The museum is full of such details that memorializes a tragedy beyond what one can fathom. It is solemn and sometimes hard to take in, but an important memorial to experience.

I am glad we purchased through Viator, The line for ticket purchase was very long. We were able to get right into line for entry. We got there at 12 with 2 pm reservations and they let us in early. The line looked long but we only waited 20 mins to gain entey. The exhibit should be seen by all Americans.

It was great to buy our tickets ahead of time. We were able to skip the lines and walk right into the museum. Excellent museum of everything that happened surrounding 911 events. Do not miss it.

Buying the museum tickets through Viator let us walk right in the line to enter the museum. The line to buy tickets was long and slow moving. We were into the museum in 10 minutes.

I Highly recommended....It’s impressive. You get 360 degree view of New York City...and with a nice day the City looks so beautiful

This saved us from having to stand in the ticket line on the day we went to the museum. We had a flex-time ticket so we were able to just walk up and get in. The exhibits are very worthwhile, sobering and sad. Definitely a must-see for any NYC visit.

The museum and memorial far exceeded my expectations. It was such a well-done exhibit - it was informative, respectful, and the theme of rebuilding left me feeling hopeful.I spent a couple of hours here. This is a must-see when visiting New York.

We spent over 3 hours in the memorial. It was extremely well done and well worth the time. My disappointment was that there was no flow to the exhibit. If not for a very well informed volunteer we would have missed the bulk of the exhibit. We went to view an 11 minute video on the rebuilding of the site. It was there that we were told that the main exhibit area was down under the other tower. Plan on spending at least 3 hours to read and see everything.

Important, not to be missed, an experience every American (every person) should have. Take anyone and everyone with you!

Gee they have done this well!! I generally don't enjoy Museums, but what a beautiful touching tribute this is to all the victims of 9/11 it is a bit overwhelming at times, I thought I had read a lot about this tragedy but I still learnt so much and saw so much I hadn't seen before This Museum is a must do for everyone visiting New York, allow a minimum 2 hours and definitely pre book to avoid the long line at entry, the Viator ticket was the best option for us as I didn't want to commit to a time, you can just buy a ticket that allows entry at any time on a specific day

Fantastic tour. A must see if you are in New York. Great price, and head of the line by using Viator. We paid the extra $20 per person and took the guided tour. Well worth the money. Guide gives you inside knowledge of what happened, and how the cleanup proceeded.

Well done. Both the narrative and the symbolism embodied in the museum made it informative, and inspirational.

2nd visit to the museum. You get more out of it each time . Great tribute to all. Emotional experience.

I toured the memorial and museum with my adult son who was a freshman in high school in 2001. I thought I knew a lot about 9/11 since I'd watched the news all day for a week when it happened but this museum is indescribable in its emphasis on the human perspective in addition to providing all of the factual information. The exhibits tell the story before, during, and after 9/11. My son said he told coworkers they all had to see this museum. Highly recommended.

Very sad to see so many faces that have perished. I think everything was displayed very well. I think that it compares a bit with the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC. Both like I said are very sad but it did happen and no one should ever forget.

Absolutely amazing. You will not be able to put your emotions into words. Give yourself at least 3 hours to see it all.

It takes 2-3 hours but it was well worth it... a must see! You can download the app on your phone and listen to the audio as you go through the museum if you don't want to take the tour. Just remember to bring your headphones otherwise you will need to rent them there for a few bucks.

If you visit Manhattan, this is a must see. That said, dont expect to come out of the experience "feeling good" except for the fact that you took the time to pay honor and respect to the Americans (and others) who were murdered, to America, and to the heroes who responded. You may also come away with a new or renewed hatred of the despicable persons who carried out the attacks and murders. You may say to yourself, "never again." For part of the tour you will actually be in the below street level areas of the Tower where you will see foundation walls and steel support columns. Allow at least 2-3 hours to walk through, but its easy to spend more time than that.

Love using Viator! Always the easy way to get into an attractions, skip the lines and the tour guides are always great. The 9/11 museum was no different. I use them all over the world. Thank You Viator! Glyn from USA
