We tried all day on our own to see bears, deer bucks and long horned sheep but to no avail. Our tour guide Jessy made it seem easy and entertained us all the way with great banter and tons of facts about the park and the animals; not to mention, he answered every question we had with the kind of detail only an experienced animal enthusiast would have. We filmed a bear eating berries up close (about 10 feet from our bus) for about 2 minutes from various angles. Jessy really pushed to get the shot!

Our guide, Dennis, made the evening. He had so much good information. Even if we had not seen animals we would have enjoyed it. He was warm, funny and knowledgeable.

Excellent Tour, saw Bears, Elk and Mountain goats with great tour guide Denise. We went as a family with 2 kids for a 2+ hour tour and had a great time. Very informative tour and the guide Denise kept it interesting and fun for all including the kids. We saw a black bear eating berries, female and baby mountain goats and Elk. It was a beautiful drive and we got to see some cool wildlife. Highly recommended tour for a family.

This Evening Wildlife Safari far exceeded expectations! Our guide was super-knowledgeable, well-spoken and knew just where the best viewing spots were. We had several opportunities to get out to observe some of the wilderness and at one point, were giving a talk from two naturalists! I did report to Viator that the tour was TWO hours, not one hour, so even more worth the money! Great bus too - large viewing windows! Highly recommend!

Yesterday went on the wild life tour ,our guide was Norm ,he was very informative of all the possible wild life we might come across during our tour with him. Unfortunately Mother Nature had other ideas. ! We did see Elk and Mule deer plus two red squirrel's, no bears this time. This is my second time coming on this tour, we saw a black bear the last time and Elk. ,went on this same tour last year and it was great.! I truly would recamend this as it's not a big buss the guides are fun and still lots to see even if the animals don't wish to show face.

We did this tour on our first evening in Banff. We did not see a lot of wildlife that night but our guide was very informative. We went back to the areas we saw on the tour on other evenings and saw a lot of wildlife.

Our tour guide, Linda from Discover Banff Tours was amazing - friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable .... She was brilliant! We didn't have high hopes of seeing anything as there had been a storm a few hours earlier and it was still drizzling: but low and behold, we spotted Mule and White-tailed deer, Elk AND a grizzly bear! Plus Linda gave us a great tour of some areas in/around the town as well as a good education about the various animals in the National Park, including some wildlife management strategies that are helping keep the wildlife wild and safe. Would absolutely recommend it, we had a great time.

We had a very informative tour guide and got to see some animals including black bear, elk, long horn sheep, and a raven. I also saw the same animals driving on my own during the trip but the general information given by the guide was nice extra.

This was our first time in Banff and had just gotten to the hotel. The tour did everything we were hoping it would do. It showed us around the area, gave a little history and told us what we were seeing. Had great luck in seeing animals. Bear, elk, deer and long horn sheep. Was nice to be picked up from the hotel and not have to drive. Would recommend this tour if you are looking to see wildlife and get familiar with the area.

I did the wildlife Safari in Banff National Park last week and it was amazing! I was traveling with a woman who has an intellectual disability as well as some physical restrictions and the guide was amazing, offering lots of information and paid individual attention to my friend. She had a wonderful time seeing and hearing about the animals in the park, she says it was her favorite part of our trip to Alberta! Thank you so much Sam!!
