We took the 2 days tour and I can say that it was well worth it. The first day, we sat down the entire 80 minutes and checked which areas were out of the regular bus routes but were interesting enough to check. The next day, we hopped on and off those sites. The live bus routes were my fave, although, at one point, I thought they weren't giving us the exact location of the buses. Although most stops would have passenger information systems that tells how long the next bus is arriving. Overall, I thought it was easy, practical and a must have for any tourists visiting the city.

Given Jan 2nd is a banking holiday in Scotland which I did not know when booking this tour, all the attractions were closed but it was nice to see where everything was and listen to the commentary on Glasgow's significant locations, I was even able to use the bus as a transfer between my hotel and the train station :)

We had previously done a tour elsewhere and it was a guy with a microphone talking through each section of the stops. This tour in Glasgow has that edge, as it had the historian Neil Oliver doing the narrative as a recording, so we listened to the commentary though earphones provided on the bus. The tour was better than what I thought and would definitely do it again.

great way to see the city in one day, the audio was very informative and we stopped at many sights especially Glasgow Cathedral, Get an early start as there are many stops to see.

Great way to see the highlights of Glasgow. Audio commentary is available in many languages. The entire circuit takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Great way to orientate around a city. Good commentaries and very efficient service. Very impressed and recommend.

Timely, new buses, detailed commentary, my advise will be to take the bus from any stop but the first to avoid the lines, or to get a better shot at parking

The on off bus covers a lot of territory and gives you a good overview of Glasgow. It is especially good if it is raining. Not only does the bus go by historic sights but also museums and hotels. Interestingly some buses have live commentary while others don't. Since the buses are only 10 minutes apart I would recommend waiting for a bus with live commentary. The app is very useful is seeing when a bus will be coming to your stop.

Great self made tour of Glasgow. On and off at your discrimination. Drivers and staff were fabulous! Buy tickets in advance. 20 pounds for 2 riders in advance; 32 pounds for two if you buy from driver. Use this bus!

We had rebooked tickets for the bus and got on at one of the stops. The driver readily took our tickets and we were off. It was a live commentary and what was nice was that since we were sitting upstairs on the bus the live guide was sitting up there and you could here everything. His knowledge of the City and the anecdotes added to the experience.

We joined the bus to begin with at the Clyde Arc, the guide was very knowledgeable and interesting, I would recommend this bus for everyone. We did a circuit and a half before we got off the bus, and with one every 10 minutes it's a very convenient way to get around

We loved this bus tour! Easy access, busses on schedule, everyone nice, great commentary! One of the best bus tours we have taken. We definitely needed a two day pass to do everything!
• Submitted 03 Jul 2019
it is the best way to explore the city you can get of when you want and go on when you want so you have enough time to see what you want

The tour guide for the bus was easily understood. The concept of hop on hop off is quite good for learning the city! It was so convenient because it got me back to the train station to return to Edinburgh!

Great tours, very convenient. Travelers without a printer should NOT buy online because you need a printed ticket for the bus. Also if it's your first visit, it's nice to use the buses that say live tour guide on them. The tour guides are very good.

3 tours in one ticket was well worth the money. In 2 days we were able to see everything on all 3 routes. We even visited the castle palace and Britannia without a line.

With my ticket I was able to fast track into Edinburgh castle. I used the ticket first thing in the morning to help avoid the crowds. As Hollyroodhouse was closed I did however tour the Queen's Gallery. Most impressive was the Royal Yacht Britannia - of all the tours I spend the most time on this particular tour and treated myself to tea/sandwich on the Royal Tea Deck. This 2 day combination was just perfect for my time in Edinburgh May 22-25 2018.

Enjoyable tour and informative. Buying the 2 day ticket was great value and when I went to Edinburgh got a small discount on the price of their bus tour ticket by showing my Glasgow tour ticket
