I was traveling with 2 kids (8 and 6) a 15vyr old teenager and my parents (70 yrs old) and I would recommend it to anyone.. will def use again if I come back

Dated of Joined 10 May 2019 Tired of waiting for the blue route, wasting 2 hours at Calle de Felipe IV, s/n, 28014 Madrid, Spain, we can only get out of the bus by bus, because there is not enough time, we choose the seat on the bus until we want to have lunch, leave the bus but still can finish it , we stop at La Osa y el Madroño, Puerta del Sol, 1, 28013 Madrid for lunch after interchange to Green route, same the place with Glue route. After lunch we quickly to join Green route, but we can't finish the visit place on the green route, because the blue route has wasted our time for 2 hours waiting at the bus stop. It is overcrowded and need to take turns for buses. Sorry, I wrote a comment late because I just returned from overseas. Viator trust and secure.

Buses were very regular, a great way to get around a busy city. Stops were at the right locations and staff on board extremely helpful.

I had an extended layover passing through Madrid. This tour was super easy to get to without a car, I was able to take both lines of the tour, seeing new and old parts of the city. A great way to see a lot of the city with little time! Would definitely recommend.

Picked up right outside the hotel (one block away) and took us to all if the sites. I would recommend checking to ensure the sites are not under renovation before booking tickets to them (Sagrada, Park Guell, etc.)

The tour provided an excellent overview of Madrid and was especially well done. The audio was clear and the volume was good. The historical comments were well timed. The GPS worked as expected.

Excellent choice! There were a couple of other similar hop-on hop-off buses, but Madrid Hop-on Hop-off Tour was the best option. I was pleased to see those red buses everywhere. Also, the buses started early and did not stop until 10:00 p.m. This was a convenient way to get my bearings of Madrid to plan my visit.

My boyfriend and I used the Hop-on Hop-off Bus as a way to see Madrid our first day in the city. Super easy to use because it stops at so many locations; you can get off at any location and get back on at any time and only have to wait a few minutes for the next bust to come. Only confusing bit was how difficult it was to hear what each stop was due to the poor speaker system. I recommend printing out the locations list before getting on the bus. Would recommend to anyone looking to hit the major attractions!

I found this to be a fantastic way to become familiar with the city. The first day in Madrid I took both loops. I used th bus again, later in the trip to see the historical sites instead of separate taxis. For the most part it worked great! The last day, the busses did become too crowded to be reliable but overall it was great. The buses were clean and they all had charging ports for my phone.

We purchased a two day trip and was able to drive through the first day and determine what we wanted to hop off of the next day and spend more time. They had workers on the bottom half of the bus who would come on the intercom and let you know what the next stop would be and what you would see there which helped so you would know your correct stop. I would highly recommend this tour group.

We purchased the 2 day hop on hop off bus and went on both the Historic and Modern tour. There are two types of buses they use one this tour, one allows for easy views from the top with open views the other has a bar that is right at eye level preventing a good view. It was also hard to locate the stops, there is a tiny sticker indicating it is a stop. They really need to leverage technology like the Seville Red Hop on Hop off that provides bus tracking within the app as well as the location of the stops within an app that leveraged the phones GPS.

This tour took us to the most important points in the city. No hassle getting on and off. Great staff too. I would definitely recommend it.
