rejoin the line for security. This tour is perfect if you never been to the Louvre. He got us through the art exhibits and many rooms and pieces and gave wonderful explanations. Other tourists were stopping to listen in. Don't forget to look up at the amazing ceilings. Book early as the tickets for the tour book up quickly.

Not only is the Louvre Museum of the most iconic buildings of Paris, our guide Violet managed to walk us around discussing the architecture, the paintings, their history and the stories behind the artists. Her knowledge is amazing, but her ability to keep you interested was a delightful. Not only would we recommend this tour, but particularly Violet. Merci beaucoup

Greetings from Los Angeles! Violet was our tour guide and she was amazing:) She is passionate about the artwork and makes the tour fun by storytelling. Had I walked in by myself, I would of had no idea what I was looking at. I walked out after our tour in love with history and feeling a lot more knowledgeable. Thank you Violet for being so welcoming and so good at what you do. You are a gem! P.S. there were strikes the day of our tour in Paris so there was a possibility of it being cancelled, but City Wonders handled it very professionally .

Don't waste time in a line but enjoy it in the museum. Buy your tickets in advance and SAVE time! The museum is too large to even spend 1 minute in frustrating lineups.

Anna did a great job. She was very knowledgeable, light-hearted, and fun. In addition to learning about the history of the Lourvre, I also learned a lot about the various styles of sculpture and art over the ages. I would definitely recommend the tour and specifically, Anna as a guide. John S
