This was a fantastic food tour! We have taken quite a few as we really enjoy eating and learning about different cultures/history. Eugene was a wonderful guide with a lot of enthusiasm and knowledge! So many interesting and tasty things to try! Really loved walking through the old market that was filled with locals and having a meal of traditional foods at a restaurant! Of course, finishing it up with vodka was a plus as well! You will not be hungry afterwards! Thanks Euguene!

Really enjoyed this tour. The guide Slawek was excellent throughout, very friendly and informative. The selection of food was great and this was a great way of finding out about real Polish traditional food and the history behind it. Wandering around the market was great and we sampled a selection of food chosen and picked by the guide including picked cabbage, Polish sausage and a traditional Kravov bread/bagel. The food in the restaurant was all tasty and it was great to hear Slawk's personal stories of the food we were eating and being December he told us about a traditional Polish Christmas and how the Polish celebrate and what they eat. After the meal we left the reataurant and went for coffee and cake. The 'Pope's cake' was esquisite and if we ever return to Krakow we will be hunting this locals coffee shop down to have another piece. To finish the almost 3 hour tour we went to a Vodka shop and had a sample of a flavoured vodka of our choice from the dozens of choices. The time flew by and we had to cancel our restaurant booking for the evening as we had eaten so much. Thanks.

Good value for money. Lots of local delicacies tried in various venues, many of which we simply wouldnt have found on our own. Knowledgeable Guide and great companionship from fellow tourists in the group. Very enjoyable.

The Krakow Street food tour was fantastic and was truly one of the best highlights of the trip. I cannot say enough good things about our guide Eugene, in fact he was so good we tracked him down the next day to take another tour! As for the tour, Eugene was a great guide and took us to several great places that covered restaurants, markets, and a farmers market. The food that he turned us on to was so good we that have stopped by one of the stalls hot goat cheese with cranberries three times and we had dinner last night at the restaurant he took us to visit on the tour. We could not have been happier with the tour, Eugene was tremendous, and as a bonus the food we tasted was all paid for by the cost of the tour. We recommend this to everyone who visits Krakow.

Excellent. Plenty of samples polish circle bread from a stand, food market samples of pickles, kraut, sausage, smoked cheese. A stop at a vodka store for samples, at a restaurant for soup, bread with spreads, and pierogi. And at a bakery for coffee and cake. Walking through the streets and hearing about the foods was fun. Our guide answered all out questions. If you like to try new things and want to sample Polish foods this tour is a great choice.

Despite being Rey hot and Humid our guide Mila did her very best. The food market and the restaurant she took us too had the best polish soup I've ever had and I'm Polish decent. My nephew who is 18 thought is was one of the best tours he went on in Poland.

Our tour guide MR. Slawek was amazing in telling us about the food, history and how some are incorporated into holiday traditions. We had a lovely lunch at a traditional Polish restaurant and even our 13 year old grandson said it was his favorite tour. Having taken this tour allowed us to try polish cuisine, some that we probably would not have tried, but will be ordered again at some of the restaurants here in Krakow. Ask for our tour guide and you will not be disappointed

Mila was a delight. We had no idea we were getting a more than complete dinner of local food. It was a great start to our stay in Krakow.

For us, this tour was superb. The guide Slawek was enthusiastic, friendly and full of information. Please excuse me for not quoting the actual Polish names, but we started off with the Polish bagel and then moved on to the food market where Slawek bought for us samples of pickled cabbage and some herdsmen cheese. He also showed us other vegetables and explained how the cabbage and cheese were made etc. We then went to a restaurant where we had some Polish sour rye soup Zurpek and then three types of perogio Polish dumplings. After that we moved on to a traditional Polish coffee house where we had a piece of cream gateau the Pope's cake and a coffee. Finally, we moved on to shop selling different vodka liqueurs, which of course we sampled. We did not need much for dinner that evening!

Great VFM. Mila was a great guide. There were 5 of us only and we had a great time. We started with street food and then progressed onto the dumplings and desserts. Tons of food so hold back at the beginning. Mila explained how the food was made, the ingredients and interesting history points. Loved it all. Quite a walk for me as I am currently suffering a dodgy knee but I kept up as she slowed the pace for me. Really good tour I would highly recommended it.

If you want to experience something a little bit different when visiting Krakow then this is the tour for you. You not only get to sample the traditional Polish food but you get to learn about the city and the people who live there. Our guide Eugine who was fantastic took us first to a Polish market where we sampled a selection of meats and cheeses along with sauerkraut. Was great to see a part of the city that was 'off the beaten track' from normal tourist haunts. We then went on to a restaurant, again a hidden spot away from the obvious restauranteurs, where we were served us a delicious starter and main. We had dessert in a café not too far away from the restaurant and ended our tour sampling Polish vodka. Great trip that a would highly recommend at any time of the year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Street food walking tour around Krakow. There was only 5 of us and the guide, who was very helpful and gave us lots of information about polish food. We tried lots of different Street food at the outside market. We also had a two course meal in a traditional polish restaurant with a fruity drink. We also went for a coffee and a slice of pope cake which was very nice. At the end of the tour we had the chance to try flavoured polish vodka. We loved this tour and our local, friendly guide was amazing.

Myself and wife found this tour fascinating gave you a taste of the real Poland sampling food in the market it was only a small group of 9 people. We also had included in the tour a visit to restaurant to have a meal during the communist time which in its self was interesting ,you go also to a delicatessen to sample Pope cake ending up finally a Vodka shot all in all fascinating well worth the money would recommend

Our guide was great. He took us on an easy walk for someone like me who has bad knees and back and has trouble with walking. The food he introduced us to was delicious and we even went back to the open air farmers market to get some delights we were shown the day before.

Great tour! I can't believe how much food we got during the tour. Do not eat lunch before you start - you'll be stuffed by the end. Great value and lots of fun. I recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get a taste of Polish cuisine.

Eugene, our tour guide. tailored the tour to our tastes and interest. His knowledge of Polish food and the city of Krakow proved invaluable during our entire stay in Krakow. We returned many times to the various places that we visited on this tour. His tour was one of the highlights of our stay in Krakow.

This was the highlight of our trip to Krakow. Our guide Joanna was fantastic - so friendly and eager to help. We tried so many different dishes, and were taken to some fantastic little places and hidden gems we would never have found on our own. In many of the local places we went to they didn't speak English, so it was great to have our guide there to translate and recommend things. The shop-keepers, stall holders and cafe owners seemed genuinely excited for us to try their dishes and we learned a lot about the local culture through the food we tried. We felt like we saw the 'real Krakow' and I particularly enjoyed the apple doughnuts and the sweet Pierogi - they were absolutely delicious! We were full to bursting by the end of the tour, because we were reluctant to waste anything, and the portions were generous.

Tasted simple down to earth staple polish foods. Pierogi, donuts, bread, soup, toasted bagette, salted cheese and vodka. 2.5 hours around streets surrounding the old town.

Fantastic relaxed tour around the Old Town. Our guide was very friendly and full of interesting historical knowledge. We had food samples in the Market followed by a sit down lunch then some coffee and cake and rounded off with some incredible naturally flavoured Vodkas. You will definitely not be hungry at the end of this.
