Overall a good experience. During the peak summer travel, I would recommend buying tickets in advance.

Great pass, gets you to the entrance and through security quickly since you are technically with a tour guide, but then left to do your own tour at your own pace. The guide company gives you the headset/guide info so you get the full experience. What we liked most about this pass was our access to the gardens, which are stunning. You must visit the gardens if you head to versailles. My only tip is to make sure you read the details on where to meet at the start of the tour to get your materials and stuff. It was at a location a few minutes walk from the palace; we accidentally went right to the palace and had to backtrack to the guidaTour office. This made us late for our tour but they were able to accommodate us and put us on the next one.

This was a great tour. It goes without saying Versailles is mind-boggling. The Marie Antoinette Estate was a bonus that wasn’t open the last time I visited in 2006. The Guidators people were friendly and helpful. They helped us get to their office when the RER C line (which stops right across the street) was closed for construction. Their office is just around the corner from Versailles, about a 4 minute walk.

Wow, wow, wow - what an amazing attraction. It was very easy to catch the train to Versailles and supper easy to find the shop to collect our audio guides and the tour guide, who took us through the skip the line entrance. Eduardo was our guide and very friendly.

The opulence of this magnificent landmark is overwhelming. We took the train ride around the property which gave us an appreciation for the immense size of Versailles. I didn’t realize that we could have eaten at an outdoor café at the bottom of the hill until after we had eaten at one of the only two eateries outside the main building. My only recommendation is that more thought is given to this aspect of the experience.

My wife and I took this tour in early May 2019. It was great, easy to meet up with the group, quick access to Versailles, and the audio guide provided was excellent. I recommend this tour to anyone want to go to Versailles and after seeing the lines there this is the quickest way to get in. We got there early in the morning and the normal ticket line was about 1000 yards long. I can't imagine how long the lines would be in July or August. We walked to a side enterance and were inside in 20 minutes. Can't beat that!

A great service, actually getting on the correct RER train was the hardest part. I called to tell them I'd be late and they accommodated me.

Highlight of my trip to Paris. Versailles and its gardens are exquisite. Tour company was very organised, situated a short walking distance from the palace and its sophisticated audio device was brilliant. Skip the Line was a lifesaver as it was 37 degrees in Paris that day and the line probably had thousands of people in it. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful place to visit filled with history! So glad we were able to fit this into our trip!!

The tour was a good experience even though Versailles was having problems with the skip the lines queue that day, the company handled the situation very well and we got in relatively quick. The guide and the system are very informative and you can easily learn about everything in Versailles at your own pace.I recommend it to everyone.

Regular lines at Versailles in late June are crazy long and very hot. Our guide not only walked us to the front and took care of all ticket/security details but also found us a shady spot to wait for those few minutes we were outside. Highly recommend.

Skip the line ticket is the way to go to enter Versailles. We visited on a Thursday for 11:00 entry and walked right pass the extraordinary long line to a side entrance for immediate entry. We later heard from other visitors that they waited two hours to get in.

Walked right past a hugeeee line and straight in!

The tour was well-organized and achieved the results we wanted speedier access to Chateau Versailles. The tour office was easy to locate, well-organized. Also, there is a snack bar next to the office so its easy to grab a coffee or snack if you arrive early. As you head to Versailles, you will be escorted through a shortened security line and ticket review. After that, you are on your own with the headset. It is easy to wander the estate. We urge you not to miss Marie Antionettes estate. It was our favorite part.

Definitely worth it if you don’t want to wait in line

This is a self-driven tour with audio guide. Given the crowds, it was perfect. The audio guide was easy to use with short succinct information. The tour company was amazing and got us in despite being very late as we got lost on our way there. Really grateful.

The meeting point at GUIDATOURS was easy to find by the train station. The guides did a great job getting the group to Versailles, got us into the correct line, explained what our tickets included and set us up for the audio tour. The process went smoothly and we were glad to not have to stand in the long lines!

Very simple process. When we were running late the tour company called us to see when we would be there and was patient to ensure we did not miss our tour. Would definitely recommend again.

Best way to avoid spending an entire day in a long line.

We thoroughly enjoyed seeing Marie Antoinette's hamlet. Take the little train out to it to save yourself the time and walking extra fee but well worth it. There are gorgeous photo opportunities throughout the tour and it was wonderful to get the full experience of Versailles, rather than just the main castle.

Was handy during that early morning rush!

Much needed pass as the queues are massive. Fabulous place but there are soooo many people inside the main building it's difficult to take it all in. Gardens and other smaller buildings are quieter. Arrive in plenty of time as the site is huge. It's quite a walk to the Marie Antoinette village so be prepared, as queues for the bus transfer and hiring private buggies are too long.
