This is a great tour to see more during your stay. It’s really well organised, so you get picked up fro your hotel in the morning, transfer to another coach with the rest of your tour group and dropped back at your hotel at the end. Our guide, Heva, was really knowledgable and extremely engaging. Our day was a little disrupted because it was raining so much, which is very unusual for Israel, and also because dignitaries we’re visiting the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, so it was closed, but Heva was so positive throughout and did an amazing job of making sure we still got to see a lot.

Did this trip as a last minute excursion as I couldn't leave Israel without visiting Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Our guide Avi was great and so was our driver Oleg. The early morning pick-up went very smoothly and Avi gave great detail on the history of Israel during our drive. The walking tour in the Old City of Jerusalem can be a bit much with the stairs but overall it was fine. To be able to pray at the Western Wall and walk the Via Dolorosa. Prior to going into Bethlehem be prepared to switch vehicles as cars with Israeli plates cannot enter. This was a smooth transition. I went on Saturday (Shabbat) so all the stores in the Jewish Quarters of Jerusalem are closed but overall it was a great tour with great information. I wish I had more time. I would of liked to see more and possible take another tour with this company.

It was probably on the best tours that I have taken. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, humorous and unbiased. The details were all covered both in Jerusalem and Bethlehem. It is well worth the trip to these 2 historical places.

Our tour to Jerusalem and Bethlehem was great, thanks to the wealth of information provided by our English-speaking guide Itamal. His English was loud and clear, and we learned a LOT. He took the time to explain the sites (often drawing maps/pictures) to bring the history alive. He kept us informed of our itinerary stops, and made sure we hydrated and had adequate restroom breaks. Our driver Abraham was prompt and made sure the bus AC was on. Thank you to them both.

The tour was lead by a very knowledgable person, I learned a lot. We have been given sufficient time to explore ourselves, after a very good advice and direction. It is highly recommended. The tour organization Bein Harim Ltd. is excellent. From pick up to the pool location and distribution to the different tour direction.

This was an excellent tour. From Tel Aviv we were able to see and spend a good deal of time at the Holy Sepulcher, the Via Dolorosa, the Western Wall and Jewish Quarter, followed by trip to Behlehem and the site of the Nativity. It was a lot of ground for one day, but our guide Liat did a great job and we never really felt rushed. She did a good job of scheduling the timing of our visit to avoid the larger crowds.

Pick up was easily arranged via email and phone confirmation. Our guide was knowledgeable and expressed history passionately, even in song! Wonderful historic account of the holiest of holy places on Earth. The prefect opportunities to see and photo biblical sites such as Jesus' birthplace, Golden Dome and the Wailing Wall with emotion at each. Lunch in Bethlehem was eh, not my fave. Overcooked cafeteria style and cost an extra 25 each. But overall, worth the $118 apiece not including lunch and tips.

This trip was a great tour and our guide Itimar Buk did a fantastic job. He is quite passionate about his work and ensured he provided as much detail about the history and culture of Israel. This was our first trip in Israel so to start with Jerusalem and Bethlehem was quite exciting. The trip was well organized and we were briefed at the start of the tour as to what to expect and how to best prepare for the day. The trip was well paced and not rushed and the group size appeared to be appropriate as well. Some of the highlights included following the Via Dolorosa through the stations cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Western Wall, walking through the markets in the Muslim quarter and crossing over to Bethlehem. The only opportunity to improve is the actual pick up from the designated hotels. Our voucher indicated pickup for 7:15am and we were picked up at 8am. During this time we were worried that perhaps we were at the wrong location or missed. A bit more clarity on the vouchers would reduce this concern and calls to the tour company. Regardless everything worked out perfectly and we understand earlier times are listed to ensure travellers are on time and there are no delays. Overall this was a great trip with a very knowledgeable guide Itimar who was quite chilled out and with effort even funny at times . Highly recommended.

from start to finish, everything was great. we booked the night before, loved that the website let you know if they had availability even with less than 8 hrs. before the tour started. and that they had hotel pick up/drop off. and it was just the right size under 20 people so you could hear/see what the guide was pointing out. very informative and a full day. would use them again

Amazing Trip and beautiful day. Mount of olives, Jerusalem - Old city with Via dolorosa, Cardo, Church of the holy sepulchre, as well as Bethlehem are definitely the places to be in Israel. Ayel our Guide has fantastic voice- like an actress in theater. Many thanks!!!

I loved this tour. It was a little difficult on me because of my bad knees and there is a lot of walking on uneven surfaces. I would caution you if you have bad knees or mobility. Otherwise it was awesome. Jerusalem old and new is beautiful and so rich with history. Israel is all around great.
