Great to see Highland Games. They were amazing. Caitlin was a wonderful guide, articulate and amusing. It was refreshing to have a young female guide.

Absolutely fabulous - Pitlochry was the Last Games of the Summer - so glad got to experience the day, so family friendly and such great talent. Local guy Sandy from Highland Explorer Tours even made the long ride great fun. Lucky to have had a beautiful warm sunny day!!!

Loved the tour guide- Sandy! He was interesting with great sense of humor. You're on your own at the games but they were fun to watch and announcer did a good job explaining things. Lots of bagpipes! Definitely recommend.

We went to the Blair Atholl Highland Games and had a blast. We got to see bag pipers, dancers, caber toss, etc. Sandy was our guide and he was great. He shared some history about Scotland and was very fun to listen to on the way to and from the Games. Great job!

Tony was an excellent guide! Super knowledgeable and funny to boot. The weather left quite a bit to be desired but the experience of the games along with the bus ride with historical information interspersed with humor more than made up for it! Highly recommended to all!

How fun!!! I had such an amazing time on this trip! The Queen even came! Dougie was our tour guide and quite awesome. I think the only thing I didn't realize is that you have to pay for seats to sit down close to the action. As a photographer, this frustrated me but it ended up alright! REALLY long day, so be prepared!

Excellent guide who gave us very good information and interesting. Loved seeing the Highland Games in Scotland as my family had attended the Highland Games in Los Angeles for 30 years. A Must for visiting Scotland to walk around with the locals and enjoy the Games tradition.

We found the day to be perfect even though we had a break down on the way back. The Games were amazing and there was no tourist theme to them at all - it was just pure Scottish traditional that we were fortunate enough to witness. Our guide was first class- he was extremely knowledgable and funny

Great day at the Luss Games. Also stops at several interesting sites on the way to the games. Great driver who was entertaining and informative (Eoghain). Had a slight issue with the bus on the way home, which was handled very professionally and timely. Overall, a great day.

I think this is a unique experience and it an attraction to go when you're in Scotland. Also, me and my wife were lucky to have a nice weather (mostly sunny with a shower passing by) and very friendly people. We really enjoyed our time in Edinburgh and I wish we had more time for other attractions and to travel to other areas in Scotland - more to North or West... I mean.. more to the Highlands. BTW... the Military Tattoo was GREAT!

Loved it!! But we left too early from Alva (event was moved because of rain), so we got there before the Highland games started, and didn't get to see the tossing of the caber...The trip should have started later and ended later. Liked that we also stopped at the monument for Robert the Bruce and the one for William Wallace. Informativ and fun guide.

Really enjoyed the Highland Games, it was cool to see all the events. Also I liked the stop we made at Stirling Castle on the way back to see it. There was plenty of free time on our own to enjoy events, explore Loch Lomond, try a local village restaurant, etc on the tour, which was great.

A really delightful day at the Highland Games! The driver played some great Scottish music to get us in the mood and shared some history on Edinburgh and Scotland. It was nice to not have to drive ourselves or find our way to the games, everything was spelled out for us logistics wise, which was great. The Highland Games themselves were amazing, a must see for anyone traveling to Scotland! All the traditional events like caber tossing, were awesome to see in person and the local events, like children highland dancing, really gave us a taste of the local village community and life in Scotland. Overall a really lovely day.

This was a great trip from Edinburgh. Our driver, Kelly, was fun and had interesting stories and history to tell us. We went to the Pitlochery Highland Games. A really pretty small town.

The tour to the Highland games was somewhat disappointing. The area where the athletes were showing off their skills was too far away from where the spectators were standing. They may want to shorten the distance so the guests can fully enjoy the games.

It was quite rainy on this tour. Not tour operator's fault obviously, but wish there was a "Plan B" for heavy rain days.
