Chobe sunset cruise and Victoria falls stood out the most for me. Others include 4x4 dunes and Etosha. All venues were amazing, Swamp Camp poorer in comparison to others. Lots of hidden extras payments needed. More space needed for feedback Knowledge at booking that would be joining existing trip not when final notes came through 3 weeks before departure. Good for people commencing tour in Windhoek to have opportunity to meet prior to the day transported to join tour - all staying at same hotel so easy to arrange. Swamp camp poorest

Going to the gaming reserves in Botswana and Namibia and seeing the animals in the wild was spectacular. The accommodation was also very good. One of the optional extras in Namibia was going in the 4x4 wheel drive across the sand dunes and driving along the ocean which was a wonderful experience It was something beyond the tour operator's control but the roads at times were very rough and bumpy and made me feel a bit queezy.

The helicopter in Victoria Falls, the balloon in Swakopmund, Namibia. This whole city and this whole country. Hiking the "Big Daddy" in Namibia. The accommodation in general exceeded my expectations. Too many hours inside the truck without air conditioning and with no two-way radio for communicating with the guide/driver. He knows many data around the itinerary but he lacked sharing his culture, being more human, and explaining about the actual status of racism in SouthAfrica, for instance.

The Ugab Terrace Lodge was wonderful, it would have been nice to have two nights here. I think this tour could be adjusted itinerary wise, some of the days are just too long to be sitting in a truck with no air con. Perhaps finishing in Cape Town but with a two night stop at Highlanders Lodge instead of one night at Kakamas.

Etosha and Chobe Swampstop. Everything about this stop should be eliminated. We did not stay in the chalets but in the tents. Rain put out the fires so we had no hot water. Other than papyrus we didn’t see anything different from Chobe. No wild life. Take these days and stay in Etosha longer.

I loved the Okavango Delta. My experience was a magical dream come true - the adventure of the Mokoro canoe ride into camp, guided bushwalks, the animal sightings, the helicopter flight over the waterways with herds of Elephant & Cape Buffalo, even went swimming. I did not like Bulawayo. It was hot, crowded, the streets were filthy & stunk. But it was grass roots Africa. The tour package was incredible & nothing was sugar coated.

The game drives were my favourite part Air conditioning would have been nice considering the long driving days

Chobe was the final highlight with the big 5 seen especially the lions. Having said that, the tour can be shorter, even with Botswana and skipping the South African and Namibia part will do. 2. Nice to have a hotel stay bang on day 10, middle of the tour. Also a treat before the most basic night. The breakdown of the truck Cedarwood was a shock to us. Luckily it was not in a remote area and it didn't affect our itinerary much. 2. The tour guide Gift was knowledgable but he should be more enthusiastic in explaining the landscape and using the mic from the front. Quite often we couldn't hear.
