Good time of year to visit, no queues, very interesting, sympathetically done museum, well worth a visit.

We had no trouble skipping the line (which saved us a good 30 minutes) with our Viator mobile ticket. It included an audio guide. The museum itself was meaningful and poignant. Everyone should visit to pay their respects and perpetuate the memories of those who lost their lives in this tragedy.

This was such an amazing tour! The museum is so tactfully done and honors the memories of all who perished on 9/11. Two things - be sure and bring your own headphones! This was not mentioned and the app is great, but you cannot take advantage of it without headphones. So we spent the $8 to get the museum's audio tour. I would suggest that the audio portion is a must! We were there almost 4 hours and didn't get to see everything. We will be heading back next time in NYC!

Brilliant, really enjoyed it and having tickets pre- booked made it so much easier and quicker to get in.

Easy access, great display and story told, but even on a "slow" day, it was busy, especially with many international visitors.

This is a must see for every visitor to New York. We should NEVER forget what happened on 9-11. This was pure evil hitting America. The poor souls who lost their lives on that terrible day for no reason at all. Very sobering. Pray for America and families who lost loved ones on that terrible day.

This is a must see for all who come to NY. It is very heartbreaking going thru this museum, but it is important that we never forget that horrible day and always remember all of the lives that were tragically taken. So many artifacts to see and voices to be heard. I can't recommend this enough. A couple of tips to note: wear comfortable walking shoes and buy your tickets in advance. We were so glad we did when we walked right passed the long ticket lines and straight into the museum.

An outstanding tribute to the memories of 9/11!! Everyone needs to visit this site. We were absolutely amazed at the way all the artifacts from the site were so tastefully displayed with all the information and photos.

The museum is full of such details that memorializes a tragedy beyond what one can fathom. It is solemn and sometimes hard to take in, but an important memorial to experience.

I am glad we purchased through Viator, The line for ticket purchase was very long. We were able to get right into line for entry. We got there at 12 with 2 pm reservations and they let us in early. The line looked long but we only waited 20 mins to gain entey. The exhibit should be seen by all Americans.

It was great to buy our tickets ahead of time. We were able to skip the lines and walk right into the museum. Excellent museum of everything that happened surrounding 911 events. Do not miss it.

Buying the museum tickets through Viator let us walk right in the line to enter the museum. The line to buy tickets was long and slow moving. We were into the museum in 10 minutes.

I Highly recommended....It’s impressive. You get 360 degree view of New York City...and with a nice day the City looks so beautiful

This saved us from having to stand in the ticket line on the day we went to the museum. We had a flex-time ticket so we were able to just walk up and get in. The exhibits are very worthwhile, sobering and sad. Definitely a must-see for any NYC visit.

The museum and memorial far exceeded my expectations. It was such a well-done exhibit - it was informative, respectful, and the theme of rebuilding left me feeling hopeful.I spent a couple of hours here. This is a must-see when visiting New York.

We spent over 3 hours in the memorial. It was extremely well done and well worth the time. My disappointment was that there was no flow to the exhibit. If not for a very well informed volunteer we would have missed the bulk of the exhibit. We went to view an 11 minute video on the rebuilding of the site. It was there that we were told that the main exhibit area was down under the other tower. Plan on spending at least 3 hours to read and see everything.

Important, not to be missed, an experience every American (every person) should have. Take anyone and everyone with you!

Gee they have done this well!! I generally don't enjoy Museums, but what a beautiful touching tribute this is to all the victims of 9/11 it is a bit overwhelming at times, I thought I had read a lot about this tragedy but I still learnt so much and saw so much I hadn't seen before This Museum is a must do for everyone visiting New York, allow a minimum 2 hours and definitely pre book to avoid the long line at entry, the Viator ticket was the best option for us as I didn't want to commit to a time, you can just buy a ticket that allows entry at any time on a specific day

Wonderful sobering display- a must see for any visitor! A wonderful testament of spirit of the world in a time of utter tragedy...a supreme memorial.
