The pick up location was right outside the cruise port building, so get tickets ahead so as not to wait in the queue for same-day purchase. The stops were in great locations to the main tourist attractions (we went to the Viking Museum and Vigeland Park) so having this option available to us made our day in Oslo wonderful.

Hop-On Hop-Off tour was very convenient from Oslo cruise port terminal. The bus was waiting right at the gate of the terminal before the time indicated on the confirmation voucher for the first tour. City sightseeing was prominently written on the red coloured bus and the staff was quick enough to exchange our booking confirmation vouchers for the tickets. The bus goes on all the highlights of the city and the frequency of the buses is good. The city of Oslo and attractions are quite spread out in area and therefore walking the city could be tiresome and choosing HOHO tours are economic options. Do check the opening and closing times of the places of attraction carefully. For passengers arriving in Oslo on cruise and only have one day, this tour is highly recommended.

Worked very well as a shore excursion from the ship. They picked us up right at the ship and dropped us off nearby. Very convenient and an easy way to see the city!

The bus(s) were frequent and plenty of them. We were able to get around the city and see all the sites outside the city that would not be accessible with a walking tour. The narration was also clear and informative. We recommend this option for a good overview of the city.

We were on a cruise with limited time in the city. They picked us up at the pier and took us to the sights we wanted to see.
• Submitted 26 May 2015
Easy port pick up. The bus stops right next to the ship and the Castle. Oslo is spotless, beautiful. We would love to go again. We wanted to visit the Viking museum and it was really good. Amazing how these boats were able to go as far overseas as they did, the Vikings must have been an amazing race of people. We didn't want to venture too far and so this tour was idea for us, obviously didn't inherit many Viking genes ! The guides are the usual tour bus multi lingual headphones and provide more than enough info. Book it, save your feet for the climb up to the castle.

We use hop o0n hop off on all our holidays, we find we can visit or explore at our leisure without having to return to a coach at a set time. The commentary is informative and helps to decide where to stop.
