The Driver was also the tour director. Enjoyed the fact that there were just 16 on the bus. The highlands have stunning views and the cruise on the lake was the icing on the cake. The Driver/tour director was pleasant and patient with a difficult and unreasonable mother /daughter who were unpleasant through the tour. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Fantastic day! Ali, my tour guide was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable - learnt lots. It was a great way to see Scotland when I had limited time.

Had a fantastic birthday trip. Ally had all the stories and history that was needed for a long trip and jokes too. Everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves.

Had a great day visiting the Highlands. Our driver, Dougie, did a fantastic job; stopping regularly to take photos and keeping us informed with facts from the region. I'm sure most of them were true ( not sure about the one involving Edinburgh once being inundated with penguins that were abandoned by whalers though)

This was a fantastic full-day trip. We really enjoyed seeing so much of Scotland, and we learned all about the history and culture along the way. Ewan B. was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide who kept us laughing and learning literally all day. Some trip highlights were seeing Loch Ness and visiting the Scottish Highlands, where we saw beautiful scenery and the adorable Highland cows. We didn't rent a car, so there is no way we could've covered so much of Scotland without this wonderful tour. Highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing tour guide Big Gav, he was full of so much information and positive energy, he had us laughing all day long, one of the best tours I've ever done and I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone

This was a great tour. Being a small group (60 people) we had plenty of time to stop and take photographs. Our guide was knowledgeable and kept us entertained for hours. Sights were great. We took the boat ride on the loch which was enjoyable. Did not see Nessie. Maybe nest time. Highly recommend.

Glencoe was equally as mystifying as the legend of the Loch Ness Monster. Grand formations of the earth. On a pleasant day the wind made the scene even more eerie and yes... chilling.

It was a great tour giving you a chance to explore a lot of area of scottish highlands and lowlands. Our driver lizzie was pretty good in explaining history and culture of each area as we pass through them, and she did it throughout the day. We made a lot stops after almost every hour. Got the tickets for cruise from her directly. Over all it was well worth trip.

The trip was great. We came in Scotland just for couple of days and needed something quick to explore the country. And we found this trip. Big thanks to David, our driver, he made the trip very interesting and entertaining, telling the stories about the country. Best, Alex

Only good things to say about this tour. Very nice to know the scenery of Scotland if you are in Edinburgh and don't have the opportunity to travel around by car. It seems long but you don't get tired because of all the wonderful views. We took the boat trip on Loch Ness. It was good but not the best part of the journey. Gav, our guide/driver was VERY good!!! We could see that he prepared the day very carefully. Good stories about the places, music and attention to every details. IThis was the second tour I took with Rabbies and I can say that they are very good.

We LOVED our guide William D. He was a great story teller and very knowledgeable. Even though it rained the Highlands were amazing. Glencoe was beautiful.

We loved the trip! Eric M. was one of the most informative and enjoyable tour guides we’ve had. I’d do it again in a heartbeat. ❤️

Seán Gordon, our travel-guide/host extraordinaire and bus-driver in one, was a wealth-store of knowledge and articulation. He commands a passion for his native country which exudes in tones of charm and charisma. Our multi-national tour group blended well because of Seán's palpable people and entertainment skills. We were brought on an escapade of panoramic views, stunning vistas and consummate charm in terms of all we learned from Seán in the subjects of history, politics, geography, geology, animal husbandry and even Scottish music and cuisine! The itinerary was planned and executed with precision. We were treated to regular stops for meals, photographs etc., inclusive of a pleasant boat trip on Loch Ness. ( One traveller (me!) even claimed to have spotted Nessie. Mark you, he himself was spotted partaking of a 'wee dram' along the way; bemusingly, not a soul was sceptical of the claim! 😉😁 ). Overall, the tour was fun-filled with excitement. It was a most comprehensive day of 12 hours in duration, but it seemed so much shorter than that, such was the blessing of it all. A particular poignancy I shall always remember was how intermittently Seán played a bespoke selection of Scottish music genres to compliment the proverbial 'slice of heaven on earth' which lay before our eyes along every part of the adventure. If scenery that bombards the senses, an in-depth socio-cultural enlightenment via the expertise of a phenomenal teacher and tour-guide in the person and warm personality of Seán and a day jam-packed with fun and laughter is your thing, then I highly recommend this Rabbie's tour, for a Scottish rapture you'll never forget!! 😊. Thank you Seán, thank you Rabbie's of bonnie Scotland. "Sláinte" ..( cheers in Irish and Scots Gaelic ). Lester.

So it was our first day in Scotland and we chose to do this tour. It's an extremely picturesque tour as one gets so the real beauty of Scottish Highlands! Our Driver Guide Dave F. was brilliant guide who kept everyone involved in fun and banter and was extremely knowledgeable. He stooped the mini coach every hour and a half to ensure people stayed fresh and could take lot of pictures!

Great day out, parkie was our guide and he entertained throughout with his great stories and eclectic music choices 🙂 Made to feel very welcome and great interaction with the whole group. Beautiful scenery and some great stop offs for extra photo opportunities along the way. Well worth the money, a long day but if you want to see as much as possible on a short break this is the trip for you.

My mum and I were assigned to Duncan's minivan on 5th Sept. As our tour guide for the day, he made the 12h trip just fly past! What seemed like a long, tedious trip (travelling ~320miles) was very easy for us as Duncan ensured we were comfortable and entertained through the whole journey. He even made some fantastic food recommendations from the pies in our first stop at Callander to the Scotch Whiskey ice cream in our last stop at Pitlochry. The only bad thing about this journey were Duncan's jokes so bad you had to laugh anyway😂 He was extremely entertaining, jovial, and full of historical knowledge - sharing historical anecdotes in an especially riveting way. He even did his best - and succeeded - in finding us some highland cattle for a photo op! We can't sing him enough praises. In fact, we were so impressed with him, it surprised us that he's only been in this profession since March instead of a few years like we initially assumed. The sights were incredible and breathtaking - as green as far as the eye can see and has a way of making you feel completely at peace. We stopped at a couple of Lochs along the way and even opted to do the Loch Ness Cruise in Fort Augustus which was very enjoyable in the great weather we had that day. This tour is a fantastic option if you've got a free day while in Edinburgh or even if you want to get out of the city for a bit. A+++ 12/10 would recommend. Will even do it all over again!

We really enjoyed our trip through the Scottish highlands. Our driver Stefan was very entertaining and keep the day moving. The villages we stopped at were so charming and there was enough time to eat or walk around. Great way to see the sights!

The trip started at 8 am August 20. Very good explanations. Extra boat tour on Loch Ness is perfectly coordinated with this tour. All the tour participants who wish are given spaces on the 2pm Loch Ness boat tour-in case of problems mention you are from the Rabbies tour.
