October is an excellent time to dust off your hiking boots and go trekking in Nepal.


With a rich history and a unique cultural heritage, a pilgrimage to Nepal should be on every traveller’s wish list. Not only does Nepal have ancient monasteries, beautiful temples, verdant national parks and quaint mountain villages, it also offers some of the best trekking in the world, with stunning scenery and magnificent mountain ranges (not to mention the world’s tallest mountain!). October marks the end of the monsoon season in Nepal making it the perfect time to dust off your hiking boots and head to the Himalayas. During this time the country experiences clear blue skies and a pleasant climate.
