Amazing scenery, the tour was great, didn't see much wildlife but that can be expected as nothing is guaranteed, but it didn't stop out enjoyment of the day.

We were picked up by Nick, our guide for the morning. He had lots of interesting information about the town of Banff and its wildlife. We went to Bow Falls, saw the magnificent Banff Fairmont Hotel and learned about rebuilding of the hotel. We did see some elk and heard about the habits of bears getting ready for hibernation. Nick introduced us to cream maple cookies, which we all enjoyed.

Tyler was an excellent guide, loaded with facts, anecdotes and humor. We saw all the advertised sites and had some bonus wildlife sightings, closeup

This is a great tour for first time visitors. It gives one an idea what to see. The tour guide Nicole was great and we got to see so much in 4 hours.

It was really chill. Nice little tour bus with a great guide that would introduce each places we visited with a bit of history or basic infos. They would stop at amazing spots to take great pictures. No need to rent a car, this tour was perfect to take us to the best places and viewpoints to see. Hop-on Hop-Off kinda tour but with a guide. i recommend

We had a great time on our Banff and Wildlife tour. We only had one day to fit what we could and the half day tour with Ali was full of information and high points of Banff. We were able to stop and get photos while on the the tour and our driver Ali was fantastic.

We had a brilliant tour guide from Winnipeg, unfortunately can't remember his name but he was great fun and made the tour really. We stopped off on various sites and lakes, binoculars were included which was great for trying to spot bears and deers. Really worthwhile trip that I thoroughly enjoyed

Great guide, nice overview, time well spent. Would strongly recommend this tour.

Our guide knew tons of local history and dropped tons of knowledge about nature surrounding Banff. My only slight rant would be that we hardly saw much wildlife besides chipmunks, ground squirrels and a quickly disappearing deer nobody's fault really, our guide tried their best to stop and try find them. You'll probably find more wildlife the further away from the town/humans. Brilliant for the nature and history though, I would go if you have about 34 hours to see the major highlights of this pretty town.

I was a great way to get acclimated to Banff and both learn my way around town and the history of the town. It was a morning well spent. Our guide Jordan did a very good job.

The tour was excellent and very good value for money. The guide,a gentleman calley Roy, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He enhanced our enjoyment of the tour. Booking tours like this in advance through Viator is splendid especially as, having paid in advance, you can budget more easily on your holiday

Dont expect to much from this tour, it gives you a good first overview and nice stopps but not much more. If you are lucky you see some wildlife as we did but the short stops at lake and waterfall is not much more then a foto stopp. Had a good and funny driverguide but if you really want to get to know banff and the region better choose a real wildlife, hiking tour or similar. This is more a first driver around some spots just to give you a idea. For this its almost to expensive.

The guide was knowledgeable and easy to understand. He had lots of stories to tell, making it fun and informative at the same time. While we didn't see any wildlife, the guide was careful to point out signs of them that might not be apparent to the casual observer. The scenery was beautiful. The only reason it has four rather than five stars is because the tour started about 20 minutes late -- 20 minutes where we had to wait outside in the chilly air. I would recommend this tour to others.

A good basic tour if you want to get a feel for the Banff area and the wildlife that may show up at any time.

Even though the bus was small you should have had some seats upfront for handicapped people. Did see some rutting elks the wish we had seen other types of wildlife
• Submitted 07 Oct 2013
We really enjoyed seeing wildlife in a natural environment on our tour. Though there are no guarantees of seeing wildlife, our guide did a great job of finding Elk, Mule Deer, and Bears and where possible stopped to allow us to take photographs. In addition to seeing wildlife, the tour also made stops at some beautiful locations such as the Bow River Falls and at several lakes.
