Nathan was an excellent tour guide, and he gave us lots of very detailed information. He was very thorough, and made it a pleasant afternoon on a cool day. We really enjoyed the self guided tour of the palace with all it's grandeur and history.

Excellent tour. Rosie was our tour guide and she was incredibly upbeat, knowledgeable and her witty ad-libs were an added benefit throughout the tour. She knew exactly when and where to view the changing of the guard so we didn't get lost in the huge crowd. Thank you Rosie for being a delightful and lovely tour guide.

Our tour gal, sorry I forgot her name, French accent maybe?, provided us with great information and set us up at excellent viewing points to see the entire sequence of the changing of the guards. After this first hour and a half, we gained entrance into the Palace. They have a wonderful multimedia audio tour system allowing you to go at your own pace exploring the various staterooms. Their adaptations for kids (a Family version) really is fantastic and allows children to also gain a lot of great information. You can also stroll through the gardens. Definitely worthwhile!

Phil was a great guide on the first leg of the tour. He explained a lot as we walked from our meeting point to the changing of the guards. When we arrived at the Palace, we were on our own for a self guided tour. Overall great experience.

My first guided tour experience and it was wonderful. The guide took us to perfect sites - out of the norm for the Changing Ceremony but places where we were able to experience everything up close and personal... best pictures ever! The Palace was an amazing site - and the exhibits were updated from my visit in 2009.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Buckingham Palace Tour Including Changing of the Guard Ceremony. Mark our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and found perfect positions the holiday crowds to view all sections of Changing of the Guards. The tour of the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace was amazing, I didn't know where to look first. All I can say is wow, wow, wow! The Palace grounds were beautifully maintained. If you get the opportunity to do this tour you must.

This was an amazing experience. Of course, it was quite crowded as this was mid-August, but for the most part, the lines moved right along. A very interesting place.

This is a must see. Jo our tour guide is very informative. I only have one complaint and that is when the group decided to move to another area, she should have announced it and let the other members know. We ended up staying on the same spot until we realized that our group is no longer in the area. We had to look for the black flag and asked another tour guide who offered for us to join them but we insisted on looking for our group in which we eventually had found. Other than that, this tour is amazing.

First off, we had the BEST tour guide! Rob was amazing, knowledgeable and so so perfect for a group of random people that all come to this tour for different reasons. He positioned us in great spots to see the changing of the guard and gave us random stories and info on the past monarchs and royals. We were a group of 5 and everyone enjoyed this.
