Very good tour overall, most time spent with drive to and from Rotorua. The cave tour very good,a little short and not allow any photography or video. Glowworns fantastic viewing.”

The caves are amazing and very peaceful. Once your eyes become accustomed to the darkness, the glowworms are revealed. Well worth a visit.”

Caves are fantastic! Gloworms are amazing! Your guides are knowledgable! If you like action and adventure, then this tour may be too soft for you, and you should consider other tours that involve climbing, abseiling etc. you cannot take pictures in the cave, which was disappointing.”

Interesting tour. Too big of a group on the tour making it difficult to hear the tour guide. The tour is only 45 minutes. The bus ride from Rotorua was 2 hours each way.”

The tour to the caves was very short.That day,the bus broke down,so since the company had to bring another bus,we lost 25 minutes and we reached the caves shortly before 10 a.m.The tour was only 45 minutes and then the drivers hurried us back to the bus to Rotorua in less than 10 minutes.We didn't have time to look around.In addition,the driver that was driving us back to Rotorua didn't stop talking over the mike for 2 hours all the way to Rotorua.It is OK to be informative and give details about the country,but his commentary was too much.So,we actually spent 4 hours on the bus back and forth and only 45 minutes in the caves.Not worth it!”

From hotel, 2 hr drive 50 min cave 50 NZ 2 hr drive back to hotel costs 220 NZ. It is too expensive! Price should be a half.”
