We were picked up at our hotel at the given time and then taken to the Gray Line Station. We were checked in and on our way quickly. The day was great with our bus driver Thomas. He kept us laughing the whole time. The Grand Canyon was amazing. I would have to give the day five stars and and extra star for Thomas!

This tour was awesome! Gray Lines picked us up at our hotel, brought us to their HQ where we purchased tickets for the skywalk and helicopter/boat tour. It was awesome to fly down into the canyon! Would definitely recommend seeing the canyon from this view. The skywalk was amazing!

The driver was the greatest. Lafayette Jackson was his name. He made the tour a great experience for me. Informative and very accommodating. If I take a tour again with your company will request for him to be the driver. You are lucky you have an employee like him. Thank you.

We were picked up from the Hotel as per schedule. We were taken to the graylines bus depot where we were briefed and split up for the west rim. We upgraded to the Mercedes mind bus which was fabulous and our driver was Danny Ho who was very professional, polite and humorous and very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and company. We recommend this trip even if you have already been to South Rim. This is a different experience altogether.

Great driver and info during the trip, the only missing on site was geological information. In contrast, an exhoustive description of Hoover dam.

We added on the helicopter and boat trip to our tour and it was the highlight of the day. Our bus driver/ tour guide was great and Gray Line handled everything professionally and made the day unforgettable. I cannot recommend this tour enough, definitely one to take when visiting Vegas.

This tour was beautiful. The views at the Canyon are gorgeous, Guano point is the best! The Skywalk is nice but I think Guano point was beautiful!!! Our Tour Guide Thomas was great! He was very entertaining.

I was recently in Las Vegas for my first time and decided to take this tour to see the Hoover dam and the Grand Canyon, we were not disappointed.

We upgraded to the limo and enjoyed being in the brand new Mercedes stadium seating vehicle. It’s more a mini bus rather than what I’d consider a limo, but it was very nice. Our tour leader was Irene and she made the day even better by sharing the history of the places we visited and giving us great suggestions about how to use our time well while at the Grand Canyon. We did the Sky Walk and loved being able to peer down over 2000 feet. The Canyon itself is spectacular. I’d never been to the West Rim and it was different than the more popular ones. Seeing Eagle Rock was neat.

A trip to the canyon is always worthwhile, and these tours are usually well planned. This is the second time I am taking this tour, the first time, we were a very small group (under 10) - and it was a seamless, smooth experience, this time, it was a larger group and a big bus, and that included long wait times for people who are not minding break times, it was a also a bit confusing in the morning at pick up. However, we had a fantastic driver, and the helicopter flight, boat trip and skywalk are amazing experiences. The driver was very friendly. One recommendation for Viatour: our tour was apparently a larger group, we got shuttled first to the central check in place outside Vegas, and then took off from there. That was not a problem all, but at our pick up stop outside the hotel was a large group of tourists waiting, with several people waiting for other buses 9and not knowing what bus to hop on). That created a lot of confusion, keep in mind that many tourists are from other countries, have limited phone service, and may not be able to check out every detail beforehand. I appreciated the notifications from the tour operators, but not everyone might get those. It would be better to have another person doing some crowd control.

This trip was worth every penny. The helicopter ride was so beautiful. I was told to meet at Circus Circus at 5:50 am. Grey line sent a bus to get us around 6:15am. Then we went to their building in South Vegas. Your broken up into parties depending on your package. If you want you can buy breakfast/snacks here. II upgraded to a VIP experience with 12 others. Your given lunch boxes to take snacks and drinks with you. I would still bring snacks that you like since half of your trip is commuting. Comes with free breakfast, juices/water in a Mercedes truck. We left vegas around 7 am. Drove 90 minutes to the canyons in Peach Springs AZ. The driver Mo was the best. He stopped several times to allow us to use the rest room. Your given several tickets to get on the bus at the west rim. I selected the helicopter and boat ride. I never been on one, and it was stunning. Your in the helicopter 10 mins, and you go in between the canyon to the ground. There you walk down several long steps of the mountain down to the lake river bend. A boat is waiting to take you on a 20 min trip on lake mead. You get off and go back up the steps and the helicopter takes you back up over the canyon to the starting waiting area. You go wait for the bus shuttle to take you either to the skywalk or two other stops. I went to the skywalk and you have to put all your items in a free locker and wear show covers. You can have professional pics taken or not. Theres several gift shops and food at several stops. Plenty of photo opts and wear excellent walking shoes. We stopped at the Hoover Dam on the way back to take more pictures. We saw many mountain sheep around lake mead. I was dropped at my Hotel at 4 pm. A long day but I was so happy with the trip.

Thomas the Gray Lines bus driver was great!!! The grand canyon was beautiful. Lots of great pictures. the food was decent...but who goes to the grand canyon for gourmet meals??? The skywalk was very nice, not as scary as we thought. You cannot take cameras or phones on skywalk... they have photographers but can be a bit pricey... however, this supports the native american tribe also

We upgraded to a private vehicle and our driver was incredible. He was not only funny but gave us history about both places. Spectacular views and awesome pictures and experience

Just recently visited West Rim, about 3 hours up to Rim in coach with a brief stop off at Lake Mead stunning view for pics, Hoover Dam 20 mins, walked up quick pictures and back to bus. 4 hours at West Rim, I would recommend Sky Walk fantastic views - great lunch included at next stop after skywalk. I would highly recommend this trip ..3 places to visit at site but we didn't do ranch ran out of time. Coach stops for comfort break and snacks.

Danny Ho did a great job to and from the west rim. He shared information during the ride. He showed great pride in his job. We will share our experience with our friends!! Your company will be highly recommended. THANK YOU

This tour was wonderful. We were able to get away from the City for awhile, see tremendous views of the Grand Canyon, both on and off the Skywalk! Lunch at Guano Point was terrific, and I felt we had plenty of time to "take it all in". We had packed extra snacks and drinks that weren't needed because the bus stops at a nice truck stop, going and returning. Finally checked the Skywalk off my bucket list! I recommend this trip for anyone needing an escape..
