I'm not sure how to describe this experience. Definitely something that everyone should experience and know. All people need to know.

Amazing service, pick up on time, very helpful tour guide. Definitely would recommend a tour rather than going individually.

Very nice tour guide. Made the trip memorable and made everything very clear to us. Showed us a video on the way for more of an understanding.

Jack (English name) was an outstanding guide. Very emotional, appropriate and knowledgable. Pick up went without a hitch.

Our tour guide, I forgot his name which is a shame as he was absolutely fantastic. He was very passionate, so informative and the way he spoke was with such compassion. He really knew his history and he took his time walking us through Auschwitz and Birkenau explaining everything in detail. Very professional and well organised. Such a somber experience. Every man, woman and child needs to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau to keep the memories alive. A must to visit this memorial.

From pick up to tour of both camps we were well informed at all times. Pick up was at the correct time and location. Bus video and tour guide gave a lot of information before reaching Auschwitz. Mini breaks in between for toilet and snack.

Excellent half day trip. We went in the afternoon and it was a lot quieter than expected. The local guide at the 2 camps was excellent.

Our tour guide was Jacek and he was absolutely amazing. Excellent English speaking and heart felt tour. Jacek’s ability to tell history is beyond words. Thank you so much for such an amazing tour. I left a completely different person. Highly highly recommend it.

This is a great day trip for anyone wanting an overview of Auschwitz-Birkenau with a guide. Bus guide was very nice and always willing to answer questions. I don’t remember his name but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very efficient with getting everyone on and off the bus and explaining the procedure and rules. Now the actual Auschwitz-Birkenau tour.... Overall I liked it. My only complaint has nothing to do with the tour company but rather with Auschwitz-Birkenau memorial. They squeeze so many group tours at once that at times you don’t get enough time to process everything because there’s another tour right behind us. I get it, it’s a very heavily visited site but Auschwitz-Birkenau could better control the number of tours happening. Our tour was at 7:30am on Wednesday so I can’t even imagine how crowded it could get on other days/times and during peak season. I do have to say the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour guide was also a sweetheart. Explained things very well and he was very respectful of not getting in the way of other tour groups. He tried spacing us out from the tour in front of us when we were in the buildings which I really appreciate. It was just the tour group behind us that was always on our tail which sometimes made it feel rushed in some of the rooms/exhibits. Overall I enjoyed it very much. Great company to do a tour with. Gave us 3 ten minute breaks in between memorial sites. Be sure to pack snacks and water.

Comfortable, air conditioned bus, ran on time, well organised and really well delivered, excellent guide, knowledgeable and thoughtful

A very well organised trip throughout. The documentary on the coach was very informative and relived the shocking events. The guide on the coach and at the museum were very knowledgeable, informative, sensitive and professional. The tour was extremely sobering walking within the grounds, museum and gas chamber. The museum is not a pleasure to visit, but would recommend the tour as it a stark reminder that these atrocities must never happen again.

As title says, tour was very well organised. The guides gave deep insight into a dark period of human history. I can recommend this tour to everyone with even a slight interest in WW2 and the holocaust.

Was such a difficult emotional experience, but we found taking this tour made the day so much easier with transportation included plus our own guide to move us around the camps efficiently, otherwise might have wandered a bit aimlessly I think. Was really worthwhile booking the early start as we were back in Krakow for lunch. Everybody should go to Auschwitz so we never ever forget.

guide was to the point without exaggerating with to many details; he let the exibition speak for itself we went early to be before the great masses

My partner and I (both 24) really enjoyed this trip. It was very well organised with a great guide filled with knowledge. We were picked up right on time from our hotel and dropped back later - would definitely recommend this trip if you’re staying in Krakow centre . - thank you!

The tour was very well organized. The guides were very professional and all guests were well-taken care of. The pick up and drop off locations were very friendly. The timing during the tour was also well managed. The museum was mind blowing and it was sobering to walk on the paths that were walked on in the old times. The experience was definitely worth it.Hope it will forever be a reminder of the past and that it will never happen again.

Very moving and somber experience, seeing the location of some of the worst atrocities committed by mankind in person rather than photos, and to walk the same ground that many people walked for the last time as they marched to their methodical execution.

The tour was very well organised. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave interesting insights about the place.

A very well organised tour, the transport picked us up with no hitches there was a loo on the coach! The guide was very highly knowledgable - a sobering experience though. Wear comfortable shoes definitely. I would use Viator again

This was a terrific tour, although it is to a very somber place. The guide was tremendous and we were able to see quite a lot, and were provided with a lot of history of the events that occurred in Auschwitz and Birkenau. Highly recommended tour - an absolute must see if you are visit Krakow.

Everything went fine. But JACEK, the group leader was outstanding. He shows knowledge, but above all, shows emotion. TOP!
