Russia Travel Advice for Canadian Travellers
We monitor current travel advisories to Russia to ensure our passengers are safe on tour. We recommend that you check the latest travel advice from the Canadian Government Advisory before you travel.
Flying to Russia from Canada:
Russia is roughly a 12 hour flight from the east coast and a 15 hour or so flight from the west coast of Canada. The main gateways in Russia are the cities of Moscow and St. Petersburg, and as the majority of our Russia tours start in one city and end in another, you will need to book what's known as an open jaw return ticket. Air France via Paris is a good choice from Toronto with just one stop each way though Finnair, British Airways and Air Canada also offer flight options. You can search on Travelocity for flight deals from Canada to Russia.
