We went on the 1/2 day tour on 10/4/19 and really enjoyed it. The tour bus only held about 19 -20 people and was comfortable. Ken our driver was very knowledgeable about the area we were traveling through, the growing climate, the two vineyards we visited and the wines we tasted. He made the entire trip very interesting and educational. The people presenting at the vineyards were also very knowledgeable and welcoming. True to the other reviews, the snacks given were very limited, but being forewarned, we were prepared for that. We were there for the wine and the experience, not the food! Be warned, one of the vineyards has a very steep set of stairs to go down to view the vines up close, but you don't have to go down there to see the vines. All in all a great tour!

The group size of eight passengers made for a comfortable tour that allowed for a very personal experience. Two distinctly different wineries added to experience.

Our all day wine tasting trip was amazing. Ken our host and driver was super knowledgeable not only about the 3 vineyards we visited, but also shared, rich information and stories about the history of Quebec. He was super friendly and accommodating, and took us to 3 world class, diverse vineyards that I would visit again. The wine and company was fabulous. Being the only singleton on the excursion, Ken made me feel right at home with the group. I would give him 6 stars if I could. :) Thanks Ken!

This excursion was a wonderful way to spend my birthday weekend in Montreal! My fiance and I had a great time. Thank you Kava tours!

We were visiting Montreal and decided that this wine tour would be a great way to see the countryside of the area. The bus arrived on time and there were about 16 guests in all, mainly Canadians wanting to explore their wine region. The guide and driver, Sabin was absolutely first class and although most of the other guests were french speakers, he made sure we as English speakers were kept fully informed. the 3 visits to wineries we really interesting and quite different to one another. An excellent cold lunch was provided and there was no shortage of wine samplings on the tour. The tour lasted over 9 hours, so Sabin worked very hard as he was both driving and guiding.

My fiancé and I loved the experience. Seeing a bigger side vineyard vs the smaller one was excellent. We were very impressed! Sabin (spellcheck) was engaging and a great photographer.

Great tour. Started 12:45, half day tour. Friendly french swiss tour guide and driver. 2 of the vineyards visited were great. The 2nd one have cheese and meat tasting as well as wine. The cheese was great. I think it was goat's cheese. Lovely tour, especially on a summer day. You will have the opportunity to purchase the wine from both vineyards and the miniture ice wine was great.

Each winery visited had something different to offer, in terms of education and tastings. Delicious lunch provided. Montreal wine region has so much to be appreciated. Sain, our our guide , was fluent in French and English. Must see!!!!!

Went on a Sunday during a girl's trip weekend to Montreal. This is a great way to get out of the city and really see the countryside (which is gorgeous). The 3 wineries were all a different experience and the different tastings never felt repetitive with the wine choices or information presented.

This was just great fun, ppl from all over having a good time together! Two completely different types of wineries.

Gale was an energetic happy go lucky tour guide. She very familiar with the wine area, and gave us lots of interesting facts about the Quebec wine industry. The wines which we sampled were fabulous. We enjoyed the half day experience with Gale.I would suggest this to anybody that enjoys wine. And another great fact the bus is a small bus so you get to know the passengers. Great time had by all.

This was our first tour on our trip in Canada. We really like that our tour guide Michelle was very knowledgeable and had commentary along the way. The tastings were fun even though I wasnt a fan of the wines. I like that they are all very passionate about what they do. I even got to try their ice Wine. I also liked the vineyard with the animals and the baby llama. Very cute. We had a very nice time.

The tour was amazing, and our tour guide Sabin was excellent, informative, and entertaining. The two vineyards we visited were completely different but we enjoyed both very much. The first one was a larger vineyard with both wines and ciders. The scenery was beautiful overlooking the apple orchards and vineyards. They were very generous with their information and tastings. The second vineyard was quaint, unique and very personable. It was owned and operated by a lovely couple who had built this vineyard from the bottom up. We did 4 tastings at this vineyard that were paired with smoked salmon, smoked pork and cheese.....delicious!! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. We did the half day tour as the full day tour was completely booked. I have done a few wine tasting tours including Sonoma California and this tour exceeded my expectations and was my favourite thus far. Excellent!! Thanks Pam

Overall the tour was amazing, our tour guide Micheal was informative, entertaining and genuine. The two vineyards we visited were completely different but both completely enjoyed. The first one was a larger vineyard with many different facets, from the beautiful orchard view from the deck, to the lovely wine tasting area. The second vineyard was incredibly unique and impressionable. Built and run by an ambitious and creative couple with incredible vision! It was a beautiful day that made a great impression of Quebec's wine country! Thank you Micheal and Kava tours! Rhonda Smith

Our tour guide Sabine was very entertaining. He was fluent in both English and French plus his knowledge on wine and the history of Quebec was extensive. The wine tour was fabulous and the countryside was amazing. We have been on many wine tours and this one was one of the best. Each of the 3 wineries we visited were very unique and gave lots of different information and tips. The lunch was a culinary delight. There was no skimping on food or the generous pouring of wine samples. We highly recommend this tour.
