My sister and I took this tour back in March. We had a great time and our tour guide provided us with a lot of information. Would definitely recommend!!

Well done! It was a great opportunity to see all of New Orleans and not just get stuck in the French or Garden Quarters. Our guides were very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting highlights of the city's history.

Yet another hit in the tour catalogue. Ellen gave us the grand tour of New Orleans. It was way more than what we expected and we were very pleased with the whole thing. She was very informative, cordial and the pacing of the tour was just right. We were glad this was our first tour of the city as it really gave us a handle on the city layout, it's history and some very interesting sites.

Viator never lets us down. This was so interesting and informative. All the guides were so experienced and knowledgeable. Had a great time!

Our tour guide, Ellen, described New Orleanians as 'characters'. With her own family roots seated deep in New Orleans, she was able to deliver the most detailed explanations and interesting perspectives on all points of interest throughout the tour. We saw so much of the city and learned volumes about the history, architecture, parks, residential areas and, of course, the path and destruction of Katrina. The 4.5 hours flew by much too quickly!

This tour was run by Isabelle Tours in New Orleans and our tour guide Ellen was fabulous! The tour took in a nice cross section of the city including the cemeteries. Ellen is a native of the city and any questions you had about anything that was on our tour schedule were answered. She was funny, informative, friendly and kept our interest for the entire 4 hours. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the history of New Orleans.

Great tour! Miss Ginnie is adorable and very knowledgeable. The van was very comfortable and cool. She told us about the history of New Orleans and we saw many beautiful buildings. It was a small group so we got to know each other. They were very fun and pleasant.Major bonus was that they pick you up at your hotel! Thank you Isabelle tours and Miss Ginnie!

The guide, an 81 year old native of New Orleans, was superb. The depth of his knowledge of the city, it's history, architecture, and people was wonderful. Any tour led by this guy will be good, I'm convinced. My only complaint is the van was a very uncomfortable ride. We were seated in the back row, and the washboard streets of New Orleans made for violent bouncing up and down. It may be better in rows further toward the front, so be sure to get in one of those seats if at all possible.

Ellen, our tour guide was amazing and we learned a lot about areas and places outside of the French Quarter.
• Submitted 26 Apr 2016
I would call this more of a city tour as we seemed to touch on every part of New Orleans. Our guide was wonderful, full of stories and knowledge. We took this tour on our first day in the city and that is what we recommend because it gives you such a good overview. Then you can go back and take a second look at the areas that really grab your interest. Worth every cent we paid and more!

Bill was personable and knowledgeable and fielded all our questions expertly. Having the tour via van was a huge plus and allowed us the time to make a couple of unscheduled stops. I and my husband highly recommend the tour.
• Submitted 23 Nov 2015
The tour consisted of only a few people and our guide was absolutely wonderful - she certainly knew 'her New Orleans' and was so very informative. Isabelle Tours would be used by us again should we ever be in New Orleans again!
• Submitted 13 Sep 2015
Great tour! because there were only 2 couples on this particular day, we had personalized service! our guide gave us a few extras, helping us avoid the crowds, and take in the sights. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get an overview of the area and see NOLA up close.

Loved our city tour. Guide Kath was very friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious For instance, I loved she provided each one laminated maps for perspective on what was being seen. She also went out of her way to ensure we made it to our next tour, dropping us off exactly where we needed to be!
