This was a fantastic trip overall. What a steal for the price. Pick up was on time. You meet Ibrahim at the drop off spot. His English is fantastic and he has a good energy about him. He's clearly been doing this for a while. I have to assume many of the jokes he's been telling for some time, but he's entertaining and knowledgable about both the falls and the area surrounding it. He explains a little info about the Berbers and takes you to a shop where you can buy argan oil, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, which was nice. The monkeys were a nice unanticipated highlight of the trip. Ibrahim showed that it's pretty easy to get them to jump onto your back for a cool picture with the help of some peanuts. Ibrahim also shows you several good spots to take pics of the waterfall. You then climb down to it, and up the other side of it. At the waterfall you have the option of a 20 minute ride up close to the waterfall if you want, which everyone typically does (seriously it's only 20 MAD aka 2 USD, so why wouldn't you), and the raft operators offer to take your picture for you as well. Lunch was your typical 75-100 MAD (about 8-10 USD) meal that included a starter and a main dish. Fries were given for free as well. Tea was included. Overall a fantastic experience, and well worth the money.”

This was a very interesting trip. A long drive from marrakech but well worth it. We were met by a very knowledgeable guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly telling us lots of things about the falls. He ensured that we had time with the monkeys and enjoyed a lovely lunch. Highly recommend this tour.”

It's a shame the mountains are a 3 hour drive from Marrakesh but we can't move them. The driver was prompt, picked us on on time and a little stop on the way got us there in good time. We met our guide Ibrahim who I must say was very good. He was very knowledgeable and funny with it too. Some of the other tour guide were getting impatient but Ibra put them in their place because there's no rush, everyone is there to enjoy the day. Ibra also told some of the locals to stop asking for money so he was very supportive in that sense too.
The tour involves are fair amount of steps so it requires some level of fitness but it's a slow pace and there's plenty of shade from the trees so it's fairly straightforward.
Within a few minutes of the start of the tour, there are photo opportunities of the waterfalls and the king's brothers' house. After making your way down the river level, there are refreshments at small stalls where for a small price you can have fresh pomegranate juice, lovely stuff. Once at the river, board the barge which takes you out to the waterfall. The guide will stop at the base of the waterfall for photos and a light shower. Fantastic views from the base of the waterfall to the sky. Once back on dry land, you get to feed the monkeys then the big monkeys get fed at the restaurant overlooking the valley and breathtaking views. Don't forget the camera for this one!”

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip to Ouzoud. It was really great value and so well organised! On arriving we had a guide who took us for a 2.5 hour walk down to the falls and from the outset he was great! I think his name was Ibrahim. He was attentive, funny and knowledgeable. He made sure that we didn’t get ripped off by people when we met and fed the monkeys, he made sure we all got served lunch and he was just so helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire day. We found the scenery stunning and no trip to Marrakech is complete without doing this trip. Best of all, we were back in the main square by 6pm which was the perfect time to watch the sunset! All in all a brilliant day and great value. Book this trip!!”

Picked up from the picked up point on time and was made aware of the travelling time from the start. It was around 3 hours with a break in between. When we got there, we were put into a group or around 40 people. This didn't bother us much and our tour guide Ibrahim (I think that's his name) made everyone felt involved from the start. We trek around and into berber house, Ibrahim was very informative, knowledgeable, funny, quick witted and even put up with some annoying kids asking silly questions. We had enough time to take photos. Didn't really felt rush even though we knew they have a schedule to work to. Make sure to take the boat trip at the bottom of the fall. Ibrahim was clear with the rules about the Monkeys so that we don't get ripped off by the local with their nuts and photos taking. Lunch at the end was 100 dirham each, remember that this is a tourist area so I wasn't too bother about that. Overall, great day out and big shout out to Ibrahim.”

Was picked up on time by Abdullah in a people carrier. The guide was great too, Ibraheem. Wear trainers as you will walk down to the base of the waterfall. Then you need to walk back up. See the wild monkeys.Take 100 Dirham minimum for lunch should you want to. Also stops at a service station. The drive us about 3 hours each way. My driver is awesome, on way back he went out of his way to drop me off at a supermarket instead of my initial pickup point. What's more, neither he nor Ibraheem asked for any money or tips. On top if that, our driver Abdullah offered to buy me tea at a service station out of politeness. I would recommend this specific tour.”

This was a very impressive trip!
For anyone nervous about the hiking, don't worry! I myself am not too fond of steep hiking or even walking, but this was actually lots of fun! Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as we've had girls wearing high heels having trouble.
The driver picked us up from close to where we were staying and brought us to the top of the waterfalls. From there on the tour started. It's an informative and comfortable walk, with our tourguide explaing lots of things and answering questions. You go all the way down to where the waterfall ends, where there is an optional, but highly recommended "boat ride". Be careful, you'll be soaked in seconds. After a short break, you will make your way all the way up again from the other side, where there is lots of opportunities for great pictures, seeing monkeys and rainbows and finally some lunch. After that the driver will pick you up to go back to Marrakech.
I must say, our tourguidewas great with people, due to his quick humor and easy-going personality. He did, however, also keep us safe, by mentioning NOT to touch the monkeys, because they will likely bite you. They will come near you and get food provided by the locals (in exchange for a few Dirham). One monkey got over-excited and jumped on my back, which was pretty cool due to the pictures I got.
I can only recommend this trip and tourguide.”

Very, very impressive trip to the waterfalls. The tour guide Ibrahim spoke perfect English and despite a relatively large group tried to be there for everyone. Really a very recommendable trip.”

A great day out from start to finish.
Pick up was on schedule and journey was relatively comfortable with one comfort break on the way (and one on the way back).
The guide, Ibrahim, was entertaining, very knowledgeable and made a point to let everyone know about the local scammers (charging for pictures with the monkeys).
The falls were spectacular and the pontoon ride at the bottom was definitely worth the 20 Dirhams for the photo opportunities.
The walk back to the top of the waterfall, via the monkeys, seemed a little difficult for some of the group so this trip may not be suitable for the less active.
The lunch at the end was unspectacular for 100 Dirhams, but hey, you didn't travel 3 hours for the lunch.
A couple of tips.
Make sure you take your own toilet paper unless you are happy to go without!
Also, take your own fruit to feed the monkeys at the waterfalls, they prefer it to the nuts on sale.”

We greatly enjoyed our trip to the Ouzoud Falls! Although a far drive (2.5-3hrs one way) it was a much needed escape from the bustle of Marrakech. Riad pickup was confirmed the day before and everything went smoothly. Tour guide (Ibrahim) was educational, entertaining, and a joy with his jokes and fluency of many languages. It is a fast paced tour so be efficient with photos and spending time with the monkeys. Be careful of the locals forcing peanuts into your hand then expecting payment. Overall, I highly recommend this trip!”

We had amazing time! Journey goes smoothly, our tour guide Ibrahim went above and beyond to make us have fun. One of the best excursions we have ever been on. Also the price is very good (hotel where we are staying is offering the same for twice the money). Will recommend this trip to everyone who will go to Morocco.”

We had a fantastic trip to Ouzoud Falls. Pickup and dropoff to hotel was great, no hassle. Our guide at the falls, Ibrahim, was funny and informative and the whole day was perfect, including the lunch at a rooftop restaurant, great tagine! The Falls are spectacular and definitely worth a visit and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

This was a great trip if you want to get away from the busy city and enter some peace and quiet. Feed the monkeys, let them sit on your shoulders, just don't let them rob your from your bag of peanuts like they did to me lol
I recommend bringing a water bottle, snacks, and a bathing suit if you want to swim.
The tour guide was excellent, and the people selling their merchandise do not pester you the way they do in the Medina's. This is a very relaxing and calm place to be.
Bring good shoes that have traction, some parts of the trail can be a bit steep so good shoes is advised. This is trail is not too much for children or elderly people to handle either.”

Hotel pickup was confirmed that day before and everyone went smoothly. The local guide was very entertaining and attentive. The falls were well worth the visit. Perhaps a little longer free time at the falls would be nice.”

I must admit that this was the best value for money day trip that we have done over recent years. Our guide was good and kept us interested throughout the tour of the falls, despite a few bad jokes, haha! The falls were impressive and well worth the effort. The meal was not included in the price of the trip, but much appreciated and good for the price.”

Our guide where a funny fella, he had a great sense of humour and even while being 100% marrocan, he had a nearly perfect British accent. It was beautiful and the food was a 3 course for 100 MDM, 9 EUR.”

The day was amazing. The only mishap we had was with our pick up. The driver didn’t come to our villa and waited elsewhere and didn’t let us know. Nonetheless the trip was great and the guides were amazing.”

Overall an excellent tour and the guides we had were excellent and caring. They were very knowledgeable. All day tour and the day we went it was just perfect. I would recommend to others to use the tour and great hike down and our boys enjoyed the swimming!! I do recommend that flip flops are a bit risky as you go down the rocks. Just a good paid of sandals are good enough.”

I did this trip with my wife and three teenage children and it was fantastic from start to finish. We were contacted a couple of days before hand to advise of our collection time from the hotel and we were collected on time. When we arrived at the falls we were met by our knowledgeable guides. The walk down to the falls can be a bit slippy in places so ensure you wear suitable footwear and not flip flops like some of the people in our group! At the bottom of the falls we decided to take the raft across with was well worth the 20MAD as you get take right up to the bottom of the waterfalls. On the walk back up to the top you get the chance to take some pictures with the friendly Barbary apes. Once almost at the top we stopped for some lunch at one of the local restaurants which was a very reasonable 100MAD each for bread, salad, choice of main meal, fruit and as much bottled water as you can drink. Overall an excellent trip and very well organised. Don't be put off by the 3 hour journey each way as the experience is well worth it.”

This tour was definitely worth the money spent, but make sure to bring comfortable shoes as you'll be hiking down the water fall to get a closer look and then back up to have lunch at a restaurant. The views we saw during this tour was spectacular and like no other. I cannot recall the name of our tour guide but he was super knowledgeable and gave us explanations a long the way. He was also very attentive as he made sure the group was always together. Definitely recommend this tour.”

A very long journey to get to the falls, but once there our two guides made us very welcome, they then led us through Olive groves to the top of the falls. From there a visit to a Berber home where they made the Argan Oil products.
From there we descended down a steep slope to the bottom of the falls, Even though my wife has difficulty walking and has to use a stick both guides assisted her and made sure she was alright.
At the bottom you crossed the pool under the falls on a raft, if you have a swimming costume take a plunge into the water. At the other side there are a lot of stairs to climb, again my wife was assisted, the guide getting a chair for her to rest and allowing her to travel at her own pace.
At the top wild Monkeys would sit on your shoulder whilst being fed, from here we then ate a local restaurant. A big thank you to the two guides for going the extra and helping my wife”
