Ania was a fantastic guide. Lots of great information. Pepe was our guide at the ruins. Everything was amazing. The Cenote was gorgeous and mesmerizing. Lunch was delicious. I’d still be eating the empanadas if I could. We were able to see stingrays and turtles during the snorkeling. A must!

The tour was great and this had a lot to do with our guide Sylvana. She did a superb job in arranging and helping us navigate through everything. Taking 12 people through cenote swimming and snorkeling when half of the people were not quite ready for these activities seemed an impossible task but it would almost appear like a cake walk for Sylvana. She took care of individual needs and had clear instructions for everyone to ensure they made the most of the experience. She was passionate about promoting the understanding of the local culture and nature which made things enjoyable.

What a great experience! Would highly recommend this tour. We had a fabulous day out, the cenote was the highlight of the trip! Enough time spent in each location, great snack and standard buffet lunch.

Absolutely a memory maker. Tulum is a cool historic place to visit. Very cultural. Combine it with a snorkel trip to the reef where you will see turtles and rays, fish of every shape and size and you already have a great trip. But add a down home Mexican lunch after a 2 mile jungle ride to a cenote and I felt like I won the trifecta!! Juan our guide was full of great information, did a fantastic tour of a dry cenote and then took us for a swim under ground in the cenote filled with water. You have never been to a cenote you will be amazed at the natural wonders the world has to hold. And you actually get to go in it and swim among the stalactites and stalagmites. Juan explained trees, animals we saw and could answer just about everything we asked him. This was a full day tour and Juan was with us the whole day. Our driver was wonderful too. Bathrooms at every stop, although a bit rustic, and places to change from wet to dry etc. Do this tour. You will be amazed at all your day holds. You can sit around the pool the next day.

3 in 1 it is! Great opportunity to see major attractions in one tour. The guide, Juan, was great - Friendly and knowledgeable. The tour went smoothly and on time. Great experience overall!

There were nine people on our tour—such a nice change from the big bus tours out of Cancun. Our guide, Gina, was terrific. She had an incredible wealth of knowledge about the Mayans that she shared with us at Tulum. Lunch was very nice for a buffet in an outdoor setting in the jungle. The highlight was our underground swim in a cenote/cavern, which is a truly special experience. Please note there is quite a bit of walking on rough surfaces and steep climbs down to the dry cave and the swimming cavern; you might want to think twice if you have bad knees or hips.

Our guide, Gina, is very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Mayan ruins and civilization from her. She answered all our question in details. The snorkeling part was OK. It was raining so we did not see much. The beach is very beautiful though. The cenotes is a must see. Make sure you waterproofed your phone so can take video/photos while snorkeling.

Our Guide Mariano and his team (Roman and Victoria) were amazingly helpful. Before explaining my experience, this is what you need for this tour. Make sure you have a GoPro or water camera as you will miss a lot of great pictures when you snorkel and enter the Cenote . You will need strong mosquito repellent when you are walking through the jungle. Make sure to have an extra pair of clothes, so you can change once you are done with the water activities. Also, make sure to have tip money, they do an amazing job and Victoria takes unforgettable pictures throughout each activity. (Tip is well deserved) Lunch was delicious. I love empanadas, white rice, beans, shredded chicken or pork (which they were offering) and spicy sauces- eating while you see iguanas and other creatures was pretty awesome! OUR EXPERIENCE Mariano and his team were very punctual. They provided snacks (bananas, muffins, and a brown sac of goodies) and the delicious lunch. Mariano the guide was very quick to explain how the day would run. When we got into the van, he immediately started telling us where we were going and how many other people we were going to pick up. IT was nice to know the "agenda". He spoke about each site with such caring interest. He wanted us to know how important it is to protect the coral reef, sea creatures, and the Cenote. I brought my 60+ diabetic mother. She has a hard time walking, and Mariano was extremely patient with her. Mariano took the initiative to make her walk with him at the very front. My mother doesn't know how to swim and is terrified of the ocean so snorkeling was out of the question. However, Mariano encouraged her to get on the boat (we all had to wear life jackets) and after the snorkeling activity was done, my mother told me that she was so glad that Mariano had "pushed" her to see the experience that others were having. When we got to the Cenote, again my mother didn't want to do it because she couldn't swim, but Mariano encouraged her to at least walk up to the platform to see all of us jump and see the majestic view of this site/activity. My mother asked if she could stay in the van, but he said that he had to ensure that the belongings of the other passengers were safe and found a quiet comfortable waiting area for her. He was very knowledgeable and sites were breath taking. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat. TOTALLY WORTH WAKING UP EARLY to get a more "intimate" tour. our money was well spent even when we did the quick souvenir shopping.

Our family of 5 with 16-21 yr old kids had a blast. They packed alot into the day and we were happily exhausted at the end. Lunch was really good and plenty. Juan, our guide, was top notch. The Ruins tour was good, the reef snorkel was alot of fun, and the Cenote was the highlight. Book this!

Our guides, driver, and photographer were so accomodating. We got picked up at the time stated, we started at Tulum, then snorkeled, then a traditional lunch was served. After lunch we went through a dry remote and then swam in the set one. It was a fantastic experience.

Paco was the best guide - nice trip to Tulum Ruins, great guide through the history of the Mayans. Super great reef snorkeling and then the cenote and caves were unbelievable. Paco was wonderful in informing everyone on what was going on and helped make the trip enjoyable for everyone. Definitely a highlight of our vacation!!! I hope you are lucky enough to get Paco as your guide!!

It didn't matter that it was rainy, our guide Maria was so full of life and joy. The day was perfect starting with Tulum ruins, then a short ride for snorkeling, and the lunch and cenote swim in the jungle was the best! The entire experience was amazing. We have booked with Viator many times and they have never steered us wrong. Thank you for an incredible day!

We enjoyed this tour tremendously and would highly recommend it especially if the tour guide Ulrich. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. The cenote swim was spectacular and out of this world!

We had a very full day with a trip to Tulum where we met a wonderful Maya man named Marten. This lush archaeological site, which is located overlooking the Caribbean Sea is filled with remnants of a brilliant civilization. Leaving the ruins, we went snorkeling off of Tulum Beach where we guided to vast areas filled with turtles, stingrays, varied fish, and many types of coral. We had about 45 minutes here, which was plenty. Off to a buffet lunch and then to see two cenotes. We explored the second vast censored swimming through chambers formed by stalagtites everywhere. Unbelievable experience. Nico was our guide and he was the best! Thank you for giving us this experience.

The overall sequence of events is appropriate and the time spent in each place is enough To experience everything. Tulum Ruins is fun. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and the history of the place is cool. We found turtles and stingrays at the snorkeling site- it is fun! The Cenote and the cenote dive is an out of this world experience. If you are claustrophobic, it is not for you. Ocean tour peeps are amazing- Nico, Marcial and Guillermo are amazing. They are chill and not rushed at all. Of note, this is a good time to go. We had a good luck i guess for when all of the places we visited were not crowded at all. The thing that is constant in all places—- Mosquitos! So wear something or bring something to protect you from these blood suckers. They are hungry 😋 Thank you Ocean Tours! Highly recommended.

My bf and I absolutely loved this tour. We had a blast snorkeling, we got see turtles and sting rays! And swiming in the cenotes was also amazing, the water was so refreshing. I would advise to take some mosquito repellent for your tour of Tulum. Our tour guide Victor was very knowledgeable and spoke great English, he made the trip even better. He even came prepared with an ice chest of water bottles and snacks! Totally worth buying this tour, you won't regret it. I wish I could go back! Dont forget to tip your tour guide and drivers because they are amazing at their jobs!

The tour was fantastic. Tulum, for me, was very interesting and beautiful. Next stop was snorkeling. We saw lots of fish, manta rays and two green sea turtles. Then we went to the cenote. The water in the cenote was chilly, but felt great. The cave system is very interesting. All in all, another great tour

This tour was an all day excursion with three different adventures. Maria was our guide and was the happiest person with the best attitude ever. The Tulum ruins are so beautiful, and I can’t rave enough about the cenotes that you get to actually swim in. We went into a cavern and a cave and felt the difference- what an incredible, unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this!!!

I was not prepared for a packed day (3 big activities all in!) but with our tour guide Luca and driver Luis, I enjoyed this tour very much. Luca was very patient with me and never left me when I asked him I to stay closer during snorkeling and cenote swim. He was very calm so I overcame my nervousness and really enjoyed the tour. The highlight for me are seeing the ruins in Tulum, stingrays and turtles during the snorkeling and the refreshing cenote swim. They have special touches from the cold water, umbrellas, clean gear, snacks and lunch and cold towels. I would recommend this tour to anyone! Even if we had to switch vans as our wiper was not working and it was raining so hard going back, I didn't mind as overall it was a great experience. Also, they teamed with Alexandra our photographer. She really gave us good pictures!! Thank you Luca and Luis once again!

We had an amazing time. It could not have been better. From the first moment everything went great. Pickup from our hotel was right as scheduled. Guide (Benito) was funny, knowledgeable and made sure everyone was comfortable and safe at all times. We saw majestic Mayan ruins right on the ocean, gorgeous snorkeling water where we were lucky to see rays and turtles and we capped off the day with a swim in a stunning cenotes. Food and water were provided at all times during the trip as well. Overall an awesome experience that I would definitely recommend.
