My son and I were visiting from Argentina and were extremely pleased with the Passes. Not only were we able to get a wonderful experience on a double Decker bus, but we also could pick which attractions we wanted to do from the many offers that the pass has. I would recommend this pass to anyone!!

We've just come back after 4 days in the big apple. We purchased these passes after researching all the others on offer .We would recommend them to anybody, they were money well spent ! They are simple and easy to use,we had no problems whatsoever at any of the attractions we visited. If we ever go back we would definitely buy these again.

Well worth the money. As a group of 4 adults purchasing these Passes, the savings were amazing. The next time we visit New York we'll be purchasing them again as we didn't have the time to see all that was offered. Well done.

found out this was the most economic way to visit as many NYC attractions in a day as you can. Time played a huge role here, you got to be prepared and plan your stop wisely. My friend and I started with grey line lower Manhattan hoop on and off bus tour, we make the stop at 9/11 tributes museum and strolled around financial district. we than back on the subway to go back to Time Square, from there we grab our lunch then continues with Gulliver's Gate Highly recommended, a must see Madame Tussauds, Ripley's Believe it or Not. We will able to make a stop central park before heading to Highline. Our evening ended at Sunset cruise where we were able to experience the sun sets over the big apple.

I would say this is the best value pass for NY but to get really good value you need to plan your days well in advance, start early which I didn't and have a plan for if it rains. The fast track on certain attractions saves a lot of time alone. I didn't do many tours as I concentrated on the main attractions, and still got my moneys worth. Would definitely recommend it.

Great value for money. Try to get in as much as you can. We bought the 3day pass. Went to Empire State Building, one world trade centre and didn't have to wait in line...was great. Wish we were there longer. The hop on hop off buses were great too and got to see a lot of landmarks on them.

This pass is the best way to discover NYC!! We had the 3 Day pass, we visit the most icon attractions of the city and could use all the buses. Some of the attractions have the skip the line, so you save time as well!! I definitely would recommend this pass to everyone, it is worth it!

We enjoyed our trip to NYC so much. We purchased the 3 day pass and were very pleased. Saved more than double the price of the pass. I admit we also bought the 7 day metro pass to get to destinations quicker, which made the whole experience awesome because we saw more attractions and that is what it s all about. Just do some homework and plan your day, well worth it.

A great tour with great access to anything we wanted to experience. Excellent value. We would definitely purchase again.

We used the New York Pass to get into the sights we wanted to see while in New York. Make sure you have your pass validated at the designated locations so to save time when fronting up to locations that need the validation prior to entry otherwise you may not get into locations and have to return to validation centres using up valuable time. Great pass with more entries than other passes available. Use on ferry trips around Manhattan Island as well as Statue of Liberty cruise. Highly recommend this pass.

This tour is a great way to see some of the biggest attractions in New York City. One of the best things about the sightseeing day pass is you are your own tour. Everything is left in your hands as the traveler and you don’t have to be held back by people or other moving parts. You can go at your own pace which is very important to me because New York City moves fast. You can also curate your day to fit your own interests. There are many museums, walking tours, food tours, bike rentals, times square attractions and observation decks on some of the coolest buildings in the city. There are SO many things on this pass that you can get access to and if you easily using your phone. If you plan your day right, you can really fit a lot in. We didn’t plan our day too well and there were a couple of logistical bumps. We planned to stop at the gray line first thing in the morning so that we could ride around central park to the east side and visit the Guggenheim museum. The line at the bus station was painstakingly long and then three busses had to pass us by because they were full. By the time we got up top, ready to see the sights, we found out there was a parade so it wouldn’t be stopping at all on the east side. We had to get off and use the subway to get to the museum and we lost a lot of morning time! I would suggest picking up your tickets for the bus (if you want to ride the bus) at one of the other shops or attractions since it will be less busy then the actual bus office. Once we got finished with the Guggenheim we headed back down to midtown for some lunch in times square which was a great deal with the pass. We jumped back on the bus and headed down town to see spectacular city views from the top of both the empire state building and one world trade center. Riding the bus later in the day ended up being a blast. We had less stress about timing so we just sat back and enjoyed the ride. Every location we went to (minus the bus office) had no problems scanning our code and we were able to move quickly through the attractions. Overall, it was a great way to see the many highlights of New York City!

This pass is a great way to see New York City's iconic spots, without worrying about extra payment, and cost of transportation from one attraction to another. Pay once, and enjoy the trip. I started my day taking the Liberty Cruise, getting to see Statue of Liberty upclose. Then take the Hop on Hop off to One World Observatory. This is the New World Trade Center. This pass has exclusive pass to the access. Then spend the rest of the afternoon seeing NYC through the comfort of Hop on Hop off Double Deck bus. My only complaint is that there's no Chinese language available on the bus.

I have the 1 Day Pass - Have to say, 1 day is not enough to visit all the wonderful places offered by the Sightseeing Pass. However, I was able to take Liberty Cruise to see the Statue of Liberty, One World Observatory, and ride on Citysighteseeing Hop on Hop off bus. The value of the three attractions already exceed the cost of the One Day pass. Have I have more stamina, I would have try to visit more places and they would all be FREE, hence the comment of 1 day Pass is not enough. Try buying 2 or 3 days pass instead, and enjoy more of NYC.

As a New Yorker, I thought it would be fun to do a day of sightseeing in my own city. I really enjoyed the flexibility of the pass. I took the hop on hop off bus on the downtown and uptown loops. Both were interesting and pointed out a few facts I hadn’t known before. Just be aware that you are on top of the bus, so you want to go on the bus in weather that is comfortable for you. There were opportunities to get off the bus frequently although I stayed on a while. To start the bus tour, I had to redeem the Viator pass at one of a list of locations. I chose the Ripley’s Museum, which was quiet early on a Sunday morning and I got the pass quickly. I hadn’t planned to see Ripley’s, but since I was already there, I showed my day pass and walked right in. I enjoyed it more than I expected. It was part side show and part museum of interesting facts and objects. There was a Cheetos museum in the middle, and the last room had baseball memorabilia that a fan would enjoy. I was alone, but could see families enjoying it. I also planned to use the pass for the One World Observatory. I was able to skip the longer line where people had to pay, and went right to a speedy line where I was given a free ticket. That ticket alone is worth about a third of the value of the pass, so it really made it a good value. Also, skipping the long ticket line was great. My daily ticket also included a choice of visiting the American Museum of Natural History, Ellis Island or the Met. I decided to go for the Natural History Museum, but living in NYC, I know all are good choices. Even with all I visited, there were many other items that looking interesting. Overall, the pass is a good value if you want to see multiple attractions in a day, especially some of the ones with higher ticket prices.

We got the 1 day Sightseeing Pass, and after using it I agree that its a huge value for the money. Theres a ton of of attractions that you can get into with the pass, so many that we were overwhelmed initially and couldn’t decide what to do. I strongly suggest that you sit down with a map and make an itinerary before you start the day. We wasted some time deciding what to do next and traveling to and from each attraction - make sure that you organize your itinerary by whats close in distance, and what time activities start. In the morning, we waited for 1 hour at the Sightseeing office on 8th Avenue to get our tour bus passes. Our agent at the counter was very surly and was not helpful in answering our questions. I would recommend skipping the Sightseeing Hop-on, Hop-off bus tour all together. Each bus stop had long lines and we weren’t able to board some of the buses because they were full. We ended up taking the subway to the attractions. We managed to do 4 activities and attractions in our 1 day. The highlight of the day was the visit to the World Trade Center Observatory. Go at sunset and you’re guaranteed an amazing view. All in all it was so much fun and such a great way to see New York. I would definitely recommend the Sightseeing Pass to tourists - just avoid the bus tour and make a plan first!

The SightSeeing pass made my experience touring through New York City a convenient and exciting one. As a New Yorker myself, I am used to the fast pace city. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience to have the SightSeeing pass guide me in an organized and efficient fashion, in which my family and I were able to relax and enjoy the journey through New York City! Visiting the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building were my personal favorites. I already recommended the pass to my neighbors!

My family really enjoyed the Sightseeing Pass, purchasing the pass through Viator made the whole trip convenient. I printed the pass at the hotel and that was the ticket to all of the attractions. The Sightseeing Pass was an incredible value. We accomplished so many activities and attractions. We began with the downtown bus tour to the Statue of liberty which included a ferry ride and Ellis Island. Then we visited the One World Observatory. After, we made our way back to midtown for a delicious early dinner at Planet Hollywood, the pass gave us a 15 dollar credit each. What a deal for the eating in NY! After we went to Ripley's Believe it or Not and Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum. Finally, we took the night bus tour and finished the night off at the Empire State building. This whole trip would've cost a fortune if I purchased everything separately, the SightSeeing Pass provided my family with the best New York experience that will last a lifetime.

We had an amazing time in New York. This pass was incredible. It was so easy to buy, and we saved a ton of money. I highly recommend it.

This is a really good way to see New York in couple of days. Only negative thing was that the second day the Brooklyn loop wasn't active and Grey Line had not informed clearly enough of this, so we missed our Brooklyn loop tour.
• Submitted 26 Mar 2018
Having purchased 4 tickets to visit all the attractions we wanted to in New York we found that the pass we printed online did not work and the local sightseeing pass was unwilling to help. They made us walk to the main office in New York to sort out ourselves. They then gave us 4 new ticket which worked in the attractions but would then not let us on any hop on buses. How frustrating when you have on a short time to see all the attractions and have to end up catching the subway!!!!

Great value for money , no problems with validating the voucher even though there was an error with the barcode which didn’t print out just gave our name. Great that you get money off at restaurants as well, will definitely use when I go again.

You can't beat this for value for money, we saved over 70 each by buying with Viator, however we did encounter a few problems. The pass is delivered via email which states you can use it straight away at the venues shown within the guide book, this is 62 pages long so unless you want to print it off and carry around with you I downloaded it to my Smartphone, not ideal but it did help, see later for a tip though. There are a couple of places you need to exchange for vouchers, Empire State Building being one, the staff in there were very helpful and explained which places we needed vouchers for, we exchanged our Gray Line bus vouchers here too. Tip number one ask for the sightseeing guide book here much easier than trying to read it on your Smartphone. We tried to enter the Intrepid museum, this was very difficult at first, it took four agents and a manager before we could enter, as they were unsure of whether they would get paid for letting us in. Eventually someone found a QR scanner and in we went. The same thing happened at the Ferry terminal for Circle Line cruise, eventually we got to see the Liberty Statue. On our fourth day as we decided to spend the first two days using the bus tickets and walking around central park, we decided to obtain vouchers for the Natural history Museum and MOMA. We did this at the visitor centre within Planet Hollywood due to it being a wet day we decided to visit indoor centres. The girl here was very helpful she exchanged our paper voucher for a plastic card version, tip number three she explained that the first time we visited the visitor centre at the Empire State Building they should have done that for us there. All good until the next day. We only managed the history museum so lost going to the MOMA as the weather was bad and the ticket was due to expire the next day, you can only have one ticket per attraction. on our last day we opted to go to the Guggenheim. We encountered a problem due to the paper voucher being exchanged for the plastic card, in that the girl at Planet Hollywood had only given us a one day pass and although we still had one day left from a five day pass, it came up on the system as expired. To enter we would have to pay full price. Tip number four, when you do exchange your paper voucher for a plastic card, have another paper voucher spare in your pocket, and double check with the agent that they have given you a card for the value of what you have paid. Luckily the Guggenheim has free Wi-Fi, so we were able to view our original email from Viator which had our original purchased five day pass, and used this to enter the Guggenheim as they scanned the email with the QR scanner. From what we saw and used from the voucher we certainly saved money. I would certainly buy this again, shop around and you can see what prices the attractions are, work out what you can comfortably see in the time you are there. You can buy this pass at any of the Visitor Centres but much more expensive.
