Ronnie made the tour. She was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour! We managed to get to Moraine Lake even though this was supposed to be impossible in October. Gave us lovely maple syrup biscuits.

Really enjoyed the guide’s commentary and info. He was a retired geologist and knew the area well. Bus was clean and efficient.

Great tour! Two beautiful lakes are so worth seeing. Moraine Lake was especially beautiful and climbing the rock pile was well worth the effort. Kyle was a great driver and guide as he shared lots of stories about Alberta and the freeway between Banff and the lakes.

We could not believe the scenery we saw on this tour. Our guide Raven was informative and gave us lots of opportunity to stop and see everything we needed to. We couldn’t get to Moraine Lake which was disappointing

Fantastic tour and a fantastic guide. I had Gina who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to provide us with history, facts and information about wildlife in the Banff national park and around the lakes themselves. Great and educational tour. Stunning places to visit. Must see!

This tour was a nice relaxing way to be introduced to the area around Banff and the history. Our tour guide, Denise was warm, funny and informative. We went on our first day and were still a bit jetlagged. They picked us up right at the hotel. The group was small and the tour bus was roomy and comfortable. It's a great tour for being able to see both lakes, but would not be a good tour for anyone who wanted to spend more than a half hour at each lake. If you're looking for a bus tour, I firmly recommend this one!

Great views at both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake Tour!

Excellent trip and guide - Linda. She was fantatstic and explained everything along the way and also at each stop. Wish we'd had her for other tours. Paid this one in advance too yet we didn't need to call them 48 hours before the tou like Brewster required for the Baff City Tour. She showed up at the pick up spot on time and we didn't have to chase her in a cab like we did with Brewster Tours. Highly recommend this trip and if you're lucky Linda will also be your guide. Also, at Moraine Lake, climb the Rock Pile - easy walk up a trail and worth it for the views of the lake.

This tour was really nice. We had a great guide, mike who kept us informed of local history and even gave us an extra side trip to a lookout, which wasn't in original itinerary. The scenery was breathtaking and the cruise beautiful. Would highly recommend this tour

This was an excellent tour. The bus driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable and native to the area. Although there were only five people on a large bus that could have accommodated about 30 people, we had extra time as a result of fewer tourists.

Our trip guide (the curly-haired French girl) was excellent. She was informative and entertaining and made the trip to both lakes very enjoyable. Great fun.
