I just wanted to say thanks for all your help in organising a fantastic holiday.
Got back to Sydney a couple of hours ago and have to say that the trip was fantastic. I was really impressed with all the guides - they couldn't have been better. On the go have been brilliant the whole way through and I would not hestitate to recommend (or travel again) with you.
Thanks once again for your help for such a memorable holiday.
Kind regards, ”
My wife and I have recently returned from a trip of a lifetime to Egypt and Jordan (Road To Jordan, departed in Cairo on 14th November 2009).
We want you to know that we are very pleased with the quality of service your company provides in particular out deepest gratitude to the tour guides, Sheriff, Ehab (in Egypt) and Okla (in Jordan) for providing such an informative, enjoyable and fun facts to all the wonderful monuments we had visited during our tour. They have consistently made extra efforts to assist us in any way possible to make our holiday hassle and stress free. Our deepest gratitude to all the background staff for their coordination and logistic efforts to ensure that we didn't have to wait to check in to our hotel room nor wait in queues to buy tickets (i can recall that we only have to carry our own bags on 3-4 occasions, and my wife certainly appreciated it).
We have been travelling around the world for many years by ourselves and this is the first time we have joined a tour group. We have made many friends with similar interest along the tour and have heard nothing but praise from all who was on the tour with us.
Please convey these compliments to your entire staff in Egypt and Jordan for proving a truly memorable holiday. We sincerely appreciate the way the tour has been run and the way Sheriff, Ehad and Okla presented themselves professionally. We can still vividly recall Sheriff famous phrase "Ladies and Gentlemen, get ready, get excited, for this is the time you have been waiting for a long long time .....", a phrase that he would announce at every stop we made along the tour.
We look forward to another tour with On The Go and have recommended your company to other because of the satisfaction with the service we've received.
Many thanks. ”

First and foremost, the organisation, the hotels and transport were first class. Infact, the hotels surpassed the level I was expecting to find in Egypt.
Also, please encourage people who go to Egypt with you to head into Jordan. They are truly missing out on seeing an amazing part of the world.
This was my second trip with On the Go and I would definitely go with you again as you offer great value for money and the organisation and guides are second to none. I would and already do recommend On the Go to anyone who talks to me about my travels.
Again, thank you for such a great trip. ”
Dear On the Go
I am writing to thank you for the fabulous trip I have just had in Egypt and Jordan. I did the Road To Jordan and had an absolute blast. Your organisation is perfect, well run, everything went smoothly and I felt safe every step of the way. The meet and greet service at Cairo airpoirt was welcomed, the representative was in a great spot with a very clear sign and introduced himself and explained what we had to do. He was very friendly and gave us an overview of Cairo on the way to the hotel.
Our tour guide Waleed Kaumona I cannot praise highly enough. He is a truly wonderful man with a huge heart and a passion for his country. Every step of the way he was informative, interesting and explained everything in a way we could remember with little stories and wild gesticulating of his arms to emphasis a point. I will forever remember his story of the pregnant man with 2 big bobbies and the one arm one leg big thing. He truly cares about his groups and does everything in his power to ensure we are happy and have a good time. Every step of the way he made sure all the options and bolt ons were fully explained and did his best to sort them out for us. The meeting on day one was informative and when several of our group came down with the tummy terribles he made sure they were looked after and everyone had the correct medication. At the end of our tour in his day off he took us out in Cairo, fed us, watered us then accompained us to the airport even though it was not required of him. Waleed is a real assest to your company and you should be proud to have a man of his calibre working for you.
Our guide in Jordan, Ibraham was a lovely man and really had his work cut out for him with us 3 girls who had been together for 16 days already. He was a wee bit shy of us at first as we were so loud and in his face but he warmed up to us quickly and was interesting and informative and answered all our questions. The trip to Wadi Rum just rocks and Mohamed keeps a lovely clean campsite, having flush toilets was an unexpected bonus!.
All the other people we met along the way such as the local representatives and drivers were very nice and treated us well.
All in all I had a really great time, your organisation is wonderful and I will be recommending On the Go to my friends, as I have done with your ANZAC trips. ”
When we arrived in Cairo we immediately identified Ahmed, the airport representative and he took us through customs in a light flash. Out in the streets of Cairo we had a great time driving towards our hotel and the rep, Mohammed nr 1, was amazing at telling us what to do and where to go. The hotels were some of the best I have seen in the world! And the hotel staff carried us on their hands. The additional options we did before the tour started was great at keeping us busy in Crazy Cairo.
When we started our tour we were spoilt with the BEST EVER TOUR GUIDE, Big Mo , you are a legend! We had such a good time with him. He informed us of all the pro's and con's such as how much to pay for certain things and what not to miss out on. He also provided us with in-flight entertainment on the train from Cairo to Aswan by recording someone snoring and playing it back when she woke up.
His knowledge on Egyptology was excellent!
The Felucca cruise was one of the highlights, the captains and Fuzzy made us the best food and we had an all round good time on the Nile . Big Mo's soccer event in the desert was unforgettable - of course his team won 5-2 and I was proud to be his goal keeper!
When we had to leave him behind in Luxor for our next part of the trip, he issued us all with certificates graduating from his University together with a scarab. He wanted to keep mine as I yelled and ran around in the temple of Luxor thinking bats were chasing me, but I graduated eventually. Aw, Big Mo , you are a legend amongst legends! Even if you pointed and laughed at me more than I deserved!
Leaving one great legend behind, we met up with Mostafa. My favourite Egyptian!! Dahab-time with Mostafa! He made sure we had great times all round with the best food and best entertainment one can find in Dahab. Sea food can't get any better than that! His excitement to summit Mount Sinai made that long walk worth it.
Parting with Mostafa, we met up with Simone, who was as awesome as the rest. She was so much fun and really clicked well with the Russians. . Setting foot in Jordan we met Abe aka Ibrahim. Somewhat quiet but all he needed was the Bedouin feast in the Wadi Rum to show how much fun he could be. Jordan was so grand. The dead sea bobbing was a dream come true and I would recommend that to anyone.
Thank you Nash for taking us back to Cairo from Taba in a warm bus. Thank you for the drivers of the excellent coaches, the drivers of the airport shuttles and the Airport representatives who made sure we left Cairo happy. Thank you Mohammed nr 2 for helping me get on the plane after some visa problems.
Quoting Big-Mo while raising his flag: "On The Go - let's go!" I will go with On The Go from this day on... ”
