Very much like it. Really recommended and shouldn’t be missed. As a family, we have seen lots of nice places and enjoyed the arrangements. Well done Viator !

Kid D was an excellent tour guide. He helped us get to scenic spots quickly on top of mountain, handled train seating perfectly and was very personable. The tour was very timely and it allowed picture and eating time. I would highly recommend this tour.

What an astonishing trip! From the minute we started the views despite the cloudy weather were amazing. The cog railway and the views and ice palace at the top were the highlights.

Kid, my tour guide, has a strange accent in his English and very different than the guides I am used to. But I like him. He knows how to use our camera to help us in taking selfies. He knows all the good spots for photos. He tells us all the interesting info and places. With military precision, he guided us through the entire tour with losing anybody and through the crowds (sooooo many other tour group at the top). He remembers all of us. He takes care of us. Thank you. I have taken over 100+ photos. This is very worthwhile tour!

We had the best guide ever. The guide was very interactive, knew what was coming on every turn of the train venture up into the mountains. He instructed us when to be ready to take pictures so we now have the best set of picture that we would have not taken without his guidance.

It is, in my opinion, the best trip from Lucerne. Although it was cloudy in Lucerne, we enjoyed bright sunshine once we stepped out from the cog wheel train tunnel at 11,500 feet above the sea level at Jungfraujoch. What a view from all 360 degree angles at the top of Europe. Worth every penny. Our guide, Kid, was a total trip with an intense sense of dry humor and fun. He took a lot of good pictures for our group. However, the man-made ice tunnel was a little "cheesy" when compared to the magnificent view outside.

We had "Kid" as our guide for the tour. All I can say is that he did an excellent job in taking care of us and most importantly, keeping the family together and taking so many pictures. He kept the tour very lively and we got the most out of Jungfraujoch. Keep up the good work Kid and you are a great photographer!

This is a full 9 hour tour from Lucerne and our tour guide Raymond could not have been better. he gave the tour in several languages and did a great job of keeping track of older travelers that lost their sense of time and direction. The views from the bus and the train were fantastic as was the visit to the top of Europe. This is a real train that travels to the highest station in Europe. From there you travel on a special rail to the top of the world. Well worth the cost of the trip. Do the boat ride around the lake on the day prior to the journey into the alps.

Kid is funny. Please don’t take him seriously. He means good and he does it to keep the group together. He’s been doing it for 25 years and knows everything there is to know.

One of the best tours we experienced. We waited until the last minute to schedule the excursion because we were concerned about the weather. It couldn’t have been better. Our guide Raymond did an excellent job; he was knowledgeable and thorough. He even managed to quiet the chattering children who really didn’t care about the commentary. Beautiful and worthwhile.

My wife and I were glad to have chosen this tour for our honeymoon. The trip was made wonderful by the wonderful sights and the company of our guide Raymond and the driver.

I have only one thing to say, thank you Kid. Only being in the alps surpassed your being your tour guide. I will never forget the beauty of this experience.

Amazing trip to the top of the world, including a 4 mile tunnel through solid rock, station inside the mountain, Ice sculptures. Try to check weather before going and choose a sunny day. Expensive, but worth it!

We really enjoyed the cog train up the mountain. Everything at the top was great. The Ice Palace was cool to go through. There were great photo opportunities outside and in the snow.

Our tour guide, Boy, was wonderful. There are a lot of connections and you definitely need someone to guide you. The scenery and information we received made the trip even more than we expected. My husband got ill from the thin air, and our guide made sure he was well taken care of.
