Jimmy was an excellent tour guide and he brought us to different spots and gave us a lot of details. Very approachable and friendly person! Tour itself was also great as there were time for us to walk around on our own and the wine session was amazing!

Would do it again! Great day trip. Could have used another hour in the little town we stopped at but overall the stops were all good. Great interesting commentary from the driver. So much easier than driving yourself, parking, etc. Price was fair.

Fantastic tour, could not have asked for any more. Our guide Michael F was fantastic and his knowledge off Toronto, Niagara Falls and Canada in general was amazing.

A fabulous day out! A great day visiting the awesome Niagara Falls. We also loved our time in the beautiful little town Niagara on the Lake.

We had a really fantastic day on this trip. It is a really long tiring day but we'll worth it. We had Michael Francis as our tour guide and driver and he was amazing. It was myself and my 8yr old son on the trip. We enjoyed the drive up to Niagara falls. I had somehow managed to not buy the ticket including the boat trip but it was no problem, Michael took us down to the boat ticket machines and helped us get some. I don't think you can say you have fully experienced Niagara falls unless you have been on the boats and got drenched. The area surrounding Niagara falls in my opinion is very seaside town and very tacky. We got some food to go and then ate on the grass overlooking the falls. We could have done with an hour more at the falls as there wasn't enough time to do anything else falls related because it was half hour walk to get to the place where you walk behind the falls. Our next stop was niagara on the lake which was so beautiful and picturesque. We also stopped en route to Niagara on the lake. We did some wine tasting too which was fun, my 8yr old son loved that he got to join in (drinking non alcoholic juice) but he was able to clink glasses with everyone so loved that. We also stopped and saw the floral clock. All in all a fantastic day. I would highly recommend this trip just make sure you buy the boat ticket

Picked up at the assigned location by Michael Francis, he greeted every person with a good morning and a hand shake. Once on bus, he explained how the day would go and off we went. Michael was very informative about what we would see and get to experience. During the trip to Niagara Falls he gave commentary about the history of Toronto, which was really interesting. We loved Niagara boat trip....most enjoyable experience. Michael stopped at various locations for photos, as well as the Reif Estate Winery. We had the most enjoyable day and Michael was a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend this day trip....but I have to say our day was made all the more memorable due to our fantastic guide Michael Francis

We are really enjoy the tour. Ron our driver and tour guide was great. I liked Reif winery and of course Niagra Fall. The boat ride was a lot of fun.

The tour was good. Niagra on the lake and the little chapel was ok but the Falls were spectacular. Our tour guide Jimmy, was the best!!! He was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and compassionate. If you take the boat ride on the Hornblower be sure to wear rubber shoes or sandles as you will get wet even with the plastic raincoat they give you. Be sure to make time to see the Rainbow Bridge and Behind The Falls. Enjoy!!!

This is not your typical drop-off/pick-up tour - we made many little stops on the way to the falls that consisted of diverse set of sights and activities. Great value for what you pay...and our tour guide Ralph was very knowledgeable and funny!

Very enjoyable day out with Viator. Good guide, (Duncan) who drove and pointed out the historical points as we drove along. Enjoyed a visit to a winery, the smallest chapel, and Niagara on the lake. Felt perhaps 2 hours at NOL would be better, 1.5 hour not really long enough. You get 3 hours at Niagara, which is plenty. It’s quite a long drive back, (2 hours). But overall an informative and interesting day out. Once again there is the compulsory gratuity talk as we headed home, and we felt Duncan implied it was almost compulsory (?!). However most people didn’t tip, (including us) - we literally had no cash on us..!

The tour was enjoyable - well organised with insertion of few pit stops in between and the duration was perfect!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. All of the little stops along the way were a great addition to the Niagara experience. I think we would've enjoyed maybe another 30-45 minutes at the falls, but 3 hours was still a decent amount of time to see the highlights. Be prepared to spend some time on the bus due to the heavy traffic in the area, but be sure to listen to all the tidbits of information, history, and commentary from the tour guide while you're along for the ride.

We had a fantastic time. Paul was very informative and friendly. We were in a passagener van, which we thought was awesome as we had a much smaller group and as able to get into things faster and made for a much more pleasant day. Would highly recommend for sure.

Had a great time on this tour. Three stops—Niagara on the lake, wine tasting, and Niagara Falls. Our driver and guide David was very nice and knowledgeable of everything. The timing is great too if you don’t mind getting up a bit early. Overall, it was a great value of the money.

Really nice trip! It was an amazing day! However, 3 hours is not enough for the Niagara Falls, especially if you choose the cruise option. Other than that the trip is perfect!

My 13-year old son and I took this day tour to Niagara in July during our trip to Toronto. It was an excellent experience and we would highly recommend it. Our tour guide, Michael Francis, was fun, informative, and entertaining, and really added to our experience. We enjoyed the three hours at the Falls, which included the Hornblower boat ride in our package, the visit to the winery, and the visit to Niagara on the Lake, including a few other stops along the way. The pick up and drop off points are convenient and the route is well thought out. We definitely recommend it to other travellers wanting the Niagara experience.

Overall, great experience! The tour ticks all the boxes; Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and wine tasting. You have 3 free hours in the Falls to explore independently. The driver was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it!
